After updating the app all of our information got deleted! We love this game so much and it took us a while to get a lot of the characters !! All our good ones are gone! We love this game so can you please do something?!
After the reboot it go rid of all our work but the rest is fine.
Im writing this to let some know that for those that are returning to the gameregrettable the old account data was removed so we have to have a clean start. However a event happened where if you had your UID, username and game Id with the purchases of things, you would be compensated with things we got before but somewhat betterhowever the game change has made it so you were unable to return to your old account to found out what your info wasits very sad. This is not hate of the game, this game is great but it feels bad that everything we had and bought is gone and no way to recover our old info.
We enjoy the most of everything that Space Leapers has given us as a casual player, and since launch, its been well! As for the Reboot, it has seemed that our my older date has been cleaned off our phone # account and we lost all the the progress we had. Its this small discrepancy that has now ruined our fun in player this game.
We downloaded this game at launch played it almost every day. Even the events that were added after a while the game stop receiving updates so we stop playing the game. Noticed that there was an update. We updated the game and all our stuff that we had over the year went away. Please help we are sad. :(
We really enjoyed this game when it first launched , we were super into it and the characters and we had made a lot of progress. Though after months of not checking we try to log back in (with the same account we used obviously) and now Im left with nothing and we have to restart kinda bummed but oh well; Ill just stop playing and enjoy what lasted.

After updating the game into the new version and logging into our account all our stuff was gone. Had the $15 daily gift pass too and a lot of units which are now nowhere to be seen. Time and money wasted.

This game is one of our favs, the graphics are uniquely gorgeous, the music absolutely slaps, but occasionally their are some kinks to be worked out- sometimes there are breaks in battle passes, regularly their are glitches that affect game play . The fan service, in our opinion, gets a little creepy at times, but it is what it is.
Ok hi so we absolutely adore this game so much. We love the bright colors, the art, the pixel avatars, the characters, the lore, everything. We also love how it isnt terribly difficult to get characters in gacha, level up, advance, get materials, etc. We honestly cannot express our love for this game in words. BUT, with the most recent update, we have been unable to access the pass. It keeps saying "this event is mot open yet." so we cant get any of our daily achievements from it. It’ll still give us the exclamation point showing we’ve gotten an achievement but we cant see it. And if theres any like player support where we can ask abt the issue in app im not sure where it is :( regardless we still love the game and cant wait to see how it progresses!
The game was great. Unique and inspired UI, design, the gameplay was fun. The only problem was that it never got updated. Why did you just leave this game in limbo? It barely even got started. We dont even think more than ten new characters got added. Very disappointing.
We’ve made two separate accounts in this game and even had an in app purchase in the second one since our first one was never found. It seems that our second account is also now inaccessible? Save your time, play another game.
We picked up this game the day that it officially launched out of beta in 2022. However, we can see in this current state. The game has been all but forgotten burning characters and events no longer populate for those who put money into this game, It was a real shame. If you were considering download in this game, beware, they will probably be a lack of events in the coming future as promises from the devs continue to go unanswered. We urge all prospective players to read the Reddit articles about the state of the game.
Okay so, the game is fun and all, but when we wanted to bind our account to our game, it restarted everything. All of our work was just gone. We dont know how to get it back, but we feel theres no point of playing anymore. Fix your account settings.

We honestly didnt see this coming, but we think this game is gonna EOS soon. Its not updating and its basically dead. We loved it, but we cannot keep waiting for an update thats never gonna be here. Strongly advised to not download this game and stray away from their future games as they made this one and abandoned in LESS THAN A YEAR only to reboot it by copy pasting the entire game and NOT letting you transfer data What was once a promising game has been put into limbo for not reason, literally none.

It takes a while to understand the mechanics, but the unique mechanics is one of the draws. There were times where we were able to beat a more powerful enemy by tactically rearranging our units, not a thing that would be possible in most games. The game is generous, but lets face it all new games usually are until they can get a larger following. The style is to die for, we love the colorful and futuristic feel. It is still under construction so there are some things that need to be dealt with. Overall it is a good game for those who are looking for a new way to waste time.
We dont know how else to reach customer support cause we cant sign into the game basically we’ve had the game since launch and stoped playing it around the beach event and we want to get back into it but it keeps telling us that our password has to be between 6-20 characters and we’ve changed our password we think 4 times now each with a different length but that message keeps popping up. We dont know how else to fix it. Besides this issue the game itself is good with the character design and music.

We have been aware of Space Leaper: Cocoon since the trailers were first releasing before it came out. We were hesitant, and unsure if the game would turn out as good as it looked. To our surprise, it brought so much to the table that its hard for us to put down sometimes! Pros: Game has excellent graphics that compliment the atmosphere. Characters are charming and well written to feel like their own people. The gameplay is automized, but rewards good placement of Leapers and keeping your Leapers alive. It doesnt feel entirely mindless The Neutron Stars are very fun to go through, and help bring more thought to combat. You do not need to pay a single penny to get all the items you need. All items can be gained through missions and by doing Bounties Story is a fun ride to go through, and lets you see the characters all talk. Cons: The character selection is slightly small for our taste, but since this is a new release we can guess that more characters will be added over time It can be easy at times if you keep your core party members at their current max level. Otherwise, this game is very much worth your time, dont skip over this game due to not many reviews.
We love the artwork on this game it really got us inspired to draw more. The whole game is great in general but we personally love looking at the game art it is soooo pretty! We love this we one hundred percent recommend!

