Really fun concept and game. But recently the boosters, fire/ice/lightning, have changed with no explanation to what they do.
Like the game remake of ant war on Roblox.
Some levels start with such a disadvantage and the computer multiplies so fast you cant keep up.
Good, reasonably balanced levels. Sound is broken because it respects neither turning off sound in the settings nor does it respect the mute switch on the phone.
After winning a match, you can watch an ad to triple your coin earnings. If you click cancel, it plays an ad anyway! WTH? We dont mind watching ads to get something, but this is super manipulative.
Super fun and addictive but wayyyy too many adds. We know this is a complaint with a lot of games but this is excessive. We literally cant take it anymore. Some of the rounds are super short so its unbearable when theres an add after literally every game. Play like 30 seconds and have to watch an add even longer than the round! Make adds optional for points, etc and people wouldnt mind! Or at least lower the amount of adds.
Game is a fun take on the tower conquer concept. Then, after about 20 mins, the enemies become 2-3x faster than you, and the only way to compete is to pay to upgrade your guys. We even watched ads to get power ups to freeze the enemy – theyd freeze, then rebuild so fast it made no difference. If youve got 20 mins to kill, or wanna drop $50 to upgrade your ants, then this game is for you. Otherwise, dont waste your time.
Dont give us an option to not watch an ad if youre going to force it on us anyways. If you voluntarily watch the ad, you get a minimal in-game reward. If you skip the ad, you have to watch it anyway and dont receive any benefits.
Cant stop. Really enjoying it. Our only gripe is that you cant listen to podcasts while playing.

Some rounds do repeat themselves every 20 rounds or so. But after playing nearly 2000 rounds (yes 2000) we still keeps our attention for the 45sec it takes to win. Ive only spent real money on the No Ad option but we still get SOOOO MANY FORCED ADS. Our ant hills are upgraded to max using game coin but we still lose sometimes. We dont know what diamonds are. We havent used the heros since early rounds. We dont bother with the other features we ONLY BATTLE. Over and Over again. If they needed more money they shouldve charged us more no ads instead of forcing them. Even if we can click off after a few sec. It annoys us.
Way too many ads and the option to watch an ad for special attacks during a fight has stopped working. Some battles are super easy which is great but others you cant win without the special attacks. Hey developers, please fix.
We really enjoyed the game. Spent hours and days earning coins and spending them on upgrades and help from the heroes. Then, they change everything and make it so you can only buy upgrades using diamonds and made the diamonds overly difficult to earn or expensive to purchase. As a result, we feel duped and will no longer play the game. Upgrades are supposed to make it better. Not worse.
We liked this game when we could buy boosters with the coins we won through fights. Now we cant get them unless we purchase gems with cash. Will be deleting the game even though we paid for the app.
So youre going to push an update with more ads that have popped up all the time. Ive ranked #1 for weeks now Im going to delete it. Thanks for the memories but your ads ruined it. Delete.. Deleting Deleted. Thanks for stealing our data too.
Its a fun little game, but after about level 150 the game is so complex that the ads loading below cause it to be unresponsive to some of your moves. This can cause you to lose a round – not because you did something wrong – but because it wouldnt respond to what you wanted. As there is at least one 30+ second ad between gameplay, it can be frustrating.
Love the game. Fun challenges and easy resets if you mess up on a level. Would love to see fewer ads. No matter how fast you finish a level, youre required to watch an ad. And the multipliers for coins – while not essential for moving up – require watching another ad. You might beat a level in 20-30 seconds, and then have to watch 60 seconds of ads just to get to the next level. Cant justify a 2:1 ad-to-playtime ratio.
Game was fun playing until we decided to upgrade our towers on level 101. Now it seems the CPU is on insane mode and they have way better upgrades and response time. We replayed the game from the beginning and didnt upgrade again and every level is okay again. Definitely not optimized difficulty.
Fun but freezes up our phone. The game itself os also just so-so. The mini merge game is more fun.
They game is good until it cheats and makes you lose to watch more ads. Ive had enemy bases at level one produce more ants than our max level base and over power ours. We almost paid to remove ads until we noticed this clear imbalance. Also watching ads has different weight at different points, it almost seems like youre punishing people for watching ads during a game for powers, instead of before. Also seems to be no way to get the powers without watching ads.
The game does not explain all of the features. Lots of features to purchase with points but it does not let you use them. It does not award enough points to allow you to play without paying which we will not do. Too many ads.
