The rewards are not working above level 220 in worlds. It is broken. We tried to submit info via website contact page but your form keeps inserting https:// in front of a valid email address then issues error of invalid email when hitting submit.
We were really enjoying this game but it stopped working! When we finish a word puzzle and everything has turned green, nothing happens. The success isn't acknowledged and we can't move forward. Can one of your tech genius get their cyber-fingers in there and fix it? Thank you.
We dont normally write reviews, but we wanted to bring game play issues to the developers attention. We started playing this game 3 days ago and everything was great. But as of yesterday, we are encountering issues with the game freezing when attempting to play the flip the card game, the game is freezing after we complete each level, and we have to force close the game in order to continue playing. Also it is now asking us to enter our Apple password each time we open the game. We are playing this game for another app we use and it is asking us to complete levels within a limited time frame, so these issues are very frustrating. We have also emailed customer support twice, but we have not gotten a reply yet. We hope these issues are resolved soon so we can continue enjoying the game.
We really like this type of game, but there are just way too many glitches! We keep looking for app updates, hoping that theyll fix it but instead, we just run into a different type of glitch. We spend more time logging out and back into the app only to lose our progress.
The game is fun, but our app has been glitching after every level and wont progress to the congratulations screen after solving a word, we have to completely close and restart the app between every level. Not sure if this is a common glitch, but the only support email listed is out of service so it seems that glitches like this are just something you have to accept as part of the app.
The rewards gives you lifes when you need keys, and keys when you need lifes. They seems NOBODY is paying attention. The gliches have been going on for weeks now. SO FRUSTRATING.
Ive been a fan of this game on NYT for a long time, and was happy to see it here since Im not limited to one game a day. So far so good. We wondered why you frequently limited the words to just four letters instead of five. (we havent seen where we can choose only for, five, or six letters.) we guessed you did it to make the game easierbut letting us check only four letters at each step (instead of five) actually makes the game harder? We reach the last chance to guess the word with less knowledge about letters that have been eliminated.
Cannot advance past 273, it keeps sending us to level 9999 and when we solve it, it freezes. We paid to remove ads and Ive played this game for a week and now we cant even play. Nothing fixes it! So frustrating and seems to be a known issue based on other reviews.
We were playing this game without much issue. There are in game ads which we were expecting, but we reached level 273 and all of a sudden the game freezes after getting the word correct. We have to close the app down and reopen, also having to put our Apple ID password in every single time we reopen the app. Its a fun game, but its been very buggy ever since reaching that level. Hopefully there is a fix for this soon as it is incredibly frustrating to have to do this after every single level.
Just think it's lame that we uss gems to unlock a past days puzzle, but don't get the point towards the tournament for it. Come on. And too much you have to purchase or forced to play the add on games to unlock cool stuff. Needs more cool stuff, like skins for the boards. Lol dont get it twisted, we love this game. Not too many ads, especially compared to that similar game.
The daily word game no longer has a play button. It is covered by adds. We can no longer play this portion. The world portion only goes to number level 277 then it repeats the same puzzle but shows play level 9999. Since we cant play the daily word and we cant go past level 277 in the world portion, we think this is one app that will be deleted.
We want to like the game but its very glitchy. Im on level 275 and it keeps freezing when we get the word right to the point we have to close and reopen the app to play the next level. Im playing this game to earn rewards so this is frustrating.
Game freezes up after every word. Then you have to sign back in. You cant play the daily word without completed a task that you cant figure out where to play it. We love the challenge but not the hoopla you have to go through to play. We are deleting it.
The game keeps glitching. Doesnt go to the next puzzle after reaching a certain point, around 260 on. Very annoying.
We play every day. Sometimes we cheat. Lol.
This game has been a favorite of ours – we play several of the games every day. But for the last month at least Ive been unable to play our two favorites, Tower and World. World freezes when we finish it successfully and we have to close the app to get it to restart, losing whatever prizes we may have won. And Tower – theres no longer a button on the Home Screen to get into it! We can start it using the Take us There button when it first appears each week, but when we leave the Tower screen, we cant get back in. Ive sent messages several different ways to your support but have never received an answer. Help, please.
Pls make it permanent or an app. It stays on very little time plus the keys are an issue cause they cant be bought separately or exchanged your best game and users cant just play it.
The puzzles are laid out by date in the app, but when they are shared they have a numerical ID in the sender's thread. It's difficult to match the sent puzzles with the solved puzzles in the app, especially looking back over old ones, which we often have occasion to do. Is there any way they can be better identified, with their date, say, as well.