When we first got this game we mentally prepared myself for the myriad of money grubbing gacha games chocked full of ads and pay to play, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that couldnt be further from this game. First, it has a number of features which it introduces and improved upon throughout gameplay. Our favorite part is that even low star characters can become as powerful as any other character through upgrades and that there are such a large variety of daily activities which can help in that process. Second we appreciate that the game rewards you for strategy and taking the time to place your Leapers carefully. It makes winning a difficult battle more satisfying and the experience of fighting many times in a row less repetitive. Our one real gripe (which Im guessing comes from the localization) is that occasionally text seems to be missing from the conversations with the Leapers.

We really like this game but we stared to notice somethings missing like texted for characters and ( this mite just be the gacha system) but very lacking variety of drops to the point that we’ve received the same one so many times that we dont even need any other form of Exchange to level them. Not only that but the system of type verses has not ones ever mattered ones The entire time we’ve played and some of them are so under powered that there is zero and we mean zero reason to pick them, we get that your higher ranking ones are supposed to be strong but man just dont bother. We spent about 30 or so dollars on this and doesnt feel like a big difference which is good but know we just feel like its so hollow like this game is beautiful it is just great art style but it just needs more life, like breaking the fourth wall dont just break it smash it go nuts stop playing safe stop being a cut out of ever single gacha weve all seen! This has potential like real potential and want to see it at the top.
We Have Been Trying to pull a certain character WestyWood Was who we wanted to complete our collection and All we keep Getting Is Clara or Becky. We dont really want them Im sorry for over reacting but To our point on getting who we want is a slim to none chance. If we Can Get her through mail or gift we would be happy. This game is an awesome experience and a terrific game to pass the time!! The cast is full of colorful, lovable characters, the gameplay is simple but addicting, and the gacha system is so far so good! Though we will admit, we do think there is something lacking with the game. To us it feels like a copy and paste of many other gacha games, and many aspects of it seem rather hollow and generic. The game truly has potential to go above and beyond the majority of its genre yet it stays in this sort of box and for us that just makes it have less worth than it could have. Altogether, it could definitely improve with the uniqueness of its gameplay; but we still do think its a great game! Just sort of underwhelming. We still recommend it though!
This game has always had a lot of charm and tasks to keep you busy as you casually played. We truly enjoy the light grinding it has, more so with casual gameplay than events. We were one of the many who preordered and made some decent progress with Leaper collecting and leveling. But we recently got back to the game after a few updates and it seems our account has been lost. We tried signing in with our Apple ID and the login failed, thus making us restart the entire game! Im not sure if we have to play through the entire tutorial again in order to get the preorder items we lost, or our account is lost for good. We hope theres some way to recover it.
We’ve been playing this game since it came out and we loved it until something happened to our game as we couldnt log in and when we try to it said it failed so we lost everything and now Im upset about that but we would still recommend it new player.
We got this game at launch, build our characters up and progress. Now since the latest update we cant access our stuff. For some reason when we get to our primary account, it says login fail. We want to keep playing but it wont even allow us to access through our Apple account. Whats wrong?
We like the game, don’t get us wrong. We like the battle mechanics, we like how theres a lot to do, we like the characters and their designs, etc. A while ago, we unfortunately had to get it off our phone due to storage. Now, we have the phone storage, but every time Im downloading it, our DEBIT CARD DECLINES. As if Im PAYING FOR THE GAME. We’ve never paid for the game, so there should be absolutely no reason its trying to take $10.60 from us.
Hi we have run into a problem, we have an account login with our Apple ID but when we came on yesterday it now saids fail to log in for some reason even thought it shows our account existing. We would like help about this if possible please.
Extremely fun game and we enjoyed it until randomly we were logged out and now we can’t get back in .
We updated the app and opened the game after awhile and its making us log in. It lists our apple account by first/last name and we log in with passcode but the app says login failed. Suddenly we have no access to our account with upgraded characters and limited summer characters.
After an update we just got booted put and we lost all our progress, it wont let us back into our account and it made us restart everything.
We played this at launch and stopped for a while but didnt uninstall. We updated the app and tried logging in, but the loading screen gets stuck at 54% every time. What happened to our account?
We started in Sept and put ~$50 in. We stoped playing for a while but today when we tried to login again, our account disappeared. We registered with our Apple ID. First it said login failed, after a few more tries, we login in but with a fresh new account. Everything is GONE. We never cheated or asked for refund. We need an explanation.
We USED to enjoy this game, but after a while of not playing it, we’ve forgotten our password. Devs NEED to STOP signing people out of games after every Update! We understand it’s for Security reasons, but alot of people use Pins! And while alot of people do use Pins, people like us have Our phones on us 24/7, so this "Security Measure" is just like MicroSoft’s Credit Card Requirement to use Gift Cards: It’s stupid and pointless! Not only that, but we have requested a Password Reset for our Account a few times, prior to this Review, and we have NOT even gotten even a single Password Reset E-Mail!
