We like the game but, it kicks us off for no reason. We like all of the updates but we will be playing and we it will randomly kicks us off us off. It makes us really mad to where it quit the game. Please fix this.

Not good. Equipment glitches when you use it in arena. Even if you unequip it, unlock it, unequip from arena… Nomatter what we do icannot craft higher level equipment. Waste of two months.
Terrible tells us to go to the southern plane it says request failed terrible hate it and a copy of Naruto.
Please fix the bugs because every update it cause crashing.
The reason we said it has issues is because one day we played the game and when we logged in it kicked us out and it worked on like the fifth try and then it was glitched we reloaded the app and it was back to kicking us out so we deleted it and reinstalled the app and it wouldnt let us log in.
Good game, we enjoy the different upgrades and shuriken animation but one problem is we cant open the game. It will go to entering world then the screen would go black and it will close the app and it started after the update a few days ago and we havent been able to play since. We dont know if its just us but this is something that needs to be fixed.
This game is cool, but we cant enter the game its saying: Server is in maintenance. Schedule end time.
We love this game and you have so much things You can do like level up your stats and stuff. As soon as we logged in we could not X out of the shurikens and we didnt even get to play.
We havent been able to play for over a week after an update, it freezes on the loading screen. Tried going through customer support and got an immediate first response asking a few questions but nothing for several days after and nothing remotely helpful. Thought it was a fun game and had been playing for a few months too :/.
When we open this game,it told us that our device is banned from the game. We play the game 5 days,who can play more.

This game gets you to leave your phone open for as long as possible pretty sure its a Bitcoin miner. Its a fun waste of time if youre working from home or something but ya. We have a new phone and leaving this game running gets it going SOOOO HOT. We have a bunch of games we play and none of the others work our phone so hard which is why we think its a Bitcoin miner. Be careful out there.
Before update we were pretty far but after "balancing" we can no longer beat stages we once breezed past. With all the required grinding it has set us back quite a bit. Even after reaching the next promotion level Im no where near where we used to be in power and ease of defeating enemies. Kinda demoralizing and makes us not want to put anymore time or effort if Im going to be set back that easily.
Its based on playing or idle with the game open to progress. We dont think a night this week our progress actually happened because of unannounced or unexpected maintenance. Followed by 300 mb updates meaning we cant play or check out and about. Concept seemed good, but not enough information on how to build up characters and items. Required massive amounts of your phone being on and idle to progress to clear stages, you cant idle if stage isnt clear. We are talking 210K kills and you get maybe 30K kills over night, if maintenance doesnt kill all progress. Only prgress truely idle is zones you clear for very little items and gold/level, if you dont leave your phone on over night you progress very slowly or not at all. Pay to win for sure but they do give you a fair amount of the premium currency which is required to progress basically. Which is something we think they do well on. Top # players in chat often complain about the whales that spend the big money control the game based on their complaints on discord. This seems like it has caused the amounts of updates.
Ive read other reviews and it seems like you guys have a very active player base but if so you guys need more servers Im sure its a great game but if we cant even get in whats the point.
Im sick of not getting into game bc servers are full. Been several days. Cant even do right maintenance. Im done with this game. Peace.
Despite having an extremely active player base, and plenty of capital being injected to the game. The developers of Idle Ninja Online still find way to turn every corner ruining their game experience with baseless P2W content, then rework an entire sector of their content, without providing notice or compensation. More recently, idle ninja has added a VIP system that resets each month, players were NOT entirely compensated as ALL in app purchase content was changed to include VIP points, which none were given. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT AN ADULT!!! This game is crafted like a casino, DO NOT GET THIS GAME!!!! This game was great 6 months ago. But greedy developers just cannot stop killing their game. Please dont spend your money here.

Latest update appears to have broken the app. It will load, say connected, and remain on the main splash screen, nothing from there. Tried all the usual tricks for a non responsive app, nothing works.
Loved it until we decided to support it. Purchased a level up pack for bonus XP and gold and to remove ads. Game disconnected during purchase and we didnt receive our add removal. Bank sent us statement and asked if we needed to refund reason being didnt receive item. All good got refund and just applied it right back got ads removed played for couple days. Now banned for Refund abuse ? We dont understand how players that would any to support your work are the enemy.

We have downloaded and reinstalled this game several time and it never loads past the connected screen please look into this so that in time when we try again it actually works.
It a cool game its a ninja game we respect people that love ninjas and ninja games best game we ever played.
We like the game a lot but in the dungeons there is a short time even tho there is things to make it longer its still short time.

Opened up our bag to equip potion and wouldnt let us close out nothing was working.

It is a rip off because it copied off of demon slayer and thats the best thing so thats why we made it to one.
Everything is great. Just wish it would also Idle off line even if Its only for like a couple hours max. Then it will truly be an idle game. Also the game restarts when you click off for 1 seconds. Which is really annoying. If they fix these 2 things Ill give 5 stars easy.
Hi please take a second to review player activity. We love this game. We do however need a block option as well as a report option with review of the issues. Its hard to play when players SPAM the chat with vulgarity and racism when everyone was joking as adults just fine. The entire chat is just the one person rambling…….. Their Username is: JoRye.
Potions are purchased with premium currency, but the game gives you thousands and thousands of if. You can also buy a few hundred a day with gold.
The gameplay requires potions that are auto-used. Otherwise you just die if you're idle. Potions are bought with premium currency. Hard pass.
