We have been playing for years and decided to delete game. You place 1 or 2 puzzle pieces and then you get an ad. It is like trying to watch a movie and having a commercial every 3 min. Its too bad because we like the puzzles, but it really takes away from fun of playing game. Very ANNOYING!!!! FIX game and we might come back. We do not need so many coins. Annoyed player.
One problem that we have is that some of our pieces went off to the side off of the puzzle board and we dont know how to retrieve them. So we cannot complete the puzzle. How do you get pieces that Ive gone off the board? We have been doing this App for a while and it seems like now the ads are ridiculous. Im looking for a puzzle app that we can not get an ad every 10 pieces. Please pay attention to all of these 13,000 reviews because people love doing the puzzle but now the increase amount of ads are causing people to leave. If it werent from the ads, we would give it a five star easy.

Way too many ads. After placing few pieces, then an ad. Deleting.
Theres so many ads and they are so long. Also every time you set down a puzzle piece the whole thing has a white glow animation over it thinking youve landed it in the right place but you havent. We have our sound tuned off so it makes it worse not knowing if its in the right spot or not. Also we dont like how you cant zoom out, you can zoom in but you cant zoom out and we feel like if that was added it would feel way less clustered of an app, sometimes Id like to take a look from afar, this is just like some kind of middle between good and bad, its like a mild itch that doesnt really itch but still is off and every time you itch it nothing happens.

We like the game, but every time look at collection there is no doubt that half of the pictures made by AI its really confusing when you put pieces together and the girl on the pic has three legs annoying.

Puzzles are great. But for crying out loud way to many commercials!!! You place 5 or 6 pieces and boom Commercial. You are constantly watching the stupid things. We can see one before puzzle and one after. Makes us crazy.

Why did they chang mode where when you choose 324 pieces it would section it off into 6 to 9 sections so pieces were able to be seen now it tiny pieces and not sectional Longwind please fix and go back to five stars.
Pop-up reward after every 5 pieces and each time you have to sit through 10+ second ad – even if you decline the bonus coins. The constant disruption made the game so unenjoyable we deleted it less than a day later. The puzzles and options in the app are really good and Im sure they want you to subscribe but why pay $10/mo for one app when you can get 200+ games through Apple Arcade, including a jigsaw puzzle.
The puzzles they provide are very relaxing to do after being at work all day. This is a good and wonderful thing to do to relax and unwind.

Aaarrrrrgggghhhhh! You place a few puzzle pieces and then there is a commercial. They trick you by saying you can just claim 10 coins or watch a video for 10 times that many coins. An option is not given for receiving no coins. Commercial after commercial after commercial! Instead of encouraging our friends to play puzzles at this site we will be telling our friends how deplorable this site is. How sad. We are a retired schoolteacher and our friends and we do puzzles every day to keep our minds active. We realize commercials are necessary for you to get money but better placement of the commercials would be of great benefit.
We play several hours a day on our phone and have rack up over 30,000+ points in a few weeks. We have learned to deal with the ads. However, today our screen went black and we cannot get it to come back up. We finally deleted the app from our IPhone Home Screen, thinking we might be able to reinstallnope. We really love the artwork, collections, etc and hate to lose all our points, but if we cant get the game to come up.

Please remove the dead mouse ad from your jigsaw puzzle app, it is very offensive and children shouldnt have to look at a picture of a dead mouse every five minutes.
We purchased the monthly subscription and still and getting commercials plus we do not have access to all the puzzles. Very disappointed.
Its very frustrating, when every time, we find a puzzle piece, there is always an interruption,it would be nice just to enjoy putting a puzzle together! You use up our time on our table! We love the puzzles.

Love this puzzle app but OMG way to many adds. You play one or two pieces and then you have to watch a stupid add. All through the puzzle it is like this plus some of the adds are very annoying. The one where the guy is screaming at you to play his game for so many coins in an hour. NOT VERY RELAXING as when that pops up. Very annoying least to say. We love the puzzle choices and love that the puzzle pieces are weird shaped but come on we dont need that many adds. We just want to relax and put a puzzle together. There has got to be a better solution to that. One thing we would like to see though is the choice for a couple of numbers of different pieces like in the 200s maybe 250 and 275 would be great and maybe more choices of shapes to mix it up. Would greatly appreciate it though if we could put more pieces in before a stupid add because one two or three just makes it difficult to want to keep this app. Thats why we only giving you a two star rate.
CONSTANT ADS. Its impossible to relax and get into a puzzle. No one cares about the coins!!! STOP with the stupid claim coins! Its just a big interruption to force you to watch yet another ad. Its the worst jigsaw puzzle app. There are two MUCH better jigsaw game apps that manage their ads with class and you are never disturbed. They also dont cost an arm and a leg.
We really liked this until we clicked on the daily prize wheel and there was an ad about assigning money or coins to our account and no way to exit without being taken to another page. Delete app!!!!!! Beware.
Love all the Christmas puzzles, but had to delete it because of all the commercials. We mean every three or four minutes? Really?? Way too annoying.
Having an after placing every piece is ridiculous. Maybe after 20 pieces or when the puzzle is complete ok fine. BUT EVERY PIECE? Deleted.
We love the garden and house, also landscaping. If you are not careful you can spend all day on this site.
We have know idea how this app got such a high rating. Im out of here. Puzzle claims you earn coins but they present it to be a reward. However, they dont mention that your puzzle will be interrupted to force you to watch adds before you can claim them. There is an add before the game, during the game and after the game. Then before the next puzzles, so that is two adds in a row. Also, there is no way to bypass collecting the coins. Good Riddance.
Why cant we get the beautiful pictures it shows when the commercials come on, we love the pictures.
Im schizophrenic. We get stressed easily. Between Jigsaw and Painting or Color By Number apps Yall have saved our life. (Toward all the great app makers of all those genres) we used to play golf games or survival clan games but they had us stressed to log in and support teams or log in to keep status each day. We deleted those. Now we do the Jig, or Paint, or Color By Number and we are actually like a totally different person. Way calmer and more relaxed. We really appreciate how all yall have so much free content. Ill watch a thousand ads for you but cant spend money. Anyway, thank yall! Take care.

Beautiful puzzles but, coin reward pops up in the middle of working a puzzle! So, you must watch an ad if you want to finish the puzzle! Then, coin reward after each puzzle you work, you must watch an ad to continue on!! Plus, the pieces are really hard to move! Whether we use our finger or a stylus. The puzzles are beautiful but, this app is not relaxing because of the constant interruption of ads.
We have no problem with ads because we know you have to make money. The problem we have is there are ads flat out lie. They claim to have a cure for diabetes and copd neither of which are curable. The developer contacted us and said that they are doing their best to make sure that it doesnt happen but Im still seeing the lies. We have copd and know for a fact that it is not CURABLE. We have friends with diabetes and guess what they know for a fact that it is not CURABLE. The developer probably wont read this because its an update we just hope they stop the lies because some people might believe them.
