Way too many ads. We had a play and ad stopped our game. We couldn,t finish our game.
Good designs on tiles but the backgrounds are very distracting, should be able to choose a variety of backgrounds.
We got this game because mah jongg is a classic, and we like the look of this particular version. It plays well and offers several different layouts and modes of play. Plus, the many dragon backgrounds are cool. All was well until the last update, when the game came back full of pop-up ads ("rewards," haha) that players are forced to look at — at least long enough to decline — in order to get to another round of the game. Annoying enough. But then the weird forced interface with Facebook began hijacking the game, automatically switching apps after a round so that we could post a comment about our last game… Because that's an automatic desire of everyone who finishes a level of a video game? (No, thank you, we'll just continue posting pictures of our food and funny animal friends, like normal.) we understand that gamers need to make money, too — but annoying people is not the way, friends. Terrible update.
We always enjoy mahjong and this version is fun and challenging. Just wish the tiles were larger for our old eyes! Oct 1 update is the pits.
Love playing, get lost in time n find ourselves playing for 2-3 hours in one sitting.
A fun game and a different take on matching pairs. A few quirks to note-if you don't clear the stacked tiles, they "lock" and don't allow selection as well as sometimes matches only let one tile of two be highlighted and will show as 0 matches even though there is a match. Nothing too upsetting and we take it as a challenge to get those cleared quickly.
Nice game wish the tile were bigger but other than that ok we play while waiting for dr appointment ect.
A little frustrating, been stuck on a level that we come close to beating, but just when we think we've got it – we don't grrrrrrrrr, still worth the time.
Love it but we have one problem with the size of the tiles.
This game can keep you on your toes for hours. Addictive and fun.
Good challenge – only comment is that the back round colors are brighter than the tiles making them harder to read.
The new process of having to view an ad after each game to play another game is a pain. The ad banner on bottom as opposed the the top (previous version) now interferes with the buttons (exit, hint) at the bottom.
Exciting game of speed and concentration. Love to play daily.
Should develop more free boards.
Just a good game that has been bugging us to write something…..now we can only hope that the pop up will stop.
Like the game,tiles are sometimes hard to make disappear.
We really enjoy playing this fun and colorful game. When we're stressed out, it's a calmer-downer, at least for us and glad we have it to play. Thanks.
Excellent brain exercise and very challenging.
Basic game is great. We had forgotten how relaxing it is to play. Only three stars because we would like to hear less annoying sounds when we match tiles. Maybe a different one for seasons, botanical etc.
The latest version of this game is very difficult and doesnt hold our interest. We hate games with highlighted tiles. Bring back the original.
Newest version (03/24/2024) is the worst version ever released. Used to enjoy playing this game but with each update the graphics have gotten worse. Todays will make it easy to delete it permanently and begin searching for something more akin to your original (from 10 years ago)mahjong.
Difficult to finish because matching tiles on ends do not always disappear.
We like the game but every time we play we run out of moves so it makes no sense playing if you will never win.but if that wasn't the problem this game would of been just fine.
We love Dragonmahjong But this version is much too difficult to win The square one we have been trying for days to win!!!!BOO.
This game no longer works on our iPad 2. We have removed it from our iPad.
