We have been plaing this game for over 5 years & we still enjoy it! Although we wish you could get way better cars a lot easier, it is still a good game.
Unlocking vehicles with stars is just such an improvement compared to the regular A8. We like how they didnt change the good parts of the old game yet added new good features. Doesnt have that character randomness. We think it could use some better skill based matchmaking for the multiplayer mode, as most of the time when we play we see the Jeskos and the other stuff you buy with blue coins. We think they went a little crazy with mastery licenses. Its fun :) Edit: soundtrack is HEAT.

We have been playing for a while and really enjoy it. It does have some bugs but they dont detract the gameplay.
We have a video for you that you could add. We love this game that dont want to stop and is it possible to more cars like suv please and more pickup trucks and a Cadillac lyric in Volvo please can you also add police cars chasing you.
The only F1s in the game are extremely hard to get. We think that the detail is not the best either. Other than that, it is a pretty good game.
We love this game but when you accidentally hit buy car, why dont you put a question that says are you sure you want to buy this to confirm it. And you might want to do it for other things that cost currency. We just lost like 70 or 80 thousand credits. Without knowing it.

Fun game! No issues to begin with and has nice features. Only downside is that it stopped working after prompting an update, however, no further updates were available. (we did have the latest version). Tried to troubleshoot the issue. Uninstalled the app, restarted game loft and restarted the phone itself many times without success. Despite this issue, the game is truly one of the best games Ive had.
We love this game but Season 9 seems to be taking forever. Is this all there is? Our favorite game has become a boring chore that never changes.
So, for starters, as much as we would love to say apple arcade managed to release a fully functional game. We can not. Fundementally this is the same game as its microtransaction riddled counterpart but without the microtransactions for better or worse, but, given the state of aquiring the ingame premium currencies mostly for worse. How do you aquire the premium currency you might ask. Well, all you have to do is complete daily missions as they come up. Seems simple enough and on paper it is.in a given day you are limited to aquiring 30 "licenses" which is not nothing , but given that vehicles can cost upwards of 2200, 3000, even 5000 or in extreme cases more. It means the game is constantly halting your progression and limiting it behind the ghost of a previous microtransaction system. All of that is before we even get into some of the technical difficulties and lack of maintenence involved. In rural areas its exceedingly difficult to connect to any multiplayer game because for game modes such as the "World Series" and "limited time events" you are unable to play without a wifi connection. This would be fine on its own but given that on any connection that isn't wired and on a service not provided by a cell carrier. You will be presented with the error "unable to connect to match" regardless of network stability, dns location, and network speeds. If you are one of the millions of americans who switched to a 5g broadband provider within the last few years and you play this say goodbye to getting all 30 licenses. You will be limited to 23. Next, credits, since the game is no longer hitched to its store for all things, it makes no sense that you get a remotely similar amount of credits from playing. S tier vehicles can cost upwards of 1.5 million or more. You get probably 30k , in the late late seasons if you 100% them but, thats harder to do and theres just not enough content to get more than one S tier vehicle by the end. So, if you were to take the arduous journey of only upgrading vehicles with mastery races exclusively, you would inevitably run into a problem- you cannot get your vehicle to compete in those without spending credits, which ultimately subtract from what you can buy later on. If anything this approach will teach you the limitations of this game made for its store. No matter how skilled, no matter how calculating, you will ultimately be left with two choices, wait or pay. Ultimately all that apple arcade did was remove the pay option.
Our fav game ever. We've got a PS5 and still play this on our iPad more than anything else. It's a lot of fun. There are some querks like our car blowing up for seemingly no reason at times but it's still really good.

Asphalt 8 is our favorite racing game.
Ok so when we got the game it was so much fun but the other people are so slow like in a mom car we just wiped Them and they are in the same car and they are so slow And weak so make it hard.

