Watch your money we just started having this issue as of today but every time you spin its taking an extra $.10-$.15 from you, we were playing bounty at five cents. Thats how we caught it. Youll only notice it If you buy a five dollar package and play a game thats five cents then youll see it. We gave them all the proof they needed. They even changed our account telling us that our account was hacked. Just started it up again and Im going through the same thing. Theyre just robbing people. We see it now.
We spent 40 dollars on this app and it just ate our money up than we spent like 15 on a game just for it to tell us our area was restricted so we couldnt play it and it didnt give us our money back.
We spend a lot of money gambling on our phone. We have many casino apps on our phone that we deposit money into on a daily basis. We have never had one of these apps not credit us for a daily bonus of any kind. That is until we downloaded NoLimitCoins. Twice now we have won sc on our daily wheel spin only not to have it credit our account for the win. The first time we contacted support they told us that we were awarded that sc dollar amount in a glitch, therefore they wouldnt honor it. It upset us, but we let it go. Then it happens a second time 2 days later only this time we took a screenshot of the wheel showing what we had won, which also displayed the timer below showing we had just spun the wheel. This time support asked us if we had a screenshot of the popup that appeared when we were awarded the measly $1sc?!? Really!!??? Youre going to try to weasel out of giving us our $1sc win?!?! If we were going to lie & say we won a dollar amount we think Id make up a larger amount than the smallest amount the wheel offers. Furthermore if your game glitches & falsely shows we won a dollar amount then you should have to honor that. Thats our opinion anyway. Keep your dollar, Ill be spending our money elsewhere in a casino app that values its players.
Not a top app, if you are a serious sweeps player avoid this one. We joined got a couple of bucks for free play. Well we ended up winning $100. We redeemed and they cancelled the redemption. Tried again they blocked the account and told us to contact support. Contacted support and they told us we could only cash out $50 because we played with free play coins. Mind you they make you buy a coin package before you can redeem. So us and support are going back and forth then they change the amount that we can redeem to $25 and say we can only redeem through gift card. You can only redeem $100 or more the other way. So we say ok and he tells us the $25 has been sent to our PayPal. Out of all the sweeps Ive played this is the worse and they are very shady. There are many good ones who honor your winnings, this is not one.
