Update: Problem solved. We actually emailed the people of the game and they had informed us that they were having issues with their servers and told us to just keep checking. When we were able to collect, we got 5 extra tickets because of the problem being on their end. We try to collect our daily reward, it keeps saying that we need to connect to internet to keep from cheating. Well, we are connected to the internet, we have unlimited internet. Fix the problem or Im uninstalling the game.
We have been playing this game for years and we still love it. This is our go to game when everything is going wrong and we need to relax. We have over 10,000 bingos and still play daily.
This game has given us more fun than any gam we have played.
Its a bingo game we can play without spending money, we win sometimes and the graphics are fun. We dont fully understand every category on the main board yet so its getting 4-stars for now. Great app.
At first the game was really fun. After a while, it would cost to continue and then most of the time you wouldnt even get one bingo. It became frustrating and if you wanted to do better, you had to buy certain aspects of the game. Its not fun anymore and its not worth putting money into this game.

We can play this game for hours!! We love it!! Literally we wake up thinking about this game and go to sleep playing it.
Not so fast paced game, easy to keep up. We love that we can pause the game if needed. Some of the side games we really enjoy.
We have had this game in our phone for the past 5 to 6 years and never had a problem but for the past two weeks, the videos are not working to get a two points for each video. Can you please correct the situation? We would really appreciate it. Otherwise we wouldve given it a five star cause we really like this game.
We got three bingos on one hand f the games and was only given six tickets. We played two boards for eight tickets. Something is wrong.
Cant collect daily spin or tickets screen is frozen.
We love this bi go game but it just takes forever to bi go up, which is why Im knocking off two stars. We are at a high level and it literally can take us weeks to level up to be able to play a new room. Thats with us playing multiple times a day. Please make it easier to level up. Also if you choose to use more tickets in a round, the experience should go up more than.
However it takes way too long to generate free tickets. Not everyone who loves this game can afford to spend money on it. You either stop playing just to save up some tickets or you only play 2 rounds a day. Other than that great game.
We are going to give your game a try and will update our review later. Until then Ill put three stars to hold over. The review we read stated how they liked the game a lot but also listed the frustrations, disappointment when leveling up and how rewards are small when recieved. Also, their opinion to recieve stars and other items should be rewarded more as well. The response of the developer appeared as tho they werent listening to their requests or what they believed should be improved. Instead the message gave a short list of how to recieve XP to level up. Its clear this player knows this much about the game. The response was very generic and off putting. However, a mention of forwarding the message was given. So theres hope. Otherwise we would have scrolled by. Im sure many others would have too. So good deal on recognizing the review and delegating it to the developing parties. Hopefully, some improvement in rewards and tickets will be given. Not feeling accomplished or som kind of satisfaction upon leveling up is what gives the game quality above others. All the shenanigans to get tickets or wins or rewards has gotten out of hand. Im hoping this game IS different than all the others and free of the antics found in most games now. We shall see and return. Thank you.
If youre going to have a choice of how many cards to use at least let us see all of them at the same time. We will wait another week or two try it again. If They have not changed This we will probably delete this game. Are there bingo games that we play give you a choice and show you however many cards at one time on the screen choosing three enlarge if you choose to play four or eight, then they are smaller, but youre able to see all of them at the same time.
You should warn people that this game is In App Purchase next to your Aps so people be aware of if they want to play. Its not straightforward, its very sneaky.

We have played this game for about 10 years! Its fun, it keeps us engaged and the good part is that theres no push to make pay to play. They have frequent events to help you build coins to play. And the have affordable packages to buy coins if you desire. We recently contacted customer service, because we wanted to have our account transferred from our cell phone to our new tablet and in less than 24 hrs we got a response explaining what needed to be done. You have no idea how many times we reached out to game support teams on other games and its if they were nonexistent and got no response and had to uninstall the games.