When we first started, we thought it was gonna be like a fine racing game but when we kept playing it, it was so much fun we dont know how some people dont play this game its so fun. We mean, nobody would be so much happier than us to play this game. Im going out just updated it. Im gonna go play it and Im gonna beat so many players rem out.
This game is fun and we like cars and we like the upgrades too. But there is one problem: you have every car and brand in the game except for Toyota and Tesla. So please add those cars. We like this game.
We wish there was a way to play single player like a time challenge.
We overall like this game a lot but there are some things that could make it better. 1. Add a way to do World Series and gauntlet with bots. That way you can do it offline. 2. Fix the racer path, there are cars that are impossible to get because of a broken racer path. And 3. Add a way to get liscences other that mastery because mastery is impossible with a broken racer path. Also make it so new cars add liscences please, we want our Peugeot 9×8 to have liscences. Other than that, great game! UPDATE: 7/11/25, you guys :(. Also few more suggestions: 1 add more music, bc this music gets boring FAST. 2: make flawless races more fair bc they arent fair when Im 2 minutes in Tokyo and we wreck into a car. We need new cars also get a Toyota maybe a GR Supra and make it red! U need free play in a big map and u can just drive around normally with players all around the world pleeeeeeeeez we want a fun game and Roblox got deleted so pleeeez.
The gameplay is fantastic. The graphics are amazing. The cars and bikes are phenomenal. If only all the BUGS could be fixed. The challenges are a lot of fun but when rewards stop counting appropriately there is not a lot of reason to keep playing.
It started out being a great game then we got we a certain point and it wants us to update. When we select the update button it closes the game out. Ive tried deleting the game and redownloading it but it keeps doing it.
- You need to level up to 100 starts – You cannot have private lobby – You cannot invite friends – You cannot play local co-op What a shame.
This game is RIDDLED with problems; several object hit boxes are significantly bigger than their models so crashing in a "no crashes" race sometimes becomes unavoidable. Controller support is terrible as it will often just disconnect from the controller and you're forced to reset the game. Cloud saves are a joke because you will ALWAYS lose progress between devices, and we're talking HOURS OF PROGRESS GONE. There's no manual cloud save button so you're at the whim of whatever automatic save timer the game comes with. Also, global races are a joke for new players, and there's no way to pay to win because it's an arcade title so you have to grind for MONTHS just to place anywhere but last place. An extremely outdated game with absolutely no care whatsoever put into updating for the arcade edition. Sloppy, lazy, and frustrating.

