Love this game not to hard but still challenging. However we have to wait for a week or so to have new levels to load. We are stuck playing endless levels on previous levels until its almost boring. When will the Stockholm levels load.
When we had time to kill we played. Apparently we had too much time to kill lately and we played all of the levels that were available. Now all we can do is play the endless mode. And Ive gotten bored. How w long will t be until new hospitals/levels are available? We want to keep playing but youll lose us if we dont see something new.
We should be able to revisit old levels to get a better rhythm and upgrades cost too much you dont make enough coin per level to get upgrades even with ads. As others have stated its impossible to progress in the game without spending a small fortune. Trust and believe folks aint spending money on these games anymore it went from $1.99 to $10 +. Greed will sink this game.
We were really enjoying it, but once we made it to the third country then it started not awarding us coins for the completed levels.
This game is addicting and we love to play it to pass time. We do wish the endless level was longer like the name implies. Maybe it shouldnt ever end? Another annoying thing is that although we completed all the levels, we are unable to play the last level, Shanghai. When are you going to make this available.
To put it simple, the game is rlly fun but its get to a point where in order to progress u HAVE to spend money. Super annoying.
An ad after every game you play is extremely annoying. The game also has you pay diamonds for a perk that only lasts for one city. A waste of time, repetitive, and a lot of ads.
Playing on an iPad and it crashes frequently when in airplane mode. Especially when pausing in the middle of a level. It gets glitchy and then crashes. When it crashes, it counts the level as a loss. Crashes should be handled better in our opinion. Creative and fun game tho. Just needs more dev work.
Physically impossible to get past the 40th level without watching every video they throw at you (at least 13/day just for extra coins). And dont forget the ads between each level, unless you pay to get those removed. Even then, you have to tirelessly play the endless levels, losing it over and over and over because that also gives you around 125 coins. It takes 1,200 coins for each upgrade, btw. Update: Im so done with this game. Now it takes 2,000 coins for every upgrade, and each thing has to be upgraded 6x before you can even think about getting to the end of the world. Dont get us wrong, the game is fun. But its not worth watching hundreds of ads and/or playing the same level 200x over just to be able to stay competitive in the game.
Loved this game and finished all locations, when the is the Shanghai location will be available.
We find this game very enjoyable. We even paid money to remove ads. What we find frustrating is as we progress further into the game, It becomes harder to upgrade at the rate that the challenge comes. We usually go back and play endless mode to earn more coins, but we find the cap at around 300 coins to be annoying because you have to spend a lot of time in endless mode in order to upgrade anything in the classic mode of the city youre currently trying to beat. We do play the other mini games and have even purchased small packs with real money but its at the point where we feel like its just a money grab.
We love this game but the new update caps you at 300 pero endless play and youre almost forcing the player to buy coins. The last level isnt unlocked and we cant participate in tournaments without it. Not sure why you also upgrade equipment and it doesnt give you more coins as advertised. Too many changes this is disappointing considering all the new changes. Not fair. Last complaint is why upgrade speed on doctors and it doesnt change ? Please fix earnings and level upgrades.
Play this game daily. Graphics on update are great, however it took away our timed endless play that was previously on one of the levels, and has a cap which stops once reached. Missing the opportunity to allow a challenge to continue until failed since we have already maxed all our upgrades. Has now somewhat left us not looking forward to playing as much.
This is good game that keeps you busy. The reason for the 2 star reduction is because theyre stingy giving coins, some levels youre unable to watch an ad to increase your coin earnings and when you do its only 50% of what you earned that level. But the big kicker is when watching an ad to continue a level you would have failed, the darn ads are 2 freaking minutes and more! Not cool, not cool at ALL.
Patients are coming in too slow which causes us to lose the game sometimes. Also, when is the new hospital coming out, we been waiting a few days. Why when you play in endless mode, you can only receive 180 coins, no more? You still have the same challenge as if you are playing in regular mode.
