Community Insight:
We love this game and the original because theres such a freedom of choice in how you can respond to people. As a person with BPD, this is honestly a really helpful game to play multiple times, because if you split and make bad decisions youll end up with a less satisfying ending. We would honestly recommend this game to anyone else with BPD as a way to learn how to not split as often. Our only complaint about this game, although it isnt a big complaint, is that the story doesnt feel quite as immersive as we would like, it can get repetitive at points and theres a big time gap between a lot of the characters stories. Overall though, great game.
Do You Really Want to Know 2 moves the heart and gets you to think with its lovingly crafted stories and easy to discover gameplay. We are not much of a gamer (polygons make us nauseous), but we could easily stomach the pacing and graphics of Do You Really Want to Know 2. We are glad that they chose to make Nicks story the forefront of the game without getting the choice to choose sexuality. For heterosexuals, its a chance to get a different perspective on what many consider a very harrowing situation. You end up rooting for Nick as he navigates his life and trials. Big hint, dont forget to comment on posts. If you see an orange dot on the conversation icon, that means you can select a comment as well! We would love to see this franchise feature other locales, like Paris, France or Los Angeles, USA. A heartwarming way to learn about HIV and the importance of being true to yourself.
What we absolutely love about this game is how real it is. It isnt over dramatic. It isnt filled with crazy events. It feels like every conversation is real. And honestly it made the story feel more impactful. We typically dont play games like this, but this game is beautifully made. We loved it so much that we played the first one as well after.
Im learning a lot with this game! We love how its set up like a social media/messaging app and how you get to live through Nicks online persona. Has both very heartwarming moments and unfortunately realistic ignorant reactions. We havent finished the game yet, but we cant put it down! We really appreciate that it has no ads either, and we love the little cutscenes.
We never played the first one. But it was so fun and informative! We enjoyed it so much that we played it twice. Thank you for making such a great game.
This game provides excellent information on HIV and AIDS educating the people playing it to spread awareness. Great for when you only have a little bit of time to spare to relax and play a game.
This is game is so cozy and warm. All the conversation in Chinese sounds so natural. We felt completely immersed and learned a lot.
This is a very cute and educational game about accepting others and its very appropriate unlike the other so called 12+ games. It also teaches children to. Try to see things through others eyes. This game is wholesome and amazing. We love how there is also no cussing or inappropriate scenes or language. We hope you create more games in the future and maybe a thrid one but you get to create your own profile and choose your own special thing? Just an idea no pressure. Have a amazing and blessed day.
Ive really been enjoying the game so far! Unfortunately, Im playing on our iPad and we cant drag the last task to the checklist for the week of 12/12 to 12/18. The last task is placed below the bottom edge of the screen and Im unable to select it to drag to the checklist; instead, it triggers the screen to exit the app. Ive tried restarting the app, but the available tasks are in the same places when it opens again. Please help, we dont want to have to stop playing.
Is it possible to stay with original relationship, would rather go abroad and break up with friends and family. But main character always goes off being a shut-in.
We love this game! It is so fun and cute! The only thing is that we cannot drag the to do task on the bottom to the to do list. We hope this fixes! Otherwise fun.
We love this game so much! Educational and positive its definitely a fun game and also very helpful we actually learned so much about hiv. However we cannot progress into the week of 12/12-12/18 because one of the options is too far down that we cannot drag it onto our to do list on our iPad. So now Im just kind of sad and hoping youll fix that bug so we can play the rest of the game! Thank you so much and this game is incredible btw.
It was super cute and super fun, we just wish it was more connected to the original do you really want to know game. It wouldve been cool to see more of the work problems from Nicks perspective.
Underrated and super cute. Funny and wholesome at times. Its important to learn about this stuff. The art style is very appealing as well! <33.
