We really like this game. Can play different ways, what ever trips your trigger. Basic bingo, either daily or extended play, or blackout extended play. The problem we have is, our game kept saying it couldnt connect to our internet. It finally connected and we lost all our credits! Because we enjoy the game, we keep playing, but dont think we will buy anymore extras. Looked to see if we could contact maker, but couldnt find a contact to see why we lost everything.

Alisa bingo does have the basic boards to play in the beginning but has daily games(which can be used) and makes more exciting to play because of different patterns to complete to get a bingo. Its a win win!!

This game is so good!! We play every day.
Love playing this game until it gets to the last piece needed. We have not won a total theme for about a year! We think we have 8 games that need that last piece of the puzzle. We have played 100s of chips and nothing. It gets to the point where its so frustrating that we have to get out of your game! One day we will just delete it if it doesnt change.
It seems as if the point of this game is for players to run out of bingo credits , coins , power ups and keys for chests. Im sort of stingy so Im not paying for anything.

All of a sudden they have set us back to square one at this game we had been playing for a long time. We have corresponded with them several times requesting that they return our missing 400 tickets and reinstate us to where we were so the games will again be open to us. Apparently they are not going to do so, and we are left to find another bingo game to play. Very disappointed.

We really like this game and would have given 5 stars if the freebies from your Facebook page worked. We have gotten soooo many expired notices and cannot claim anything. Please fix this.
Only app we have that we cant get into every day, doesnt happen a lot, about once every other month.
This game has not worked since April 26, 2023. We notified the staff and they sent one email that they were working on a fix. We never received an update or any other communication on from them. Today June 16, 2023 it all of a sudden started to work. We were very disappointed. We have played this game for years and used to really enjoy it. We will probably delete now.

This use to be our favorite game to play. Now it is always broken. You cannot collect your daily freebies, you have a hard time collecting all the items to complete a collection. And it takes forever to get anything fixed. We do not know what is going on with this game, but fix it, or you are going to lose all of the players! You get a zero from us!
