We can deposit 25-50 dollars and play for quite a while. Most of the time we win pretty good. Withdrawing money is easy and doesnt take days and days to get to you. It is by far our favorite of all the gambling apps we have played.

It takes about 5 mins for the app to allow you to log in theres some minor bugs takes a long to try to deposit or transfer over to sports wagers the casino area functions well. If you want to withdrawl as well takes about 7-8 mins to load never have had these problems till recent we really enjoy the app other then that thank you gun lake we hope you can figure this out.
This is probably one of the worse casino apps Ive ever played. Not because you dont winits because several of the games dont load. Also, with some games you cant click out of them via the menu lines at the top. If you cant find the lines, you have to go out a different way (via quit). After youve closed/quit, then other games wont open. You have to go out of the app completely and sign back in. This happens frequently (Ive had to do it 7 times within the last hour). This could be a glitch with iPads because thats what we use. Im not sure whats been improved, if anything has.
Not sure why everybody is complaining about its a casino your gonna lose money so dont give them a bad review cause you thought your 100 would turn to a million on that more though we put in our daily 25 dollars as normal and hit a grand bonus to hit 6,000 dollars just like that so this game pays out hardcore.

The app has no problem letting you add a debit or credit card and deposit money with no questions. When its time to withdraw your winnings to The Same Card they have a long process !!!! They want several documents and even after you give them the documents it takes a while before you get the withdrawal!!! This is insane !!!!!! Even while waiting for them to verify the documents you can deposit money from the same card.
We used to like Gun Lake a lot. Thought you get a pretty fair shake when playing casino. That was until we put limits on our account. Our experience since adding limits has been horrible.. Deposit a max $60 a day, $120 a week, $240 a month. We think thats pretty reasonable. Apparently, Im not donating enough to the gun lake charity now though because every time we deposit, Im out of money to play with in minutes. We dont bet big amounts either. We play anywhere between 20 to at most $1.20 per spin. We also limited our play time per day to 3 hours and we dont think they liked that either because we often reach our limit when only having used the app for an hour, hour and a half. Our phone has access to app usage so we know exactly how long we were logged in. They also make it unbelievably easy to adjust limits. To the point that weekly and monthly limits are essentially pointless. You can change them at any time and only have to wait 24 hours lol. Im sure its just an oversight on their part though and not at all a predatory business practice. So, message received loud and clear. You dont like people playing safely and wanna rake in as much cash as possible without returning any of it to the community. Ok. We will just take our money somewhere else. Then instead of getting $240 a month, youll get $0. Neat, right? Thats the beauty of online casinos- people have options.
As a former employee, the biggest issue with the app was the withdrawal process. Looks like it hasnt changed. Parx is the responsible party to blame for any issues. Wish Gun Lake would look at other options for players in the app space. Good Luck everyone.
Used to love the app, but we hate it now. Ive been trying to withdraw winnings for a week. We were told we needed to submit documents, which is fine. Ive had to do this with other Casino online. Theyve all approve those documents within 24 hours. Play told us it would take 48 hours as of right now it is officially been 48 hours and we have still not received our winnings or even had the documents looked at and approved. We reached out to customer service and was told that our document had been received so please not submit the documents again and that they would get around to it at some point today. That was it that was their explanation and response to us asking where Im at in this process and how much longer it would take. Ive already been in contact with the Michigan gaming control board and they told us to wait three more days and then we can file a complaint if we still have not received our winnings. This can all be done online through their website, which is awesome. Its super easy. They said theyve been getting numerous complaints about this casino compared to any of the other casinos in Michigan online casinos. Who would continue playing when you dont know how long its going to be before you receive your winnings? We tell you 48 hours if you submit documents they tell you 72 hours if you dont need documents submitted. This is 100% lie and we are the proof that its a lie and we have all the documentation that shows when we submitted the documents. What time what day and its clear that as of right now they still have not given us our winnings within the 48 hours promised. Dont give us a timeframe if youre not gonna live by it because now youre just a liar to us and to us, we will not do business with a scamming place that lies.

Over all its one of our favorite online apps to play and win money but, the withdrawal process is 72 hours we dont like that . Have all your documents ready if you win any money .You will need your License, Bank card , mail if different from ID etc if asked . The staff friendly when you reach out on live chat to ask questions about your process so no complaints there.
The geolocation doesnt work properly!!! Every time we place a bet we get an error. We have to wait few minutes until the app tries to reconnect and then it works. Frustrating.
The games are fun and casino interface is fine. The Sportsbook is hard to navigate and interface can be confusing. The payout times are atrocious; major competitors can have payouts to your debit card within an hour, we initiated a payout 4 days ago and it is still in our pending payouts. Not the first time its happened either. If you dont mind waiting most of the work week for payouts youd be fine. Being able to withdrawal from your card instantly then taking multiple business days for payouts is frustrating and doesnt align with competitor payouts.
These thiefs write fake checks with your name and personal information then deposit it for cash. Ive never written a check to them and theyve done it twice! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD CASINO.
The UI has always been clunky, but about two months ago it became non-functional. The only way to place a bet is on PC, as the mobile app constantly has geolocation errors. After contacting support, they told us theyre aware of the issue and working on a resolution. This is not a new problem. We recommend Soaring Eagles sportsbook instead. All of the lines are the same and you wont have all of the problems this book has.
This book would be 5* if it werent for the massive issues it faces with geolocation consistency. Im constantly logging in and being verified, only to have bet placement fail because its not locating properly. Ive done troubleshooting on our end, but no fix, and support is absolutely useless. We signed up for this app 1 day ago and we wanted to delete our payment method so we contacted customer service for information on how to delete it and we were told that the only way to delete our payment method was to replace it with a new one. With new update, when we go into a game, all we get is a white screen, with no way to back out without logging back in. We withdrew all our funds and will play somewhere else.
Every casino app in Michigan does the withdrawal process the same. We have ALL of them. Small hits, couple hundred here and there and boom, payout in less then an hour. Big hits, longer process. More money, more at stake. We submitted our withdrawal for $4500. We received the same email asking for a bank statement from which Im depositing and valid ID with the same address. All the casinos do that. This is not new to us. About 8 hrs later, we have the money in our account. Im glad we dont believe all the reviews out there. Gun Lake Parx doesn't have any interest in operating as a sportsbook, as they lazily use Kambi lines and will restrict you from betting if youre moderately successful or if you reject their terrible normal lines in favor of their occasionally good boosts. Great way for them to mitigate their risk we guess.
We were persuaded by the bonus that casino would provide essentially a credit bonus on whatever you loss after 24 hours of play up to a 1k. We lost 429 got the credit bonus within 2 days, but this is the scamthe bonus is only good on select games and lets say we won some money using the bonus creditI could not withdraw any of the money until it reached 5x what we loss which would be around 2100. We did win up to 1100 but could not withdraw any of that, which we feel is the scam. Other casino would let you withdraw after whatever your initial loss was at the start. Also the withdrawal process is awful we won around 1800 and selected our debit card which is suppose to take only an hour. We check on the app and withdrawal still pending as they are hoping that we cancel it and lose it all. This casino is not about fair wins or process..excessive greed.

While they may not have all of our favorite games, the app runs well and they do a good job of returning money via bonuses. We see complaints about the withdrawal process, but Ive never had an issue. They say 36 hours but Ive never had one take more than 5 minutes. The only exception is our first large withdrawal but since then they have all been nearly instant.
