Lately Ive been googling the best games for iPad, this one did not disappoint. Great time killer, no ads. Plays great, good progression, addictive.
The combat is woefully boringIt plays much more like a dungeon crawler than a tactics game (just move and hack and shoot), which doesnt work when the levels are tiny. The best and most strategic part of the game is putting your build together, but with just a single unit/piece/character it feels uninteresting and shallowagain, like a dungeon crawler. If we had two+ units instead of one, we think it might be much, much more interesting. The game is fairly clean. But, sadly, boring. If you leverage the archive system to pass abilities between runs, the game is trivially easy for a veteran gamer. We love turn based games like this, but there are better options available.
Really fun and simplistic strategy roguelike well with the $5 since mobile games are filled with nonsense and garbage. Very please and looking forward to more work from the developer.
Creative and fun strategy game! Has some into the breach elements integrated nicely, and a variety of weapon synergies.
Tightly balanced, minimal roguelite with an endearingly funny backstory and a great synthwave soundtrack. We enjoyed every minute of our first 5 hours of playand then we learned Id managed to completely overlook the weapons upgrade mechanic. Mind blown. Rock solid gameplay loop with just the right mix of RNG and tactical gameplay. This game is the best of everything we love about roguelikes crammed into a keenly formatted byte sized packet.

Very well made turn based roguelike. We have played countless hours of roguelike games and we find ourselves thoroughly enjoying this gem! It is simple yet holds a lot of tactical depth, and we mean a lot. The graphics are a nice change of scenery from the usual. We may recommend a few upgrades for future updates, but Ill have to progress further in order to understand how much content there already is to enjoy. Worth every byte of storage space.
We waited to download this because we didnt think we would like it. It looks pretty basic in like a puzzle game. But whoa its so much more. The humor everything about the game the way it feels to progress all of it is excellent. Definitely a five star game. We hope it works off line. Oh and most importantly and making it deserve 6 to 10 stars is that there are no in app purchases that we can see.
Charming roguelike, nice depth, very satisfying combat. The digital theme is a fun touch. Prettier than it looks from the screenshots. Not as abstract as it looks from the screenshots :).
Sort of like a 4D chess on adventure mode while constantly managing your stats. There is nothing else out there like it. Definitely a GEM of a game.

Its easy to understand and fun to play! Exactly what you expect from this kind of title. Well worth the money, but it also has a lite version if you, we dont know love micro transactions or whatever.
