A good game but can be confusing for new players.
This is a fantastic game concept. Good city and army building takes some though. You have enough control of battle outcomes to make them interesting. The events can be or miss but something to look forward to. All ruined by a game that crashes all the time. We have played hundreds of games, this is by far the most unstable game we have ever played. We were lucky to get 15 minutes of continuous play. Now its gotten worse, one pvp battle (3 minutes) and crash.
Ive played the game for quite a while now, and while it is fun, it does get repetitive after a while. But what really gets us are the seasonal events and how impossible they are at a certain point. Even as a level 340the fact that we have to come up with uncommon battle axes in order to continue on with the special event is so frustrating.
Really fun medieval game. Love being able to customize the soldiers and villagers and move through the epochs. The special events are a blast too.
We think they Should add rather the Papal States or the Eastern Roman Empire.
The game has some long upgrade and crafting times, but overall its decently fun to hop on throughout the day. The combat is fun with the card selection and use of tons of different equipment. The only reason its three is because it is is very pay to win, and expensive, we dont spend money on stuff like this so Im progressing pretty slow.
Super fun game, of course we wish theres a little more control of your battles as they are automated. But otherwise super fun game beautiful graphics and good support with lots of updates.
The game feels interesting. It's like a familiar genre, but it's also fun to play. We really like the interface design. We have one request: please add the option to turn off the disappearance of fallen soldiers (corpses). When they disappear in the first few seconds of a battle, it takes away from the atmosphere of the battlefield. We know it might put a strain on your device, but we believe our iPhone 16 Pro can handle it :) And we know how to minimize the system load. And we're sure you know that too. And we think we'll be back in the game when this setting/improvement is available.
Love the mechanics, if youre looking for a chill game this one is it, we can tell they put so much thought and effort into this game its crazy.

Add more avatars for banners that actually look cool and arent fruits and vegetables and Ill give 5 stars. That would make the entire community happier. Other then that game is getting better and better.
Anyone else uncomfortable, & find it unsettling that they use like, 6 different ways to tracC your personal location.
We enjoy the ingenuity in being different from other games. However itd be nice having more weapon and armor customization and be able to control the army freely without the card.
Its fun wish there was ragdolls in the game add a appealing gameplay but the whole primes of it is that you are the commander and you build your army in any ways each commander has different abilities and different weapons we picked the sword girl we dont think she is that good Viking and archer are probably good honestly the game needs more customization and different faces and characters thats all its an A tier mobile game.
Ive made several purchases and have had no issues getting our items except for our most recent purchase. We still havent received the item that was purchased despite communicating with the support agent. Ive provided our player ID, proof of purchase, and everything that they have asked for. The agent merely replied, weve sent you your items. Best regard. This is not true, Ive not received our items and Im worried Ive just wasted a ton of money. It has now been several days and Im still sitting here empty handed.
This is a great game. Paying to play will not get you very far. Based on strategy, and consistency. A few ads for better loot, but worth it overall. Not an impossible game structure like other similar games. Worth your time.
P fun and fits nicely in a busy schedule. Had log in issues but cs fixed our problems.
Honestly really fun to equip your armies with loot and the card system is a added bonus to more fun.
Game is solid, better than a lot of the same style. Combat is great. With that said: 1. Make everything a little less dependent on grain, its the only thing that remains empty when the rest of our resources are full. 2. Give us a tab to view all villagers to select and alter. You have one for the soldiers and Im tired of clicking on individual buildings to change villager stats. 3. Your clan aspect of the game is essentially useless. Theres no real connection to anyone, and the only thing its good for is the siege but after a couple weeks Im the only one participating. 4. Let us sell our extra resources at the market. We can do it to items but not resources. 5. The pvp matching can be pretty ruff, a lot of times the other player is way stronger or twice our level Fix these things and youll have a solid game, but if left unfixed Ill more than likely be gone in a couple weeks. Like historical aspects of it, weapon and town progression Is cool. Pick the right group at first, when we first started the different civilizations didnt make a difference.. Now theres dif percs that come with each, and changing cost a lot!! Like too much.. Cant even get a mulligans.. Theres only one thing we can suggest which would make game better.. In the yard the 3 different lineups.. Some missions require different strategies and to have to 100% change the armor and weapons of everyone for one mission, then putting it right back is super inconvenient and time consuming. Rn each lineup can have different heroes and positions thats nice.. But Could it be done that each lineup have the soldiers keep the gear selected for that lineup? We wanna test strategies out but dont wanna lose the setup with our A team.