Theres not enough levels and you dont get many coins when you complete a level so you forced to make in app purchases if you want to advance through some levels. Its an excellent game to pass the time. Endless mode that becomes available after you complete a world only gives you 300 coins which does not compare to the work you do so its almost not worth it. Having an option to get an assistant would definitely make it more enjoyable as there doesnt seem to be enough time to do all the tasks, especially when you dont get many coins to upgrade things.
Starts out great, then you get bombarded with ads around level 10. We only started playing this game because the last game that we paid to have ads removed gave us an ad for a feature we wanted. So we came over here and now Im expected to pay for this ad removal. So nope, Im going to just go back to our last game that we already paid to have ads removed. Also, the buttons stop working after the ads start. So Im tapping on different things in the game and it absolutely will not select them anymore in the round. If you want to have the pay to remove ads model, at least make sure youre not going to have so much lag that the game doesnt work anymore. People are so greedy.

Ive been having a lot of fun playing this game, but Ive came to a point now where we have to replay the same level probably 20 times in order to even upgrade one item in the hospital. ALSO the Pharma shop & the Daily Rewards ADs are no longer available?!! We cant click them they just say loading & its been 3 days.
The amount of ads is overwhelming.
We agree with others that this app has some issues. We noticed that sometimes when we tap places on the screen the app doesnt respond so we have to do it several times. Also, on hospital three, the levels in the 50s are exceptionally difficult to win. Even with many upgrades and the nurse speed at max. She moves too slowly. Ive hit four points below the required score and it doesnt offer us extra time with that happens- watching an ad, etc. It just tells us we lost. When we get closer, like within 20 points itll offer us an ad option and then will only let us gain a couple of more points. We lose again. Its blatantly set up that way. Ill probably delete the app as well because its just not fun when you cannot win.

TLDR: Save your time and money, it gets too hard to win unless you pay real money for fake and ultimately useless boosts. Im deleting this after level 29 on the 2nd map. Up until that point the game is fun and the right balance of stress with reward for passing. However, it becomes increasingly difficult and then just impossible to pass levels without having to pay for extra boosters. You dont get enough coins after passing a level to be able to keep up with needed upgrades to win, like making patients more patient or extra equipment slots, but even then some of the upgrades barely even help and get canceled out by extremely short wait times. We wish theyd balance this out with the ability to go back and play levels, because even endless mode becomes impossible without paying to win (the only other way to get coins to progress). It just doesnt make any sense. Fun while it lasted, on to the next.
We shouldnt have to watch a two minute video to continue to play a game. We really like your game but every time we have to watch a long video it makes us want to not play it anymore. No other game that we play has ads that lasts that long.
There is not enough people of color in this game as a person of color, we feel very, VERY underrepresented. The game is fun but the lack of representation is unpleasant and distasteful. Very off-putting shall we say really. Whats the REAL motive here.
We dont typically leave reviews for game apps or what have you. But, this new update is horrendous. We play this game everyday as a way to relax after working at our warehouse job. The thrill of having a time clock is what made the game fun! Achieving a number goal with no time limit and with just the simple rule of not losing a patient is not fun for us and its every single level now. We get some people were having a hard time getting past certain levels, but the back pedal into this new update we think was uncalled for. The game has lost the race to the goal and just said here you go, win every level when you want to.
Long videos after every single thing – annoying AF.
This game is really fun, a classic time management like Diner Dash, but set in a hospital staffed by animal-people. You do not need to spend money if you are very good at this game. We spent $10 to remove ads, and it was completely worth it. We play uninterrupted. Our only gripe: please give us a TRUE endless mode, where customers keep coming at a gradually increasing pace until we fail, and keep track of our high score. Coins awarded based on how many customers we had. Right now endless mode ends! It is more like a daily challenge. We want to challenge ourselves.
For some reason we cant get Shanghai. We played our bonus levels until 11/30, we updated the app but Shanghai still says coming soon. Is there something we can do.
We beat all the levels but it wont let us go to Shanghai. We just wish they give updates on whats going on with more levels.
When will World 13 be available.