We really love the arcade version although we hate the regular version because of mastery removal and using tokens to buy cars.
We love this game but we really wish that you could do World Series and gauntlet offline and that there was an easier way to get cards than TLEs and in game activities! Other than that it is a very fun game.
Youre a reflex in the back of your car because of a ramp and because youre flying because of the ramp.
Im not going to tell you why we wrote this comment.But we are going to tell you what we want in this game Volvo cars because we like Volvos & F1 cars and NasCars because we like both of those cars.
Its a great game even thought its pay 2 play like older asphalt titles thats still a great thing because theres no ads to be found no micros-transactions either and this game mostly has all the cars for the asphalt 8 but plus dose have over 100 cars missing which alright but theres only like two problems 1 you can sync your data from asphalt 8 to plus so you'll have yo start over and its not even the biggest problem but its because it uses an older version of the game which is great they have the og ui but our main problem is there is barely any people online we only got 3 or 2 players online but overall if you have money for Apple Arcade this is a great pick.
We love this game! In career we're in the last level and just having a good time! Our computer doesnt crash and it doesnt slow the computer down either. Great game! BUT…. The Mastery challenges sometimes make it so if we press the arrows – W A S D it would turn us around or make it so we drive against the wall. We recommend Asphalt 8 changes this problem.
Great game and Ive been playing for a while and theres like about 250 cars but the game needs more F1 cars maybe 5 and a new mode where you can only race F1 cars that you have and another one where you can test the cars that you have and there would be no competitors. Otherwise its an awesome game and we would recommend it if youre interested in racing.
Its a great game for car lovers on the go! But the races in different countries and cities are a little too short maybe add another lap add Ill think we will be good. Also theres three cars that are missing from the car list and there all form Forza Horizon and they are the 2021 Ford Bronco,Mercedes AMG 1 and the Dodge Viper str viper 2013 but besides that its an awesome game.
Ive played this game for a while now, and enjoyed it a lot! There were some things that we think could use re-balancing, but its overall really fun. Pros + Good variety of gamemodes + Way easier to acquire cars than Asphalt Legends Unite + No in-app purchases + Fun gameplay Cons – Mastery feels like a grind after a bit – Pro Kit converting wait times – 6,000 daily coins for ONE car??? Asphalt 8+ packs some fun gamemodes, like Infected, Knockdown, and Gate Drift. There are lots more opportunities to get new cars to race with. Most cars only cost Credits. Now you wont be spending $50 to get 5 of 25 blueprints for a car you want. There arent any banners encouraging you to buy more stuff with real money. In this game, you can get anything for free. All things considered, there are still some minor inconveniences we have with this game, like Car Mastery. It is a cool concept, but you have to grind so much for the cars that you unlock by earning Licenses. We really hope this gets balanced out so you dont need to spend 150+ hours of grinding to get a cool car. And about the Daily Coins, you would have to accomplish every daily goal for 200 days to be able to afford the cars that cost daily coins (they cost 6000 coins each.) 200 days worth of that seems like WAY too much. We feel like at least half that might be fair. Anyways we highly recommend this game, if youre into racing game youll love this one.
Attention Developers: we use HomePods as our default speakers on our Apple TV. The game will crash if the engine noise is not at 0%. Works fine if the TV speakers are the default output.

The cheating has begun. Ces sparking out of nowhere, cars deliberately swerving into your lane, cars stalling in front of you. It was a good run but Ill be deleting now. Why do we have to select the garage every time we enter it or prepare to race? Shouldnt the garage be the default?? This is annoying. Also the graphics are confusing so its looks like you can go through areas and cannot.
Great game! It has rich and interesting gameplay from the A8's past. But hopefully some of the interesting events of the past will return, such as the R&D department, the Championship and the double Down endurance race. Hope to experience these rich game levels again.
It has cool cars and cool music so 5 stars.
The game is one of if not our favorite racing game since we played it for so long, but when you get into a race the wheel base on a lot of the cars seem to be behind the arch unlike how they are when you look at them in the showroom. Just wanted to throw this out to see if it will get fixed because it bugs us a lot since we enjoy looking at the cinematic views after completing a race. Overall though this game still helps us spend our free time on something to enjoy so we'll keep playing.
So you can train for races put a training mode pls.
The game is our sons favorite. Great graphics for both cars and places. The only issue is the lack of local multiplayer. But developers are for sure are working on it. Congratulations.

The Good: + Its Asphalt 8 without any of the absolutely wild monetization practices it had when it arrived on the App Store in 2013. + Fun, mindless pick up and play racer. + Solid selection of cars, but The Bad: – No modifications have been made to player progression so the game is an absolute grind. Want one of the nice hypercars in all the promo vids and screenshots? Thatll be like 259 hours of your life at least. Is that really worth your time today? Probably not. – 2013 graphics, 2013 EDM blasting in your ears, fairly basic gameplay yeah, when you spend 5 minutes with it, it should be clear to you its pretty dated. – Probably only fills a role as a nostalgia fix at this point, but like, is THIS really how you want to bring yourself back to 2013.
Couldve been a fun game. For some reason when the get boost or power ups, the devs thought it be a good idea to block half the screen. Ridiculous. Should give this game 1 star, but Ill give yall 2. Stupid game. Not made with racing gamers in mind.
Please either make the ultimate cars available through racer path and get rid of the daily task coins or give us more daily task coins per day and have the price lowered to 3,000. Until you fix this our rating is 2 stars.
