Awesome game, been playing it for 6 months. When is the state fair part 3 coming out.
We want everybody to know it is an awesome game, especially now with all of the updates. We have played this game off and on since it came out and it didnt have very many cool features like now. 2 things ( we dont mind ads ) 1. Before you buy ad free there are far to many intrusive ads (which is fairly cheap and we did do) 2. Recently we just purchased the VIP. Which is a great little add-on. With things, like ad skip for the extras add skip for time, etc. And you get so many every eight hours which is great. BUT we do not like during VIP 14 day you do not have the option to watch extra videos after you use up your allotted things in an eight hour. Period. We would love to have the option to watch ads if we want. And we dont mean the intrusive ads but the extras. AGAIN THIS IS A AWESOME GAME! Please keep updating! Thanks loyal player.
Since we are a fan of the wasteland game like the Fallout series, we really enjoy the game. Despite that it has many purchases to free from ads, the anime art style and step by step exploration still really attracts us into the game. And more importantly we would like to thank the creators to keep updating the game, since nowadays not many WiFi free games can have new contents. Great game, love it.
The game is very time consuming in which we like because we enjoy playing long games but what we feel need to be fixed is the wait time on going to the next level. When will the next level come? Overall the game is great.
Ive been playing Wasteland Life for quite a while now and have advanced pretty far in the game. While it is really fun and engaging, Ive come to realize that the farther you progress in the game, the challenges become more ridiculously complex and difficult, sometimes taking days or weeks to complete due to the number of items you must collect to construct just one of the critical components. Ive gotten to the point that Im almost ready to throw in the towel and give up if we havent invested so much time and money into the game.
Makes it hard to like the game. We are okay with watching ads but the amount makes the free version of the game hardly worth playing.
We want to chime in on the forced advertisements. We are one of the people who dont mind paying a small flat fee not to be bombarded with advertising. The problem we have with game developers who use forced advertisements as a method of revenue is it vastly impacts our enjoyment of the game. It takes us out of the flow of the game when we have to stop repeatedly to hear about a different game. From a players perspective it is hard to get invested when Im being bombarded. If we are invested, we will spend money on your game and select to watch advertisements. But the truth is, sometimes, we will just stop playing the original game to try out the new game. ESPECIALLY if they say there are no advertisements. So, the question we have to ask you is, whats more important. Player loyalty or a few extra bucks from forced advertisements that will ultimately drive players away? There are other ways to generate revenue that dont anger the people who you rely on to spend money on your game.
It takes too many resources to build something. For example, instead of requiring 50 nuts to upgrade from vacuum 14 to 15, require only 5!!! At a minimum, add more queues to the workshop. There are 3 now, but 12 would be better. Another suggestion, use only ads that are shorter. Now, some of them run for a minute before giving us a forward arrow to move out of the ad. This forward arrow is like 1 pixel big. Make it either WAY bigger, like finger size, or tap anywhere on the screen to move forward. Then, we get another ad with a 13 second timer where we cant move forward until 13 seconds are up, then we get Another 1 pixel forward button, then we get a 5 second timer before a 1 pixel x appears to get out of the ad. 1 pixel buttons are very hard to click on and its frustrating! This is a 5 star game with 1 star taken away for the amount of resources required to build something, and another star taken away for the amount and length and complexity of ads. We will be deleting this game from our iPad. Ill check back in a few months to see if you fixed any of this.
The game is 4.5 stars and enjoyable. The ads popping up either to purchase game upgrades or spam ads, is just excessive. You would give 0 stars for that. 3 of 5 is our average. Unless youre willing spend 4.99 to go ad free, then more, dont start.
To be clear, its a fun game. Its one of very few we play. We pied for no ads, so we can enjoy it even more, we even drop $ once a week to help with the pitifully slow progress. But recently, the the package ($) reminders are infuriating. And giving resources to the various vendors, for no reward, is pointless. This would otherwise have been a 5 star. But we have a feeling, this is intentional. Im losing interest in this game.
Firstly, if you dont want o be spammed with Ads like every 40 seconds then just spend the 5 for the no ad pack, VIP isnt worth much as its literally only a week. We also feel like they need to fix the awards for ads because this game will get tedious after a while with how little they give for things like tape. Also, the upgrading wait time increasing each time you make an upgrade is also kinda annoying to us. We dont understand why they cant be a set wait time once you reach a certain level.
