Fun, relaxing, addictive. Until you reach the point that no matter your skill level, you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT pass levels without watching ads for boosters. Theyve designed it in such a way that there is no pattern in which you can play that you can pass without watching an ad.
Hard to discern colors if youre color challenged. Otherwise exactly the same as all the other knit games.
We like to buy extras by watching ads. This game shoves them in your face almost every game.

This game is SO much better than games Ive tried in the past. Ive deleted all other similar games & continue to love this one. Its relaxing, challenging enough, there isnt ads popping up line crazy-or forcing you to pay money to continue playing.

We love the quality of this game but we were looking for a truly ad free game. Of course we expected to watch an ad if you want an upgrade, but after a number of levels, it gives you an ad after every level. We dont like that.
Music and sound effects still play even if muted. And you cant listen to your own music because itll turn it off. Ads are really long too.

While this game is very fun and relaxing, we cant listen to relaxing music or a podcast while playing. This game literally overrides all other audio being played on your device. So unless you have multiple devices to play this game and music you may want to play a different game.
We really like this game but, we have run into a problem that we cant seem to fix. We get to a certain point and it takes us to some ridiculous Barbie game. And no matter what we do, we cant get out of the stupid Barbie game. Any advice would be appreciated. Otherwise, Im deleting the game.
Its unfortunate that we are deleting this game, because we wanted to like it. The pros: very few ads, its very cute, and it is satisfying to get rid of the wool. But the cons are too annoying to ignore. First, what is the point of having the last slot if we cant use it? Literally you get a certain amount of free spaces, but if you use the last space EVEN IF there is a color you can access under it and clear the box, its still game over. Why offer that slot then? Its pointless and you lose the game even though you would technically have the chance to keep going. Secondly, theres no way to see what color is under the layer you are on. Some wool games will let you take a peek at the next layer so that you can strategize better, but this game is literally just a game of luck. If the devs fix these things Ill revisit it because it really is a cute game visually. Until then we will delete it to avoid staying continually frustrated with it.
We downloaded this game because it showed it having super high quality holiday designs but there arent any holiday designs at all and its medium quality on the designs. Having said that, it doesnt make us watch an ad all the dang time, only sometimes, so its keepable for now.
This is an extremely fun game, but our problem with it is is one false advertising when youre playing the game you dont get the four spots you like their ad shows you either have to pay for the other two or watch videos every level to get them. Our other problem is theres way too many ads And theyre long ads if they get rid of all the ads or at least shortened them to like 10 seconds. We would probably give this a five star, but we dont play very long because of the ads.
Like the game but dislike an ad every time you go to the next level. We understand ads to revive a play but an ad every time you win is annoying.
Advert for this game says no annoying ads. When an ad pops up every other level it is annoying.
This wool game is easier than many others we have played. However, the higher levels become super repetitive. Like puzzles we completed the other day are popping up May be deleting it if newer levels arent added. Also the ads can be super long.
This is an easy and mindless game – the kind that we like for when listening to a podcast or book. But the app overrides any other audio playing on the device so for our purposes its useless, unfortunately.
We paid for no ads and Im getting them. We either want our money back or please get rid of the ads.
Same as others have said, there are ads even though its advertised as ad free. So false advertisement and we dont know how apps are allowed to get away with that. More importantly, if you make it through the ads, once you get to higher levels you cannot pass unless you pay real money for boosters. There isnt a way to watch ads for boosters either. Ive been stuck on level 49 all day and Im deleting it now.
Its a satisfying game. Its not overly challenging to pleasant to just relax with. We really appreciate that the number of ads in the game are at a tolerable level. We were playing a different wool game that had so many ads by a certain point that we were watching 6 mins worth of ads to complete a single level. Basically unplayable. This game has had a reasonable ads to gameplay time ratio so far. Would recommend if youre looking for this kind of game.
Really enjoy the game but dont enjoy having to pay out so much money.
So far so good, except there is no way to cheat and see what color is underneath a particular piece. Colors are sometimes hard to match.
We were having fun and appreciating that there werent any ads, but then we reached level 14 and there was a pretty long ad we had to wait through.
Completely false advertising to say that theres no ads, not only is there a ton theres also a $10 option to remove them permanently. We do like the game tho.
It does have ads after every level. Once you pass 10-12 of them you start seeing ads all the time. Very misleading.
The pattern is the same. It repeated over and over. It always gives you one chance and then makes you buy. Its not varied, and when you get the same pattern the game is boring.

The game is so much fun and am addicted but the lvl 152 keeps shutting the game down :(.
The yarn puzzles are fun; however, after 10 levels or so you either have to watch an ad or close out the app and reopen it to get to the next one. Most of the puzzles require getting an extra yarn spot (they only give you 2), and each spot requires watching a long ad. You can also buy spots with coins, but you earn very little coins per game so it takes forever to bank a decent amount.
We thought we finally found our ideal yarn game but once you get to harder levels you cant win with strategy because you cant press a color to see whats beneath. Its all luck so often the only way to win is with a power up. Ill see how long we stick with this game before deleting it. If we wanted a game based only on luck Id play bingo.
Game is fine we guess. But what we wish, is that we could listen to our own audiobooks or music(Spotify) while the game is running.
Ive enjoyed the game but tonight it has closed over ten times when Im trying to play. Ive updated it and its still closing. We can only make a few moves at most before it closes. This is incredibly frustrating.
