What Makes The Quest Classic-CursedChessS Stand Out
The Quest Classic – Cursed Chess Set is an expansion to The Quest Classic, a beautifully hand-drawn, immersive and enchanting world full of exciting challenges. After enabling the expansion, you can explore new areas and quests. However, if you don't have The Quest Classic, you can also play the expansion as a standalone game.
There has been a severe mana leak in the world that has left all beings stripped of power. You can plug the leak but can't reverse the damage that has already happened. Your mission, beyond plugging the mana leak, is to find and destroy the evil creature who captured the King's two landmark towers so he could magically add them to his cursed chess set as rooks. When he has succeeded in capturing the king and queen to complete his cursed chess set, he will be able to summon a demon that will give him ultimate power in this world. Destroy him and the demon before he can complete the ritual!
This expansion is designed for fresh characters. It's highly recommended that you start a new character to fully enjoy it. To access the new areas (not applicable if you are playing the expansion standalone), go to Matras harbor and talk to captain Verra, then select "Cursed" as your travel destination. For those who would like to play with an existing higher level character, there is a high level dungeon for a challenge.

Good expansion really nice loot but when u face the second dead soul we keep getting 1 shotted by his magic attack how do we continue plz help.
Best quest expansion we have played yet. Like another review said we would get a few levels before trying it.
We have tried almost all the other The Quest Games and this Is by far the best!! THANKS GUYS.
We tried to do this from scratch with a level we character and got cacked quickly by ghosts and other things. This game seems best if you build a character to about 5th level in the main game, come here, get some goodies, go back to Freymore and own it, then come back here. Once that is done, you will have the strength to take on Ice and Fire and the Luckomorye series. Give it a shot.
If you found the original game too difficult, this game is a little easier for beginners.
Its lame no matter who u are magic is the all powerfull. Especialy if u got no intel and its all in str and end. Magic one hit kos or douse a stupid amount of damage.
We're so excited there's a new quest!!!! Haven't started yet but have to give 5 stars because ALL the quest expansions have been soooo fun!!! Ok..time for us to start… YAY.

IF you like a good battle start at lvl 1.
Only a little ways into it but so far its as amzing as all their other expansions. Dude who said it was boring has no love for a wonderful, detailed rpg.
IF you liked Daggerfall then you will probubly like this game also. It is an amazing game that really has a lot of depth that may not be apparent at first. Keep in mind that this not a console game but on older game style. But very enjoyable.
A rat put us in a chessboard and we don't know how to leave . There is a door that leads to a city but when we go there the place is surrounded by bushes help how do we get out of the chess club thing place.
This may be biased of us because we own all the quest games, so… We have new potions,new spells,new dungeons and hours more of adventuring … What more could you ask for?and we're sure their are more expansions in the pipeline.
