Good game but all these ads feel so spamy. You have to pay $12 if you dont want to see ads. Thats too much money for a gaming app.
Its fun and all but on hard levels or super hard levels whatever is choosing the yarn you have to find is kind of stupid. Sometimes it gives us yarn that doesnt even appear on the screen and we have to go through every single yarn ball to see if we can find it and sometimes we still cant even find it and it makes us loose so we have to watch an ad. After you watch too many ads we guess it doesnt give you an option to watch an ad again and you must spend a lot of your in game money or real money just to pass the level. Sometimes it also annoys us when we get stuck multiple times we keep having to redo the same yarn level over and over which is boring. They should at least give you an option to skip a level once you have tried to pass it too many times and it gets boring and no longer fun.
Im going back to back winning.
We really enjoy the game, but the only thing we dont like is that once you run out of safe spaces it ends the game which we dont think is fair. We think it should give you one move after your last space and then if theres no moves it should end the game. Other than that its fun.
We decided to pay for the game because we enjoyed it and was tired of the ads slowing our gameplay. Even after paying, we deal with just as much ads to get helpers because we ran out of them during one hardcore level. When you pay for a game, you shouldnt be forced to watch ads to survive the game. Only if you want extras.m Then, it keeps trying to get up to spend more money to get more stuff. Once yo pay, let us enjoy the game. We did the same for another game. The only time we get ads is when we want hints. Thats how it should be done. No upselling or forced ads.
This is our favorite of all the yarn games we've tried, but it does have some annoying issues. First of all, the game needs to take a math lesson because the points we've won do not add up properly. Secondly, we see just as many adds after we paid the $10 to be "add free" as we did when it was free. Lastly, the game freezes up several times per game. We spend half the time on each level waiting for the game to catch up. We have an iPhone 15 Pro max and very good wi-fi so it's not due to an internet lag. This doesn't happen with our other games, but is a constant issue with this app. We'll keep using it until we find another game we like just as much or more.

Everytime we want to double our daily awards, Im told there arent any ads available. Right now wanted to continue our round with an ad, and it lets us but no ads are available GRRRRR.
We dont normally leave reviews but considering how much we play this game, we feel as though we should. As far as the game its a lot of fun however the game is set up to which you have to use power ups each level or you dont win. And if you use your power ups you either spend all your coins, have to watch ads (they only give you 5 btw) or ultimately have to make a purchase. Nice concept but dont like how you have to eventually buy stuff or watch an ad, feels scammy.
Add between every level and they try to trick you into downloading and then freeze up for 3 or 4 minutes. Much too aggravating to deal with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
LOTS of LONG ads, so we paid to permanently remove them. Got to about level 40, and its impossible to win without a ton of coins or extras, which means you have to buy. Loved this when we started playing, but now we just feel like its more about taking your money than being a game.
The basic concept of this game is really enjoyable, calming even! But we have decided to remove it from our phone for two key reasons. 1) SO MANY ADS! And the ads take forever. You get an ad in between each game and have to watch them for every power up. 2) Every single level requires you to power up to pass. Im convinced its designed to not let you pass without doing this, which of course means watching more lengthy ads. It was (kinda) fun while it lasted, but started to feel like a chore after a few days of playing. Bye bye.
Im not getting all the coins we should be getting when we click on the AD coins and then the meter for x2 x3 x5 x3 x2. If we click on 100 coins and then the meter lands on x5 thats 500 but we dont get 500 coins. Its annoying.
We dont like how you get enough coin to buy a spot or new box just for it not to stay and leave you with no coins.
The game itself is fun. But it has a lot of issues. For one, there is way too many ads. Secondly, you cant pass a lever without using a reward or power up. Those are hard to come by when youre stuck on a level. And lastly, whats the point if the last holding spot if using it just ends the game.
Game is ok. Deleting it in less than a day. Do not see a point in continuing to play if we cannot play a level without having to use coins or watch an Ad, takes the fun out of the game. Also, paying ~300 coins for a box that we do not get to keep permanently for future levels is diabolical. You only get 20 coins for completing a level.
Make you watch ads or use power ups to win.
You will spend more time watching ads than playing the game. The puzzles are very cute but the same long ads over and over again make it unenjoyable to play.
Its odd that your annoying ad says free and no annoying ads. However if you want it for free it has ads. If you want to get rid of the advertising then you have to pay. Feels like its not the truth.
Good game but gave only 2 stars, because we shouldnt have to purchase a new slot every round. Difficulty should increase every round until youre eventually forced to buy a new slot. Once you purchase the new slot, it should be available to start each round after that. 380 coins for a slot each time is ludicrous.

Paid for the upgrade without ads. But now we have to use coins every time we want to add an extra yarn box instead of getting for free with an ad! Frustrating that we paid to upgrade and now the experience is worse.
We really like this game, but as we move up in levels it is almost impossible to move on without the game compelling you to watch ads to get the tools to sweep away the extra yarn or open up a different spot. Ive been on the same level for the last 10 times and theres no way we can clear the level because the game keeps suggesting colors that are no longer in the game.
So there are 5 holding spots but once you get to 4 the 5th is useless. We can find the right color under one but it ends the game right after we select it (and it goes to the holding spot). Like it wont let us put that one into the spool that could possibly allow us to take the game further? If that makes sense. Please fix ? Thank you.
The game is fun but desperately needs new puzzle levels. Getting bored unraveling the same objects. There could have been some really fun objects for the holidays but nothing new has been added for quite some time.
This is a great game to play almost addictive. However dislike what most of these games every two seconds theres ads But for $12 you can get rid of ads. This is an an unusual amount of advertising.
Fun game, but ICE ads made us delete it.
We like this game but you get an ad after every single round unless you pay to get rid of them. You also do not have use of all the baskets until we dont know when unless you watch an ad to get them or again pay for them. Not to mention if you do the baskets dont go to the next level you have to repeat the same process again.
We like this game but it regurgitates the same pics over and over again, doesnt have holiday images you can unravel which is disappointing.
The game is fun and addicting; a great way to turn your mind off and relax, but when we tell you the yellows look EXACTLY the same. Its not just us, either. Everyone that Ive had play cant tell the difference.
We dont like that if you dont watch the ads at the end of a level, youll have to do it over. We also dislike that the app doesnt save progress if you leave it idle. Im a busy mom, leave the app open and if our phone locks, it doesnt save our progress so we have to start levels over frequently. Also, too many ads and very expensive to get the ad free version.
The game is fun enough, a bit relaxing until you have to encounter an ad. Ads are too many and W A Y too L O N G ! An ad over a minute long is too much.
Like the simplicity of it but issue we had was not being able to see color difference between couple of the overly close colors like tan and yellow or light, medium green. Buckets would make it easier if the tops around the 3 holes for yarn (idk what the stick that is in center collecting the yarn is called) were of the color too to make it easier. More surface of color than just the thin spot on side of bucket. This messes up the available hold areas when not right color. Do enjoy they let you get 3 and 4 bucket for just watching add or coins.
We understand watching ads for extra lives but there is no need for super long ads in between rounds.
This app isnt nearly as much fun as the ads.
