Just spent money to remove ads for 30days and still having to watch ads. Very misleading and very disappointed.
Was enjoying this game so much and then all of a sudden cant open next room.
When trying to open it gets stuck at 20% then if we turn our phone off and back on it works but the downloading living room/cloakroom will not load at all.help! We want to play.
The game is nice, but it is incomplete. Rooms are not available to download. We downloaded this game about two weeks ago, and have waited for rooms to be ready for download land enough. We understand games take a while to develop. But they jumped the gun on this one. They should have waited to put it on the market.
More ads than play time and the solitaire games are really impossible to lose. Ive never downloaded a game with sooooooo many ads. Im done with this one.
Really great game, would love to actually purchase instead of being bombarded with ads! When we first started playing, ads were minimal and quick. Now there are two after each level, two 30 seconds ads. And there are no free daily rewards. You only get a daily reward if, yup you guessed it, you watch an ad. This latest update the ads are even WORSE. Played one level and sat through four 30 second ads. Ridiculous. We get it, everyone has to make money but this is excessive and Ill be deleting if theres no fix.
Why is the cloakroom locked? We finished the other two rooms. And more rooms please.
Went to log in and try it, and the sterns have it to where they sell all sorts of your personal info.

We've been playing the same location for what seems like six months! Have enough coins to redo the whole game over. All we want to do is move onto the next level, but all it says is coming soon. We love playing this game. Only draw back is they dont add new rooms soon enough. Need to add a new room more often then one every three months.

We were enjoying this game until you reach level 20 which has said Coming Soon for 8 months now. Is that it? Ive done this with another game once thinking of you delete and download it might start working, but you lose everything that way. We have Sent a message through the contact us page 3 or 4 months ago with no response. It was an okay game while it lasted.
Absolutely love this game but it keeps freezing up on us. Ive now deleted because it got to be every next level. Please fix so we can reinstall.
We love playing this game but as you progress it becomes boring. You only earn 1 key per level won but some things cost as much as 6 keys to use when decorating. Takes the fun away.
When you finish a game if it doesnt go to an ad then youre stuck! If you hit pause you can play another game but once again if an ad doesnt start are stuck again. When it finally sends you to home youll get the stars but not the wands. And what the heck is it with the floating key? It floats all over the play field and if you accidentally hit it you go to an ad during game play, so if you wait for it to get out of your way then the hint button starts to flash. Very frustrating! Please fix and we would change rating to 5 stars.

Can we safely assume that you will not be adding any new rooms and leave your players hanging on? Its typical and usual professional procedure. Did not even get a response to our many email inquiries.
This game takes less than a month to complete all the rooms without having to buy anything using real money. They updated with one room after two months (which took one day to complete) now its been over 4 months and no updates since so we cant play the game as intended. Also, absolutely NO communication back from the designers of the game as to when there might be updates! If we could give ZERO stars we would! We are also deleting this game from our device as soon as we complete this review. It has occupied space for to long where an actual real game could be.
Am absolutely infuriated how we actively play the game, so we attempted to buy the Master Card deal. You guys took 2 payments off our card and never gave us the deal. Scam.
As much as we looove solitaire.. Your rooms arent original. Maybe you own the game zen match too.. But we dont want 2 completely different games to have the SAME EXACT rooms to design.
We downloaded the game while playing another solitaire game, when we began play it AMAZED us the AUTOMATIC collect or however its referred to was NOTHING Less Than Extreme!!! We LOVED IT!!! Im COMPLETELY/THOROUGHLY ENJOYING THIS GAME.
We completed the entire game in about two weeks. We are obsessed. You can watch three ads in exchange for a full 24 hours with no ads and double angel keys. Thats so unfair. We love it. This game makes us sit for hours on end like a lizard in distress. It got to the point where we would go to our friends houses and their parents would ask us if we were still playing solitaire (the answer was always yes). The rooms are so cute and fun to decorate, too. Its the perfect mix of solitaire and home design. If you wanna play solitaire, go ahead! If you just wanna design homes, watch ads for keys! Its perfect. We think everyone and their mom should get this game.

We absolutely love this game butIve made it to the last room and we have so many keys waiting for the next room. So frustrating!! When is the next update coming?? Other than than that we love solitaire and this game but as others have said the ads are a bit much.
We love this game but Since the last update, we can play maybe 2 or 3 games without any issues. The issue is after we watch the ads, no cards come up for a new game. We have to go out and swipe up to clear the app in order for the cards to then come up. Its becoming a hassle. Thank you.

While we enjoy the game, the amount & length of ads are making us think of deleting it. We dont mind ads, but double the same ad all the time is not only boring(Im wanting to play the game!), they have gotten ridiculous. Pare down the ads or we for one wont keep playing.

Loving everything about this game. Except, there are too many ads! Its actually annoying. You should offer ad free. If you offer a way to reduce your ads 5 stars.
The game itself is well done and relaxing. We enjoyed that the traditional game was maintained. However, the ads are annoying and often glitch so after watching an ad we are forced to sit through a second ad. They also tend to open up in the App Store without us clicking.If the ad glitches are fixed we would reconsider playing.
Ive been playing for a couple weeks now. We really liked the game for the first week but then all of a sudden way too many ads starting coming up. Also it is glitching when we decline anything extra because we dont want to watch another ad it still makes you watch an ad then freezes so you have to close out and reopen it. If that could be fixed we would give 5 stars but until then 2 stars.
This has become one of our top design games this is great an all but the ads are freezing up or a new deal wont load we hope to see this fixed soon.
You have a great time but it eventually runs out and you are left with coming soon for months! For months we cant get anymore rooms. How is this worth it.