Played this on Android and enjoyed it there also. Decent graphics and engaging objectives/game play. Problems are with the ads and the grind for resources. Ads pop up randomly & frequently, even if you just watched an ad to get a temp power-up. The timer on your power-up continues to run down even when the asinine random ad is playing, so your time is getting stolen – FIX THIS!! If we just chose to watch an ad, we shouldnt have our power-up time stolen by the stinking random ads! Either suspend the ads when a power-up is active or suspend the power-up timer! For the resource grind- the amount of resources required to upgrade everything is not linear. It appears to be to be an exponential progression by the time you count up the various layers. This means that by the time your pickaxe & vacuum are at about level 15, youre in the pay to make decent progress phase and the grind for resources becomes unconscionable unless youre willing to pay some serious $$$. As much as we like this game, Im seriously frustrated with it to the point that Im considering uninstalling it because of the above issues.
Well, it was a fun game to play. Theres a lot of tech issues in this. For example, their cloud base concept doesnt work at all so we were playing on our iPad. We switched over to our iPhone played for quite a while and now we cant sync the two so we have where we wanna play all the time its very poor design especially in 2025 also, the settings are nothing. There are no settings to really look at. You dont have the linkage concept that most other games have it so again fun game to play but very, very irritating. UPDATE 12/25. Its getting worse, now the character gets stuck often where you need to close the game and start over in the scene in order to move forward. Also they drag out too many boring mini-games like the pandemic OK it was cool at first but ever character of ours must have had this 3 or 4 times, it never ends. Also the weird little extra people that ask for handouts with no value to us. Like we said before it was a fun game but as you spend more time with it, it gets worse and worse. Its too bad.
Im very disappointed. We have crafted our third wheel four times and every time we sign back on it tells us we only have two we need our third wheel for our vehicle please fix immediately. Its a shame fun game but too many glitches lately.
- ) The farmers, cooks, nurses and plumber should be able to collect the earnings and or heal and create craft items or replenish vegetables at stands/ kitchen at their respective stations. 2.) The workshop has 3 slots to craft items. Unfortunately you can craft 1 or 2 items at a time for a total of 3 or 6 items. Some items you can do up to five but the problem with that is, you need as so much of these items that you waste so much time crafting individually. The fix : Should be able adjust the craft items per slot up to 1 hour worth of craft time per slot at the workshop: that will speed up life in the wasteland; 3.) For as much material that it takes to collect to upgrade items like the vacuum and the pickaxe the gains should be more. No matter how strong we make our pickaxes + golden power it still takes 10-13 swings to break down a vehicle, that doesnt make sense. The Flamethrower as well. Craft pack doesnt provide enough of any of the essentials. Nails, blue tape, glue, wood etc. The boxes on expeditions should provide more then 1 blue tape or 4 nails or there should be more boxes per expedition. Also how am we visibly breaking wood and seeing wood shards go flying from these crates and billboards but no wood is collected only metal. Make it make sense. Still havent seen any of the updates or gameplay this game has to offer when you click on it in this store. So overall we enjoy the game, its a pass time but we wont invest more then we need to on it because 14.99 for 52 weeks is nearly 800 dollars a year on this game and its just not worth it.
We had to delete the app and redownload it it said our data was saved now it's making us start all over what up with that.
Had to start over game glitched on a mission and we couldnt progress. Said to collect 30 of an item and all were collected on farm yet it said 28/30 collected. Tried support and they never responded. So we had to start game over. We paid for no adds too so hopefully that wasnt a waste of money. Ill expect a refund if we have adds again as a result.
We paid for no ads. Love this game. We are patiently awaiting update so we can see whats inside the safes and finish carnival and port.
We love the breaks waiting for the next update, collecting resources, making med boxes, collecting casino chips, bolts, windows, black tape tin walls, collecting glass and acid and of course, gems and $$$.
When can we expect the next update? We are at the circus part. All sections on original site are maxed out.
We love this game and have been playing it for a while now at least a year or so we only have one problem and its the updates to move on in the game sometimes the updates take forever so just keep making screws, windows or black tape until the developers recognize they havent updated the game come on people we want to move on.
We would give it a 5 if we could get an update. Havent been waiting as long as others but holy cow.
Need to have available resources hidden throughout the game. We have spent so much money on the craft pack. Put little surprises throughout the sand. Tape, potion, etc. There are just too many sick people. If the new update is not soon, Im done.
We like the game it seams that the down side is the updates are slow coming Im at the state fair and all it said is coming soon really want to move on to the next stage but there isnt one.
Fun at first but quickly becomes redundant and boring.
Dont know why even at advanced level, the guy just slowly runs around. We would think as you spent more time with the game and advanced, there would be an option to speed up his footsteps. Its one reason why we just stop playing now after a few minutes.
This game is fun when youre just looking to kill time, but it takes way too long between updates that unlock new areas, and the new areas can be completed within a week or two. Not much changes in the new areas, either.
Funny when you need a certain resource that were abundant when you didnt need always become scarce when you need it. For example the plumber that pumps water all of sudden stops filling the area when your off line or or only fills part of it . The game makers want you to spend money so bad. The game was fun to play but getting go stupid how long are taking to do or how many times you have to go and get more resources . A little over the top if you ask us.