The starting level of the enemy mounds is impossible to beat after level 17 unless you want to spend lots of money. Any review that says different was paid to do so. You WILL have to use at least 2 buffs EVERY level or upgrade your ants which requires tons of money. You can watch an ad to get a buff which will be pointless because one does little to slow down their advancement. The merge mode is fun though seeing what bugs you create, but again ENDLESS ad watching to get there.
This is nothing more then an advertisement farm.
So we have actually enjoyed how quick the levels are however once we got to level 206 it glitches and jumps back to level 202 and now we cant get it above level 205.
Yep this app is notorious for ads popping like crazy. Its an interesting game but thats popping up nonstop is so annoying that u just wanna pull yur hairs out.
We were having fun until the a message popped up and said, New Reptile in reference to unlocking a lady bug. Normally we let this kind of thing slide, but today we dont want to. We cannot understate this, a ladybug IS NOT a reptile.
Its so cute when the ants are attacking we love it its so adorable and so cute it can change at any time.
When a tower has 40 vs tower that has 20, they should not be evenly matched, let alone larger number lose. Uninstall.
Pluses: Many. The game is fun and one can play and win without paying anything or watching any adds IF a player optimizes a gameplay. We made it a point of verifying this statement and managed to pass all 91 levels without watching ads. Ads make the game more forgiving. We did pay $3 to remove ads at arbitrary moments, which improved the satisfaction of the gameplay. Minus: only one. The game hangs up at level 91 and resets at 61. We do fun passes to level 91, but we can see losing interest after a while without new challenges.
We like the game but every time we try to claim a reward under Achievements, it gets stuck.
We have 2 quests we cant collect the game hangs up if we click them. Unlock level 6 close combat soldiers at merge mode & Unlock level 8 long range soldiers at merge mode. We paid for no ads to support our he developer so far.
App started to crash once level 78 was reached.
We downloaded this game because several reviews claimed that ads were optional in return for rewards (which is the only reasonable approach). The game seems fine, which returned a star. However, at least as of now, the ads are forced between levels and even during gameplay. Instant delete.
Not only are the ads ridiculous (play on airplane mode), but this game is a direct ripoff from city takeover, made by voodoo. The levels are even the exact same, not sure how this is allowded.
You have to watch an ad when you complete a level. Then to get a multiple for coins you watch an ad. You only get 50 coins for watching an ad. Did we mention the ads? There are two achievements we cant accept the reward for, just has a bright square in the middle of the screen and clicking the button doesnt do anything. Have to force quit and restart.

The amount of times this game lags and completely shuts down (the app turns off by itself) its so frustrating. We get to the end of the level and Im about to win, and then the game just quits and you have to redo that whole level again. In just like 10 minutes, this happened like 4 times easily.
The game crashes all the time and we lose our progress. Otherwise it would be fun.
Game keeps kicking us out and doesnt save our spot. Needs patch makes game unplayable.
The game is fun, but it can never load ads when we want more coins. It has no problem loading them in between every other level we play, though.
If we get an Ad when level completes for 40sec. Then an Ad pop up in game just a few seconds later. Delete and leave 1 star. Shameful.
They put too much ads and they forced people to pay for no ads. We get ads is to get generate revenue for the apps but this is way way too much.
Obviously the ads are just too much. But this app also cuts out our podcast app sound even though we have turned off all sounds for this app. If we cant listen to something while we play a silly little game, then there is no point to even have this game on our phone.
Fun game! Ads though are a pain. PurchasingNo Ads only gets rid of forced in-game ads. Still have to watch ads or spend lots of money to get boosts needed to upgrade or complete levels. We would be k with this except the ads are all 30 seconds long or longer. Sometimes it plays the same ad twice to make it last 30 seconds. More time watching watching ads than playing. The money price for boosts isnt worth it to avoid them though.
We cant move past level 19, because when we complete it it just freezes and wont play an add or end and let us collect coins or anything. We had the freeze issue on previous levels but closing out the game and replaying it seemed to work. Ive now played this level 5 times and it freezes at the end each time, and lags really bad during game play.
Its a shame, this could have been fun except for every time you do ANYTHING, you have to watch an ad. Id pay a couple bucks if theyd stop with the endless ads on everything. Deleting this immediately.
It asks for a rating before it starts the forced ads on every single level.
