Once again we do love the game and its cute graphics and hours of fun.. But now our character Suzy is stuck in queens and she is stuck at the entrance doors restaurant and does not move. If we uninstall the game we will lose all our progress and have to start all over again. Is it possible this problem can be fixed.
Besides the huge amount of ads, like 1 every minute, the game characters will get stuck and you cant fix it. Developer too lazy to fix it and makes big money on ads. DONT WASTE TIME.
When is the new update coming? We hope its soon because if not Ill definitely be deleting this app soon.
Love love love! But like others reached to Level 5 then wont go anywhere, so been waiting for the game will have the next areas. Meantime Im coming back and complete all the levels, missions and dishes but 3rd Queens Bakery got error and doesnt move from the entrance, it wears the roller skates forever though, none of buttons but Map work.
It does not glitch and it is so fun.
Overall great game but our chef is stuck he wont make any food. We restarted our device and still nothing.
Game is super fun and addictive but the third restaurant chef who makes toast is glitching not making the food and can do anything. Ive paid for no ads and the super chef. Ive downloaded shut it off and reset and he is still stuck please help. Can we be compensated for the inconvenience.
One of our chefs has been stuck for two days not making any food. Hes stuck on a loop or something. Theres no support team to report this to.
Game is super fun and easily addictive but one of our chefs in the 3rd restaurant is stuck. Hes standing over top of the grill not making food. Ive opened and closed the app out restarted it and nothing is helping. This has been happening for a couple of days now. We cant get him to do anything or stop glitching. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi we have completed all the levels which stop at level 5 -7 which we thought was weird. Are there any new levels or something we are missing.

Great game Im at a pause in manhattan Ive did all upgrades and Im basically just collecting money in the game and would like to move on or is this the end of the game.
There is a glitch on the loader is stuck and theres no refills on the bar. We cant seem to find a product theres a glitch please help otherwise Im going to have to delete this game which we really enjoy playing.

On the 3rd restaurant one of the chef froze deleted the game after that the system wouldnt refresh.
Love love love love the game. Brunch level is GLITCHED out hard since the update- (we also play on multiple accounts/devices and same glitch) the other one was stuck stuck @59:59 with skates and couldnt move last time we checked. French toast chef wont cook, and come to find out there is only 4 levels which Im super bummed about. SC is one of our top fav developers rn. Update added new level woot! Level 3brunch French toast chef is still stuck not moving.
Please fix the glitches Im on the brunch level and our chef with the pancakes is stuck.
In the Brunch time bakery the toast cook is glitched not cooking. A lot of angry customers.
When you get to level 5 there is nothing else. We wont delete the game but wont wait forever for additional levels.
We like this game its a good distraction game. However we made it to the 5th restaurant and its not giving us any more objectives. We mean it never even gave us the WC option like the past restaurants. We hope they add more levels and that that wasnt it.

Really enjoy the game, but we noticed that when we get to the level of cooking pizzas the added at the bottom block us from upgrading the food so we cant progress in the game.

The game is nice. We like it. We like going to different levels. We paid for no ads and Im still getting ads . We hit restore and we logged out of the game and logged back in and its still add helps.
This game app has potential, but it feels incomplete. The constant stream of commercials is overwhelming and disrupts gameplay. Hopefully, future updates will address these issues and provide a more polished experience.
Could not upgrade our last two dishes in a restaurant.
We really like this game. The ads are a bit intrusive and annoying but bearable. Is there any more levels though? Does this game really stop at the New York level.
At the Brunch location, the Toast item level 3 cannot be created at all. Player characters cannot create it, nor can NPCs. Never upgrade this item to level 3 if you want the game to run smoothly.

Love this game! Challenging but very real in the positions and tasks. We have finished all of the locations in New York and Im not sure if thats it? We would like to have more to play but not sure if Ive completed the game. It would be nice to have some type of notification or level meter for NY. It says global on the ad for this game. The game has more details than the average game like this, which we like, but there are many glitches. The waiters get stuck and start glitching out in the restaurant. The cleaners do as well. They get stuck at the tables and start twitching. You have to close the app out and reopen. Otherwise, you will move around the restaurant to find that theres still stuck there. In the second restaurant, the main character can walk right through the water tank divider. She can also walk right through any other character thats in her path. In the restroom, there will be customers waiting to use a stall but it will glitch where the customer doesnt see the open stall , hold up the line of customers waiting, and go to the next open stall. Im sure you guys will figure this out many times Ill see glitches and then in a week or so that glitch is gone. Its a cool game with a lot of detail. It can only get better. Im back.. Now we found that we purchased a new chef and he geeking out at the grill. Hasnt made no food. We had to watch a video for extra food to fill orders. Ive closed out the app and hes still feeling at the grill .. Yall need to play your game. Waiters and cleaners just stand there as customers need menus and food. Yall just through this game together real quick.
When you get to the Bakery the chef thats on Toast isnt working and some of the servers are running Back and forth.
Im a new player and so far we enjoy the game. The only issue is that in the Queens restaurant, one of the chefs has glitched. Theyre stuck in cook mode, but dont actually cook anything or bring any food to the table. Im losing a lot of customers.

We finished all the first 5 levels (restaurants) and waiting for the next one to open. We completed all the extensions and all the dishes and max upgrades. Is this an error? Whats next? How can we continue with advancing the game.
This is a great game but the fact that there isnt any new levels is sadden.
The game has stuck in the 3rd restaurant, we tried couple of times, online offline, days but nothing worked. Was enjoying this game so much, but how to avoid this glitch. Fix it please.
This game is really kid friendly making it to the 3rd restaurant we purchased a chefs package and when we reopened the app today she has on booster skates and option to expand free now on the outside of the restaurant its stuck and she wont move but people are walking into the restaurant around her. We need our money back that was purchased due to the app not working properly thank you.
Glitch in the third restaurant. Looks like this is happening with everyone same thing the chef just standing over the grill cooking. It wouldnt be a huge deal but thats all anyone is ordering now.
Ive been loving this game, the ads arent too often which we like. However, we are so frustrated because Im only on the 3rd or 4th restaurant but one of our chefs is frozen. Ive restated, went to a previous location & even upgraded him & he is still frozen. Literally our only complaint.