Too many ads occurring almost every 30 seconds and it makes it hard to enjoy the game.
We really like playing the game, but everything takes to long to complete. It starts to spoil the gameplay and fun of it all. It just too slow for us.
A game that actually matches the advertisement videos! BUT the ADs, and in the middle of game play In a 2 minute span we got at least 4-5 ads and they are always the same! We all expect ads but comon guys! Are you making games for people who play or for advertisers.
Its honestly insane how much money they want you to pay for any sort of upgrade. 14.99$ for only 7 days of a boost ?? Wild. The concept itself is fun and entertaining but its quickly becoming very repetitive as the areas you have to go are the same every single time so youre just repeating the tasks. Ive had to watch an insane amount of ads to get anywhere considering we wont pay for 15 dollar temporary boosters. Its a bummer.
Download it because it looked fun Played for a little while but the way too many ads. We would have 3 to 4 ads in the time a song on Spotify we would get over. Not worth it to us.
Have 5 stars so this is hopefully seems. The game is barely playable. You cant escape the ads. Literally every two minutes. Why is everything pay to play now.
We received the gold from clearing sand and the game glitched and we lost our gold so we cant make candle sticks and cant progress any further in the game.
This one actually has the sand vacuum gun! True to the adds & fun to play. Eagle eye view is good for those with motion sensitivity. Gameplay is harder so younger players might get frustrated with it but the challenge is nice. Adds are not to overpowering & usually have a reward.
Ive been playing this game for quite a while now but now its glitched. The game wants us to get the spray paint from FarmVille but Ive already been there, gotten the paint, and completed it. The paint isnt in our inventory and now we cant go back the FarmVille! Devs please help.
Im loving this game so far, but over the past day or so, its been crashing every time we go to the Farmerville scene. The game just quits and doesnt go back to that scene upon reopening. It goes back to the home map and we lose the energy we spent to travel to the Farmerville location.

Really enjoyed this game but soooooo many ads popping up was killing us. We get it thats how you keep it free but jeez.
Im rewriting this review because Im enjoying it more again. Id say 3/12 stars if we could. We got frustrated running The Factory around 10 times just to upgrade he Water Collector just once, but didnt consider the fact that we were collecting a lot of resources that allowed for several quick upgrades right away after the Collector was at level 10. Im sure Ill get annoyed again but our best advice is to be patient and dont binge-play. Maybe an hour a day and take your time. It became more enjoyable that way for us.
Its a fun game but the time it takes to rank up can be long. You cant get a good flow going because you have collect one thing to build another and then cant complete it because something else has to be upgraded. It can take too long. We want to be able to just flow with the game but Im forced to take breaks.
We were enjoying the game when we thought we would purchase the hired helper dude. Stupid and wasteful mistake. He freezes more times than not, you have to reboot the game and who has time for that 3 or 4 times during your play?? Just dont and you will be better off. Came back after a couple of weeks and hired the helper again because we are a glutton for punishment. Still frustrating and the dumping of his sand onto you is the most frustrating. He has gotten stuck twice now and we have had to reboot.
We have really enjoyed playing this game for a few weeks now. Paid for the no ads upgrade, first time Ive ever made a payment for a game. Worth it 100%. Then Got to a point where we were stuck and got sick of watching ads to get the resources needed and broke down and bought the VIP package thinking it would help us move forward. Mistake! Now we are stuck for the next six days as once you use up the VIP PERKS you can no longer watch ads to get the resources youre lacking! Thinking about deleting unless developers get back to our support request.
It was repetitive game to waste time with , now its got money boxes along the way. So will be deleting soon.
Fun little game! However, WAY too many ads. Every 3 minutes is far too often. The break ins are less annoying.
Potentially a fun engaging game but has far too many Ads. Every two minutes or so, you are switched to an Ad in the middle of completing a task. Free play is stressful. Not interested in purchasing since there are no guarantees that Ads wont continue to be tied to every little thing you do. Too bad. Story is at least interesting.
Ready to scrap this game and move on. Its a fun game..for a while. Then, it gets old really fast. The amount of resources needed to develop items becomes ridiculous. The amount of time having to watch videos is even more so! Then there is the tasks that have to be repeated time, and time, and time and timeeee again. All the while there are quirks in the game that causes hang ups and time loss. So, if you want to play a game for a few days and then move to a new one, check it out. If you want to get vested in a long term game to enjoy, dont waste your time on this one. And noo, Im not going to spend the ridiculous amount of money on perks that they ask for.
You get a ad less then every two mins playing this game not counting all the ads you get for a benefit in the game plus they run ads at bottom of the screen it is a cute game on its third upgrade but you spend more time looking a ads then you do have game time.
