Sadly we’ve been playing this particular version for over 2 years and its exactly the same puzzles as when we started. Its monotonous and now what with the Haunted Gaia Challenge its next to impossible to advance levels. We spent all our power ups and multiple unlimited lives to advance past just one level and it sucked the whole time. Plus – we have yet to experience few if any of the fun looking levels advertised on the app store promo page. This game no longer has an end, there is no magic Gaia egg to be discovered. Instead its just one monotonous game after another with holiday graphics thus there is no longer any end goal to strive for. Anyone else notice there is no longer Ny method available to contact support inside this game? Our 1st place eagle Rally Finished icon for having won the most recent Rally has been present on our home screen and inoperable (unable to redeem our winnings) for the past several weeks & theres no longer a way to get it fixed (nor anything else). Perhaps this game is no longer being supported?
This is honestly very cool and fun!
We just did a mandatory update for our game on 10/24/23. Now, we cant even open the app. All the other apps open fine. If we delete the app and reinstall, the screen says Ill lose all of the game basically starting over. No good, man.
We dont like how this game went with a childs cartoon vibe. They should have improved on the amazing art style and gameplay of angry birds 2 please make an actual angry birds 3 the fans will love it.
This seems like a dumbes down kids version of angry birds. We played a few levels and deleted. Ill stick with AB 2 . Wish they would bring back AB Space and AB Star wars. Not paying for apple arcade. Ads and us buying gems etc from time to time should be bringing in plenty of revenue for Rovio. Its pure greed to make us sub to apple arcade for other versions.
Loved this game until recently. Just updated the app and now we are stuck in the haunted house level. Every time we click the start it keeps telling us there are no more levels and to update. We did! So frustrated with this new update. Hope they fix this soon.

Havent played enough to give a proper review. Not sure why our opinion would count at this time. Enjoyable enough to pass a little free time though.
Its fine for the most part the in-app purchases bring the fun down a bit.
This game is pretty good and we would recommend it to any angry birds fan, but it strangely lacks some pretty iconic characters. Some of the birds and pigs (I know some birds wouldn’t work in this game, but still it’s odd they’re not here). Also king pig is missing which is pretty strange. But in the end still a great game perfect for any new or old angry birds fan!

It is a fun game but it has bugs in the programming – at times we clearly have passed a level and the prompt tells us we have failed and makes us play the level over again.
This game is fun and addictive. The game play is smooth and enjoyable but it need some improvements. Angry Chuck and Silver are pretty much worthless. They function the same as they do normally. We never use them angry unless we have to. They should either travel the entire length of screen or travel twice (down then up for Silver, right then left for Chuck). The other birds are useful when angry. You also need to add the ability to switch birds. Its pointless to have different abilities if we cant choose when to use them. We understand the order of the birds makes the levels more challenging and you goal is to get people to spend money on power ups, but limiting our ability to choose our own strategy makes the game less fun and more boring. Could be a great game with these improvements. Thanks.
With no ads, a great concept, and excellent gameplay, this game is a joy to play – until you get to the higher levels (Ill say 1,600 and above). We say that because once you reach those levels the levels too often lose that delicate balance between challenging and impossible. Certain levels are ONLY passable by burning boosters – which, whats the point then?
This was a fun game to play but now its a mess. There was an update a month back or so and ever since, horrible game play. From screen freezes to ads ending your game. Im in the 2200 plus stage so maybe the game is not supposed to go this far, not sure. We’ve written a few time for help but no answer. Just did another update and the game just got worse. Thinking its time to delete and find something else. Was great. Was.
This is NOT angry birds, it is just a poorly made attempt at a paycheck.

This game is awesome it has calming music nice graphics and Powerful birds like red AWESOME job!
Why is he the way that he is? Why does he attack random objects that are nowhere near a pig or balloon? Why is he so frustrating?
At level 260 rewards become so small and coins virtually nonexistent. Loved the game until the reward system is abolished to feed the pay wall, which we refuse to do. So a potential five star game gets an average review. As a long time Birds player it is truly sad.
Its almost fine But then it gets really really REALLY hard And its no longer fun.
To much nag-ware. Always wants your money.
We tried, we really tried to enjoy this game, but sadly, just like Angry Birds 2, the game is not made for fun, but instead is made to be a cash grab. We spent over a day on one level, but after every 5th fail, it makes sure to plop a link to PAY MONEY TO GET MORE COINS to continue. Oh well, Ill just avoid Rovio games and go back to playing our app games that were made to have fun, not be a cash grab.
We used to love playing this game – especially the daily treasure hunt. It was a great way to earn power-ups for the hard levels. It changed today. HATE the new treasure hunt! Will not play anymore. Deleting from our phone!
We remember the original games and remember them fondly. How did a series with such fun mechanics become reduced to ad mayhem with jarring bird designs and the coin erosion mechanic of losing more coins than you gain as you proceed onward in the games thousands of levels. Im tired of cash-grabbing and degrading game design. If this is the best modern game we can get then we dont want Rovio to make any more.
We’ve never played a game that made us say we hate this game every time we played it before this one. They recently added treasure hunt as a replacement for the daily beat three levels and win power ups and rewards. In doing so theyve now made it impossible to advance past the extreme levels. After three days of being unable to advance we just deleted the app. We were on level 2,439 too. When levels are too hard to pass after a few tries the game is no longer fun and not worth our frustration any longer. We regret wasting the time we wasted on it. Never again will we play any angry bird game.
Used to be a fun game. Not anymore. Birds just dont react the same as before. Used to purchase stuff in app before. Not anymore. Garbage.
The new Treasure Hunt feature never resets. It says 3hr 59min til next piece, but the countdown never actually starts. It says 3hr 59min the whole time until the next event. Please bring back the separate treasure hunt levels. So much better that way.
Paid $10 for the season pass without realizing the current season was ending within hours (new user). Literally didnt use it at all. Emailed support the next day when it wanted us to pay again. When we realized what had happened we owned our mistake but asked for a one-time courtesy as a new player and for the pass to be credited to the current season so we could try it out. Their only response was to helpfully reiterate that theres a timer in the game that tells you when the season ends. Which yes, but again it was our first time playing and its Angry Birds, sensory overload much? The various seasons and events and sales screens are confusing and overwhelming. In any case we wont be wasting any more of our money or time on a franchise that only cares about shaking users upside down by the ankles to collect as much pocket change as possible.
We paid, unfortunately to be able to advance faster. We Highly advise against that! We paid 50.00 to get tons of benefits, however the lightning bugs kept pausing and we lost 5 games, from having to restart the game. Because the lightning bug kept freezing!!!! Get rid of the bug or start paying the bug in court!

Im enjoying this game and have a suggestion. For those of us who cant afford the journey pass maybe you could let us open the vault after accumulating a certain number of points. We had 600 and because we cant afford the journey pass we can only play the regular journey.