360 view on the battlefield would be nice.
Three times now our data has been reset. And the very first time they never recovered our original account linked to our phone that we paid into. So yea, only 2 stars. Would give it 4-5 if not for this issue. Deleting game now as tired of resets.
Takes a bit to learn but good game and they dont push you tospend cash.
Great game, balanced, not pay to win, they do incentivize you to watch ads with nice rewards but you dont if you dont want to. We dont mind watching a couple ads though for some extra loot and with how good the game is we dont mind supporting them in this way. Many ways for them to expand and future looks bright.
A lot of historical games feel modern and are just fantasy skinned. This game does a good job feeling like the era its supposed to be. We think for 5 stars we need more hero customization and more tacticards, less random selection. But its on the right track.
Why did our army rating go down by 10% today. Our game froze up and when we reloaded it, the rating went down from around 44000 to 39000.
Theres riches in the Niches Maybe you already know, but heres a list of some issues and ways you can fix the game? Game continues to crash or bug out. For example: The reward continues to pop-up on our screen even after we collected it. Allow for a more open world experience (while maintaining historical accuracy) -Could include the fall of Constantinople -Viking Raids (have Vikings attack your outposts) -Allow for the creation of outposts -Have Players be stationed in a specific area of Europe. (Get more creative) we love the game mechanics, and do enjoy that it doesnt seem that its a pay-to-win. We believe theres potential in this game, and would be willing to purchase it from you. Even if you spend money it takes too long to progress. Game play is repetitive.
One thing we dislike is the game zooms out during battle while we want to zoom in by itself. And it would be nice if they had a feature where you could have a map of other players to invade. But very good game, the graphics are stunning for a mobile game.
Updated: devs fixed issue very quickly! Good game, but now the updates are making it worse. As a level 215 player, we can't win a single battle in the "Clash of Nations" event, and there's no other way to reach the skill tree (and no explanation of how). Devs failing this game.
When we are going through the tutorial when we are on the part about the battle pass, it is stuck with the arrow pointing at something that is not there, we really need some help.
We like the concept behind this game, and the design for the most part. But it is VERY grindy if you arent spending money regularly. Make planks and loafs of bread plus collection resources for upgrades. We hit a point after a week or two where we were just logging in to collect our resources and start more bread & plank production. Couldnt do anything else so we would log on for that, then log off. Finally just stopped logging on. It caps the resources you can collect in your city, which means you cant go offline and come back to a massive resource harvest that will let you continue research, upgrades, and enhancements. Plus its hard to connect with players and create alliances. Alliances seem pointless since there is no real PVP mode. Lots of potential but just doesnt keep your attention or interest long term.
We dont think Ive ever left a review for a game but this one was pleasantly surprising! No forced ads as far as Ive seen so far, there are optional ads for extra equipment or things like that. Its a really cool concept especially allowing villagers to work certain buildings and giving them tools for their jobs. Setting up troops is fun and not nearly as tedious as other games, choosing their armor and weapons is a lot cooler than similar games! We highly recommend the game if youre looking for a fun game with low effort needed, its an enjoyable experience which is rare for a mobile game.
This is game had us thinking it would be a terrible game thinking it would be boring and no fun at all. But after installing this game and trying it out and not only that but customizing our troops and heros which is our favorite thing about games and it got us hooked instantly. Sadly theres no samurais to play as which we hope they could add in the future. Id recommend this to anyone or everyone that loves customizing troops and heros like we do and kicking a lot of medieval butt! Great job and keep it up.
