Community Insight:
This is an interesting game. But the artwork is way too busy for us. Please allow an option where standard playing cards can be used.
We absolutely love this game we play it practically every day and have an absolute blast playing it.its very addicting in a fun way the art style is beautiful and the satisfaction beating your first game. Some ideas we have are that there could be different card designs and characters like a space or monster themed cards. Or maybe like a coin system where you can unlock the different cards.these are just a couple Of ideas but still it is a absolutely wonderful game and we hope it becomes even greater in the future.
Ive loved almost every single game Gearhead has made and this one is just as great! Paying for no ads is a great value as it doesnt give options to watch ads for rewards after you payed to remove ads (which is great as we love a full ad free expression. Even if you dont want to pay the cheap price, the ads arent that intrusive. Also, the game itself is very fun and addicting. However, it would be nice to get a few more music tracks as the same one playing over and over gets old (and that goes for almost all the Gear Head games).
We think this game is great, but we think it could use a menu instead of jumping into the game.
This game is amazing with everything being at its fullest potential, amazing art, great soundtrack and more, and we would hate to see it vanish under the waves of the game dev sea and die out. So we think that if the game had extra content like co op would help people stay interested longer or a storyline to keep people playing longer. Overall great game, we hope to see your game thrive.
Still pretty fun, need new ways to play with a classic 52 deck.
We actually found this game on itch.io when searching for asset packs, and we saw this game in the comments showing how they used the asset pack. Of course we looked at the page out of curiosity, and we were happy to see this was on mobile as well! It felt more fitting to us to play this on our phone, and we absolutely love it! It's simple but not boring, and it looks great. It's a nice way to pass the time… Or procrastinate on making our own game.
This game is everything it says it is. The simple rules are easy to learn and how to play, with a charming, short soundtrack and unique pixel graphics. Though there are only a few difficulties to play through, Royal Card Clash is the perfect time-killer when youve got a few extra minutes on your hands. Anyone can learn and play and improve their strategy.
Plz add card skins besides that great game.
This is simple and fun. More challenging than appears. SUGGESTION: Maybe after leveling up so far you get battle weapons and/ or abilities to help (NO magic or cursed items. And nothing from the demon realm please!) Other than that- great game. Cant wait to see what updates (if any) will be available.
Pretty fun but just boils down to pure RNG which kinda kills the game but still has the potential to be way better, the art style is a nice bonus though.
Great idea, great execution. Well made. Thank you.
This is such a great quick-play game! There isn't a whole lot to it, but it is pretty perfect. We really hope there can be a successor or expansion to be more robust of a game, because the mechanics/rules are excellent. Props to the developer, we were happy to pay for 'no-ads', well deserved.
A few weeks ago, we saw a video about a card game called clear the dungeon, it was just like this game, but a little different. We loved the game so much, (we still love it) that we learned 15 other solitaire games and memorized them. We were bringing our cards everywhere with us to get a quick game in, but now we can use this in case we forget our cards or if we dont have space to play physical cards. We can now also play our favorite solitaire game with a pixel twist on the couch.
The art style in all the games made by this creator are absolutely amazing- we love the pixelated style and the gameplay is strategic and fun.
Well constructed game variant on a solitaire game. The developers should add a card counter for each suit that indicates how many cards of that suit are left in the deck as one plays a game. As it stands, one has to memorize this, which is a hassle for a casual game.
The experience gained and leveling up is arbitrary/pointless other than to increase difficulty. After difficulty increases, theres no point to the leveling system. Ads after every game really? Why not just after you lose or sth.
We accidentally drag up the app into the iOS app switcher probably ten times per game because the cards are too small and close to the bottom of the screen. Very annoying.
Wow, developers, you did everything right here! We immediately paid to remove ads and support you after our first game. This is exactly the type of solo card game Ive been hoping for forever. Its easy to learn, quick to play when you have a short break, and strategic enough to stay interesting without being frustrating. Its the kind of game youll pick up a lot throughout your day because its just so accessible and fun. And the file size is small, its good on battery, and you can turn sounds and haptics on or off. The price to remove ads is super fair. And the design is just awesome. Great use of space, looks great, and thank God its in portrait mode! Makes it so easy to quickly play. Thank you developers! We highly recommend this game and it deserves to be super successful.
Quick and Creative card game that is easy to grasp. Great game.
Great gameplay! Love hopping on for a few minutes at a time to slay those evil Royals. Some suggestions: – provide several soundtrack options for the user to pick, or cycle through. Love the one you have, get the whole album of that song maybe! – allow different game modes, like one where playing different numbers of cards does different things. Like the 2 could do double damage if played against a color that it doesnt match, a 3 could push the royal back in the queue and reveal the one beneath, saving a 4 could make you discard your hand to the bottom of the deck and redraw, etc – give pre-defined levels that give us a sense of progression as we beat them Anyway, good times.
Loving the game as it stands currently. Cant wait to see whats in store for future updates.
