Escape From CRISMON Manor? Developer? WHATwas distracting you? Too late, we already have that, per a different spelling. Just remember to get the next one right,so we wont lose you!!

As others have suggested, we would rate this a 5 star, but we try not to use that except for the MOST brilliant events. We are not a heavy user of these sorts of games, but we do enjoy them. The first few levels are simple enough to allow one to enter the game and begin exploring and deducing. Some puzzles are easy, others are down right confounding. Without a secondary site offering the answers, we might well have walked away. So, challenging enough for a beginner to start, challenging enough for an expert to enjoy. The Quick Travel option is greatly appreciated and useful. Also nice is that when a puzzle is solved the box opens, you do NOT have to step back and then come back forward and confirm the puzzle is solved and the box has opened. The feature that disturbs us is the proximity of the tool bag to the back arrow and the need to always close the tool bag before being able to change scenes – although, the tool bag must be open to access the map which allows one quickly change scenes. Great App, lots of fun. Thank you.

Not great enough for 5 stars but definitely good enough for 4.5. Liked this game a bit better than Alice Trapped in Wonderland. Really appreciated the fast travel feature–it was something severely lacking in their other games, especially with all the back-and-forthing you must do. We would have preferred less of the back and forth. Liked the twist of being able to change seasons later in the game. The biggest problem we had was with the games ending–it seemed overly abrupt and I’d have liked a cut scene or a couple of graphics showing the reunion of Alice and friends. And there are still too many weird language problems, some of which aren’t that big a deal but some that are much worse. With all of the games from this dev, they should have found a good translator by this time.

The graphics are beautiful, story as well, but it needs improvements. Every action you make is reset upon exiting the particular view / room. For example, we open doors, exit room, enter again and their are closed again. Another example is fiddling with the books in second room. They are randomly shuffled every time we attempt to organize them and they do not remain tapped after exiting. Please make it that every action you make stays to make it more immersive. Then its 5 star!

When we originally downloaded this game we quickly came to realize how beautifully it was made, as the colors stood out and the music is a bit mysterious which feeds into the vibe. Though, as we ventured slowly into the game we found myself using the hints much more frequently than we wouldve enjoyed. Its a fun game to play on a weekend but not as a fun, mystery game we were hoping for. Overall, we think there were a few lose ends and a very abrupt ending but it was entertaining nonetheless.

We uses iphone 7 plus. There is a task to dig 4 fragments of sun shard. If you wanna use shovel, you have to open tool bar. And Your tool bar blocks the place to dig in entrance of cave, and the front of the mill. We cannot continue.

Best one yet!! Thanks so much for this!

We love these point and click adventures! Interactive map comes in very handy! Cant wait for your next one! Couple of puzzles and sequences kept us guessing, all in all we enjoyed it. No problems or glitches on our 12 iPad Pro.

Fun point-and-click adventure with lots of puzzles and scenes, … Good length of game play… Lovely graphics with lots of artistic detail. Transport map, notes/journal and in-game hints available And even though this is definitely a 5 game, there are a couple things that could be improved… Mostly with inventory: 1) Used items stay in the inventory bar the whole game. 2) Selecting inventory items didnthighlight or stay pressed so not clear if item was activated for use. 3) Inventory open prevents clicking the back arrow. 4) IMHO, the BGmusic became repetitive. Nature sounds(birds, water, rain, etc) in the background would be a nice option … And much more immersive… Instead of looped music. Still a great game and thank you.

We love your games! As a big puzzle person, we’ve enjoyed many others, but they are often too dark (in color) for our older eyes. We love the difficulty of the puzzles as well as the graphics. So much so that we’ve actually played them over and over to see how quickly we can do it. Thanks!

We really like this game but our ladle has disappeared? Found the ladle but when we went to use it, it disappeared.

We really like the Alice in Wonderland games (both trapped in wonderland and beyond wonderland). We cant wait for the next. One. Its fun, its light, the puzzles and game play are relaxing.

Thank you for making another game, we love it.

We have been enjoying this game on a daily basis up until today. The broken crank in the tower is not responding to taps. We have tried exiting the game and re-opening it several times to no avail. Help, please! This is a beautiful game and otherwise thoroughly enjoyable. We will upgrade our rating when we can proceed with the game. Update: After receiving a prompt reply from the tech support group, we are updating this game to a five star. There was no indication that the crank exchange had taken place when we returned to the tower, but somehow it had. As we said, the tapping did nothing. We also want to add that this game has a wonderful balance between indoor and outdoor scenes with beautiful graphics. We highly recommend it!

Im thrilled that you came out with brand new game. We have played all your games and have never been disappointed. Im looking forward to more games in the future.