We love this game but there are some changes we want like we wish the game was a little bit more realistic and you can create your own character. We also want to have were instead of upgrading your village we wish you can play as your character and your group traveling on a big island with players and can raid them and form as allies but when your army gets defeated you restart and the group who killed takes your land but you can take it back. We wish you can chop down trees and form tools like Minecraft and go mining yourself. We know how hard it is to make these games better and we want yall to make this game better and we appreciate it your work if yall dont make these changes we understand but we will still be smiling at yalls game even if yall dont make these changes and one more thing Merry Christmas and have a fun time celebrating Jesuss birthday and spending time with your family.
This game is a very simple builder with some twist that make it a fresh take on the genre. Ive been playing this game for a few months but our biggest problem is the monetization. We are so tired of watching adds everyday and there is no option to get rid of them that is not a subscription that cost a fortune. This is when newer games like Archero 2 have a $10 lifetime ad free version that also gives you gems each day. We find less and less of a reason to play this game and am close to uninstalling it, which is unfortunate because there are things about it that are fun. We truly wonder if they would make more money by having cheaper IAPs and a lifetime $10 no ad purchase. We think they probably would. We usually spend minimal amounts of money in mobile games, but when it comes to getting rid of ads or if we feel a battlepass or something gives significant value at a good price we will purchase it. For this game, Ive done nothing more than purchase the initial battle pass because the cost theyre asking for anything else is just so outrageous. What a shame.
Started out strong, time invested equaled good output. Always had some advancement we could do or levels to play and win. Then we hit the third epoch and it hit the breaks. Without monetary investment you wont advance things enough to be competitive, so as long as you dont ours in app spending and we mean a lot, dont bother with this one Remember when you bought video game for 49.95, now you can spend that on one in app purchase that wont last you an hour of game play After trying to work thru the constant lack of money to upgrade within the game and the predicable outcome of the PVP cycle, we would win three rounds then lose three rounds, then win a round and lose a round. Never gaining ground on leveling up in PvP, and not having the coins to do upgrades of things we finally deleted the game. Clearly they wanted us to buy gems to use to create the coins in frustration and we had purchased a few upgrades, Im sorry an app on our phone should not require us to spend over $50 to be enjoyable if any app cost us that Ill go back to gaming on our computer.
This new update, added a lot of things that didnt need to be added. Being able to upgrade armor and weapons from the yard was quick and efficient, taking that away & only able to do so through the Forge is ridiculous in our opinion. We hope this gets changed back, and we hope more of the good, doesnt get taken away.
Game was going pretty good early game until we completed a campaign battle and got stuck in a loading screen, 5 minutes pass and nothing. Uninstalled the game and redownloaded and still stuck in an infinite loading screen.

Spent some money on this game and now it loads Battles and thats it . We win or lose and the game never loads anything else. Kinda lame.
Its a good game but it keeps crashing. We lost pumpkins and armor.
We want to play a game and enjoy it, this game takes us 3 almost 4 days to even get to level 5. We lose every match, the gear system is confusing and nothing is explained. We already have a job, we dont need a game to become a second one.
Games fun until you start playing PvP, not sure why our 8,000 power army is being forced to go against 15,000 and 13,000 armies. Doesnt make any sense. Update: Ive decided to change our review to a 5 star. The game is still great and its a lot of strategy on building the yard out right. Though balance is still difficult at times its still very fun. We chose to start a new, loosing our in game purchases, but we think it was worth it. So far so good.
It would have been a good game but the developers are too greedy to allow fluent gameplay, they hide immense amount of resources behind ads and with the new Halloween event theres low earn rates to encourage the purchase of their event currency. Good game without the crazy amount of ads but sadly its another cash grab that wants you to engage too much.
The game is fun albeit a bit sparse given the time frame the game covers. The combat aspect is complicated enough to allow for strategy and the other aspects of the game complement the combat without being overbearing/not fun. The only thing Id say is Information about stats and how they affect combat/utility should be made available outside of the training yard sort of like the armor/weapon type chart. Otherwise we wanna say we really like this game and hope more development will come.
Game is amazing no notes lol, perhaps a way to incorporate cavalry and pikemen to counter, which is counted by great swords, etc.
