So, the game is great! But.. How are you supposed to beat the green pack when it doesnt even give you enough time to do the puzzles? Im doing them quickly, but it keeps making us restart before we can finish the last puzzle on level 12.
The puzzles are just too easy. So instead of making the puzzles more challenging or creative. The developers focused on creating stress and complications on the players themselves. The box is constantly jumping aroundpause and wait. The lights flicker scene goes dark pause and wait. The Jack-in-the-box comes out and jump scares youpause and wait. Half the game is waiting and trying to just get to the puzzle. And of course, the horror background music which is mostly tension-building and repetitive. We really dont like leaving negative reviews for any developer/game. But this one has a tolerance level not everyone is at. If you dont mind being visually assaulted and in a constant state of anxiety while playing a puzzlethen you might like this one. Ill pass.
Im not a fan of timed puzzles and just dont feel like its worth $6. Cute but not great.
We love how theres not even any instructions to play you just have to figure it out on your own.
Every time we watch the ad for a hint it goes off might need to fix that.
Like some of the other folks who downloaded and played this game, the first time we played it we did notice that our phone heated up a good bit. Nothing that seemed super dangerous, but definitely couldve become a problem after playing for any prolonged length of time. We went into the settings and did two things: 1. We turned the graphics quality to low. 2. And we turned the Haptics off. These two adjustments seemed to make a difference in how much AND how quickly the phone would heat up. It didnt get nearly as hot as it did the first time. Whoever wants to give a try and see if it helps, youre more than welcome to. Hope it helps! Also, FYI, it helps if you play five or six rounds, take a break, and then come back and do some more. You just cant stay on it for hours at a time or it will eventually heat up to a concerning point. As far as our review on the game, we gave it five stars cause its super fun and if youre playing at night and its kinda dark, the chance of the clown jumping out adds a nice touch of suspense!! Keep up the good work developers.
Love the game but no sound Iam on a we phone 11.
As another reviewer stated, this game makes our phone heat up and get super hot. Ive actually had this same exact problem with one of their other games, the Birdcage game, and was unable to play that one either. We left a review on that game with the same information. But overall the game was quite fun, but we could only play it for about 10 minutes before our phone was way too hot. Our phone heating up actually ruined our camera (it melted some things inside) so Im not going to chance that happening again. But good game, we just cant play it.
So have been looking for some spooky clown game we enjoy for a while,we found. It scares the crap out of us with the creepy words wile we solve a boxDO YOU LIKE BALLOONS it was smart to hide the 2nd puzzle pieces in the puzzle itself good job this is one of the best mobile games we have played in a while.
We have both Birdcage games and now am happy to find another puzzle game along the same lines. Im not sure why more developers arent doing your kind of work. Along with Agent A, the later Faraway games and Her Story, yours are the only ones we would never delete. We only wish you had a larger catalogue, but take your time because excellence is worth the wait. Thank you for being so awesome.

This is a fun game (the puzzles start off crazy easy, but theyre just teaching you the conventions for later puzzles). The biggest problem is that there are also Hidden Object puzzles. We avoid hidden object games because our eyesight is not great and the phone is already tiny. Now that Ive figured out whats going on, Ive accepted that we have to enlarge the screen and scan every pixel we know Im not the games demographic, so thats fine. We just wish we had known ahead of time. You can play it without the hidden objects, but then you dont get to go to evil clown heaven at the end. And really, shouldnt everyone be welcome in evil clown heaven? Im just saying.
We love this game, but we have now played every Part One of each level and the Epilogue. But now we cant figure out how to get to play the Part Two if each level and collect the second half of the puzzle pieces. HELP.
We were so happy to find similar to the birdcage, however There is no indication on any side of the boxes what the puzzle is & how to solve it. Worse still is the hint, which we love, also gives no indication how it is solved. Now having said that, dont misunderstand us, these games are still far and away better than many. But we still love the birdcage games the best, we guess because you get to release the bird in the end. However we digress, one other thing on the boxes is the occasional shaking during any play. It breaks concentration & delays solve time So please make more birdcage games & we will gladly, happily pay for more. And these puzzle games are so-o-o great. We may find the boxes hard but still fun and relaxing & we repeat, miles above the rest. Okay Im done. Except to say. Thank you guys for your trouble, time & expertise. Candy.
This game initially was so awesome and we did enjoy it very much more then the other games somewhat related like that door one and bird cage puzzle type games. Personally this definitely kept our interest at most . Up until we decided to purchase the other packs that it comes along with. It began to give us a hard time whenever we chose to watch an add for a hint. All of a sudden a screen would pop up saying it couldnt connect to our server. We didnt understand why because all our other apps on our phone were perfect and our server / internet was on. ?.. Besides that we did enjoy the concept of the game very much.
1) Too much content when loading between levels. There should be a skip button. 2) Levels get really challenging. A timer option would be nice, so the slow pokes like us can still enjoy the puzzles. Love the game. Great concepts. Thanks.
We get it: The menacing clown is the central theme. And we dont mind him popping out every now and then to annoy us. But the constant banging from inside the box is not really artful; its disruptive annoying and its pretty distracting when Im trying to solve a particularly knotty puzzle. Maybe Turn Banging Off could be an option in the settings.
How do you get ALL the puzzle pieces? Played the full game twice and still only get 10 out of 20 pieces on each box.
We bought this game got the full pack for 5.99 but game is really making our iPad Pro 3rd generation really hot please fix this with a update kinda unhappy that we payed 5.99 for this will give 5 stars when fixed also loved you other puzzle games the birdcage and the birdcage 2.
We loved the Birdcage Games frame this developer but this one falls a little short. First, we are not a big fan of games where you have a time limit. Second, if you are not sure how to solve a puzzle, the developer should NOT hold you hostage by forcing you to watch an advertisement for a hint. Also not a fan of the shaking box and lights going off and on. Delete.
Some of the puzzles are just solved by blind luck. Blinking lights and shaking box add little atmosphere, just kind of annoying.
Love the game but why is our phone overheating, only happens with this game. Have iPhone XS.
Great puzzles, annoying game. Lights going on and off, box shaking, stupid clown popping up right in the middle of a puzzle. We can only play for a few minutes before we leave and play something else. Would have given 5 stars but had to subtract 2 for the annoyance. Really really stupid idea. Fire whoever came up with this crap.

We absolutely love games from this developer. Amazingly created and fun to play. Only drawback is how often they create a new game. Lol.
Im quite enjoying the game so far! Second day playing it. But we noticed that every time iI launch the game our phone (iPhone X) starts to overheat. And as a result the brightness starts to dim. Pease fix the overheating problem.