We played the first part in this series before we started reviewing games. We remember it was magnificent, one of the first puzzle-oriented games we ever played. We’re excited that a new chapter has arrived, proving to be as intriguing as its predecessor. The developer is adept at creating high-quality, praiseworthy graphics; the graphics exhibit a professionally rendered quality, with precise lines and layers to augment the vivid, photo-like portrayal of the environment. The breathtaking vistas enrich our curiosity, evincing a tranquil sense of wanderlust, encouraging us to gaze upon the exquisite landscapes we discover, with each one being its own work of art. The exquisite color palette includes a vast array of vibrant and richly textured hues. The coloration alters to reflect the perspective and mood of each environment. Exploration is far-reaching, as we stumble upon forgotten caves, majestic palaces, lush gardens, and snow-capped mountains. This storyline conveys a subtle, unspoken narrative, persuading a player to depend upon atmospheric and textual clues to decode enigmatic puzzles. You often refer to your journal, which records clues to solve the puzzles. The puzzles vary in format, never becoming monotonous. Playtime is satisfactory if you don’t succumb to the temptation of using too many hints; you might just give yourself a pat on the back for solving the game on your own. A few quibbles: Too many times, the text that appeared on the screen disappeared too quickly; thus, it became frustrating to have to tap several times to speed-read through the entire message. Furthermore, the opened inventory bar obstructed access to the back button, resulting in constant closing of the inventory bar, breaking fluidity of progression. Additionally, we prefer a Hint System that directly leads us to a current task/clue, rather than forcing a player to sift through the entire Hint section to find one specificity, resulting in spoiled undiscovered surprises. These quibbles, however, do not dissuade us from rendering this game five stars. This journey provided needed tranquility from the ongoing pandemic. For this, we thank the developers. On a final note, we hope Alice becomes trapped once again.

This one is hard but not impossible. Great controls. Fun environments. We really enjoyed the experience and am a fan of this developers games.

Loved the concept of the seasons, the visuals, and the challenges. Really was entertaining. Ready for the next!

Loved the game, however, we hated the hint system. There were a few times we got stuck and needed a hint. When utilizing the hint system it contained spoilers instead of just nudging you towards the solution. A hint system that correlated to the map, such as, an item at scene 5 needs attention, etc. The game is long and the graphics are so pretty. The puzzles are nice and challenging if you enjoy fetch and use type puzzles as opposed to puzzles that require solving, if you will. We recommend the game, even though we had some small issues with the hint format. Great job.

Tried the 6 masks every way possible (minus 1 apparently). Guidance appreciated.

Please dont be misled by our rating: This game is worth more than 4 stars. However, as a point of principle, we save 5-star ratings for the all-time best of the best (which, for us, are Monument Valley, Gorogoa, The Room series, and Rusty Lake series). MediaCity games, however, are fun, exciting, creative, challenging, and downright beautiful. This game is worth the purchase and play, and Ill keep playing any games the developers out out. Consider this a 4.8-star review!

Pretty scenes. Game not intuitive. No logic in the blocks in the prison cell corresponding to the clocks in the train station. Hints not helpful. Ok we have the gear where now? Or we have the map where do we dig?

Have ALL your games, and we love them. However, this game has glitches that must get resolved! How to open the Bars Lock of the train doors: Needs to be redone! We spend FOREVER hoping and praying the thing will ‘magically’ open! With no rhyme or reason towards a solution, we’re left with hoping for a miracle, Please fix this! It really takes away from the adventure and enjoyment of the game! Getting the Gold and Bronze bars from the ingot puzzle: the puzzle pieces have very jerky and uneven movement and sometimes freeze and lock up. The engineer must resolve this so the puzzle does Not freeze up when trying to get the Gold and Bronze bars. Getting the Spring Stone: the clues don’t make sense! We tried repeatedly to find solution by the clues in the puzzle and the clues in the ‘clues’ section. The clues given are unintelligible! Had to watch YouTube walkthrough video for the solution. Unacceptable! Please rework this to make it solvable. Under Notes in the help book, the clock that supposed to read 9:55, the graphic of the clock actually says 7:55 ! This is the first of your games with these type of issues. Better quality control needed? Thanks for your work and the games you provide us! Have a great day.

(Spoiler) we clicked on the ladle at the campsite several times but it wouldnt move to our list. Once it finally did, it disappeared and we cannot figure out how to get it back.

This game started out good, but became increasingly cumbersome as we advanced. Lots of clicking and backtracking – there is a fast travel option, but it requires just as much time and clicking as the regular method. The inventory bar and the back button are in the same location, so when we tried using an item we often got taken back a screen instead. Inventory items dont disappear once they are no longer needed. The hint system is difficult to use and doesnt give any clues as to what action(s) to take next or which season has tasks to complete. The inverted seasons didnt add anything to the game, just increased the cumbersome feeling. Im unable to complete the game because we cant obtain the glue needed for the sun pieces. According to the hints, Im supposed to use the pickaxe to knock out some bricks and find a seed to plant. But we knocked out the bricks and instead of finding a seed, it tells us there is nothing there and that someone must have been there before us. Maybe we did something out of order… But we wouldnt know because the hints are not helpful in this way.

After endlessly visiting and revisit each scene and clicking around, we succumbed to the help section, only to find that items we needed were not provided. Example: [SPOILER] the faucet so we could empty the barrel and get the pickaxe and the gold and silver ingots so we could make the shield and sword. If they were there, they disappeared and are not in our tool box nor in any scene to be found. We cannot progress and further without these and we are now too far along to start the game over. There does not appear to be an update.

We enjoyed the prior game, but this one is more frustrating and the hint system used here sends you on too much of a wild goose chase and is difficult to understand. We give up.

Firstly, having to close the chest to move scenes was annoying but we dealt with it. But having gotten quite a few things collected and then they all disappeared out of the chest forced us to quit playing and Im not about to restart.

Fun, challenging puzzles. Boredom from lockdown relieved!

We loved the game! It makes you to think. There is a book of hints in case you are completely clueless about what to do next! The scenes are really cute. It takes you to different scenes and the music is lovely!

Great game, beautiful graphics , challenging but not too hard , calm music, overall a nice puzzle.