We wrote a comment in the first week of playing. The feedback we got is just recommending that we play the infinity mode to earn more coins. However, you only get a small portion of money while you spend that much time playing it. Theres a difference between challenging and frustrating. Its no longer fun when you realize that you cant win unless you pay. Not to mention there endless pop-up ads.
It was entertaining until you read a point where its impossible to win we exhausted all earned boosters and coins. We refuse to spend real currency on FAKE items. We did pay for no ads, but even when we choose to watch an ad they are over 1min – 2mins long. Thats ridiculous. Had to uninstall this. Also, it is very buggy and constantly crashed our iPad.
Easy to use but mind challenging! Love it.
After level 19 every level then an ad thats disappointing.
Game would be great if you could actually play it.
When playing extra round on board you get a low reward for extra rounds. Example if you play a round worth 1200 coins you only get 400 coins in return kind of disappointing.
The game is fun when you need to pass the time. It gets frustrating because you will hit a level that isnt passable unless you spend money on coins to upgrade. They say to earn free coins, go back and play the endless games from previous cities. Those levels are all unreasonably difficult. Dont get us started on how many adds there are. Also, for items that can be purchased, it blows our mind that its priced for $6.99 and up for most things. We feel like asking for more than $5 in a game makes sells plummet.
The first city is super fun, but everything was too crowded in the next one, making it difficult to click certain things, specifically, the patients waiting in line black you from being able to click the beds. The difficulty of the levels in the second city was too high and too fast paced. Its nearly impossible to earn enough gold to move forward once you fail a level. Endless mode doesnt pay enough gold to continue with the game, so you end up wasting all your lives trying to beat the same endless mode over and over. It would be better if you could just go back and play the previous levels.

This game is constructed so that the player progresses from Level 1 to Level 50 at a hospital. Once Level 50 has been reached, the player either enters Endless Mode at the hospital (where he tries to earn a certain amount of money in each round) or else moves to another hospital. The frustrating part of this design is that successfully completing a round in Endless Mode is essentially impossible, but the lower levels are so easy they are boring. We think even if you purchased features that would improve your play, the difficulty on Endless Mode is still be too high.
Aggravating and no longer fun. Im deleting. We loved the concept and art of this game. Gameplay was a lot of fun, until we hit level 50. Now, we CANNOT progress a single level without watching ads and buying/spending gems. The timers are too short. Ive maxed out all the doctors, equipment, etc with coins, so its not that. There also isnt a clear difference when you get faster doctors, more patient patience, or character speed. The only noticeable difference thats worth spending coins on is in the equipment finishing time.
The game is really fun, but there is an add after EVERY level might as well click ad because there is going to be one after you finish a level.
Its addicting at first. Then it becomes impossible to pass the higher you go unless you constantly spend money on diamonds to keep going. The time for the levels should not go down when the amount of coins needed to pass go up tremendously. Its not fun anymore after that. Also should have unlimited plays instead of just 5. Theres already too many ads to watch for extras (which is fine) but we dont want to watch one every time we want to keep playing when its already TOO hard to beat certain levels based on what we already said above.
Quickly became one of our favorite games! Im on our 2nd hospital and its super fun.
The game is super fun other than the pop up ads but really fun love playing while here at work.
This game has a super fun concept but the levels get exceptionally frustrating. In some levels you want to get points and others a certain amount of patients served. Our issue is that with the patients served level it will say 10 patients need to get saved and it will only send nine, then ask you to gems or pay money when it is a total logistical issue. In other levels you have to get a certain amount of points and there is absolutely no way you could make that happen. At the end of the day we love this game and hope these issues get resolved so it doesnt force you to pay money for minimal progress when its their fault. Enjoy for 5 days, delete and move on.
The game is really fun, but its hard to progress without spending real money. When we replay levels Ive already completed, the gold rewards are too small. No matter how hard we try, we cant collect enough gold to upgrade. At least when doing extra tasks or replaying levels, the game should give more gold. The speed of the game is too fast compared to how slowly we can earn gold.
Could be a fun game, but ads after almost every level played is just ridiculous! Will be deleting the app.
