Our 3 yr old nephew somehow bought something that was $5 and when we came to look at what it was and what it included, every single alien has the same..SAME Injuries and the same everything, theres nothing new. For $5? No,no, thats ridiculous.
Ive always loved these type of games. And this one has the potential to be a lot of fun, but there are some issues that need to be addressed. The view seems to be to large for the screen on our iPhone, so certain features of the game are not accessible. Then there are minor graphics issues. If this get resolved this game would be awesome. Please fix soon.

We need to have sex with a mom anybody interested.
We love this game but what would be better is to have a pony or alien game where we don't have to unlock anything like more patients,expert tools,or bandages.
This game is funny but could you unlock all the characters for us since we rated 5 stars.
This game is good clean fun and its a great way to pass time! We love this game and we really like the fact that we can let our 2year old play it without having to worry about what the games going to say next. It's good clean fun that can be played by the whole family.
They should make a doll making game where every thing is unlocked and you help the dolls when they are hurt and yeah.
They should make a child birth game.
At the beginning but confusing.
Change the sounds. They are annoying. Also, make everything unlocked. You do that with all your games, and we HATE IT. 1 star until further notice.
This game is awesome because when u do a good job on the first alien u unlock the next alien.and this is why we like this game.
