It been year when this game hadnt been updating we want this game to be updated again!
We only got one issue the tickets that say replace heroes of different factions we can’t figure out how to use them besides that the game is awesome if anyone knows anything about them let us know please.
We dont know if its a bug but our battery gets drained sooo fast any tips or advice? Fun game though.
It could be 5 star but we got our account switched and had to restart also when they were supposed to give us an s rank we got nothing and customer service didnt help either.
We loved this game dont get us wrong it was fun, but like really they change server lines and reset all levels, we lost everything. Ill still play it but like come on not cool. Ill maybe think of changing our mind to 4 star but for now Im between hating and liking it.
Played for a bit and it heated our phone which is fine not their fault. The main issue is going to log in and playing as a guest (not binding account) to then find out we now have someones account randomly. Didnt touch anything ,but for sure not playing this game cause of that. Never touch another persons account. Hopefully the developer of this game sees this and decide to fix it for the players.
Buggy, graphics and UI take a while to load in, gets our phone very hot. In the beginning the game forces you to take some steps to learn to play the game, we found it taking a lot more time than we would like it to.
Game looked fun and seemed alright besides the forced tutorial that took forever. Story is alright. Collecting the cards and upgrading and crap is fun. But we have never played a more unstable or unplayable game in our life. This game crashes and or gets stuck loading and or server crashes AT LEAST once every five minutes for us. If that. And from reading these reviews everyone seems to have that happening. We suggest you stop telling people to leave comments on your Facebook because no one wants to do that. Isnt that what this review section is for? Fix your game or you are going to lose most of if not all of your players and then there goes your money. We dont know why its so hard for game developers to just fix the problems the players are telling them about.
It was a good game we wouldve put higher star rating. But recently trying to log on, we were informed that somehow another player had the same name on top of that we had to change our name, but also it keeps booting us out and only letting us be in game for a short period of time before booting us out. Apparently an update screwed something up.
Played the game for 3 days and on the third day decided to make a purchase, logged out for a bit then when we logged back in our character was gone. Tried to reach out to support without any response. Dont download this game its a scam and crashes multiple times, very unstable.
So we know this Game is old and we downloaded it yesterday and the loading takes forever to load idk if there is a glitch or if it just takes that long to load and then the game will start we just dont know Im confused if the game is just glitched of the Taking forever Loading part so pls fix it.

Every time we get into the game it always starts with the main screen and has a black box in the middle saying loading and we waited and waited but it never even changed once it always says loading and we get off and get back on and it still does the same thing, we’ve waited for a long time but it never changed. Pls fix this cause we actually was really excited to play this game.
Only way we found out about this game was from advertisements that used popular anime characters from Demon Slayer, Genshin Impact, etc. As a way to deceive players into installing the game. Do not waste your time.
Suddenly our account was changed to weird account! Can someone help to fix the problem?
How- Just how- we went into the game and noticed immediately that it was a different account. It was on server 39, Im from 27- How is a random persons account bound to our game!? It just makes no sense! Today was already crappy and now this- Just ughhh- Im Snapi from server 27, we dont even know if the mods will help or anything, but whatever.
Really wasted our money on this game just for it not to load in.
We downloaded this game a few times, but upon launch, it would do nothing but spin on the loading screen every time.
Upon opening app it says loading and never gets past that screen.
We wouldnt recommend this game. They basically stole from Genshin and tried to pass it off as their own in ads. If you want someone to play a game we suggest using your own word instead of copying from another game. You could get sued you know.
After we deleted the game, we decided to redownload the game. Only problem when we opened it, the game left us stuck on the home screen saying loading. After 10 minutes of waiting we just decided to delete it. Please fix this.
We got this game after seeing an Ad for it on Facebook. In the Ad they were advertising their game by using Genshin Impact characters, so of course we had to download it and see what a rip off it was. We wasnt expecting it to be as bad as it was but here we are. If you want a good game, just play Genshin.
Seriously love this game! Only reason Im not giving a 5 star is the game network is so unstable. We can play for hours without a problem and then bam! It goes into this loop of going to the main loading screen and recycles with the notice page popping up. If we go back into the game, we usually get kicked back to the main loading screen and have to force close and reopen the game to get a connection to the server. Sometimes it takes a few force closes and reopening to get a connection. If this gets fixed, this is definitely a 5 star game!
We were having loads of fun in the game until we summoned alphonse but she would not show up in our hero roster, so we were just wondering if it is a bug or is there a support we can contact, if so where?

We play on server 67, its a awesome game, But it is always cutting in an out an it resets itself a lot if you guys can fix the lag on the game it honestly would be amazing.
Its a really fun game and easy to lvl up. But when we saved up enough to get an ss here from the recruit summon and spent our 3000 points. And it said we got one and then we went to go check our heros and our freaking ss hero isnt there? Like what kind of game is this?

Im literally stuck between two screens, the white glove wont let us do anything else but click our character and then click lineup. Cant do anything, please fix we already top-up once. Dont make us regret it!
We have put a lot of time in the game and it becomes apparently annoying that the game keeps kicking us to the log in screen. We have been playing this game for an entire week and its fun dont get us wrong so please developer fix the booting back to the login in bug.
The game was fun and a we were enjoying it but then it got stuck in an infinite loop. Our game is bugged/stuck in a loop. We think the game wants us to equip a sword but when we click on the character it wants us to equip it to it then tells us to click the back button. It keeps looping and telling us to go back and fourth.
Got into a tutorial screen that wont let us out and wont finish. Can no longer progress and we have to uninstall.
The artwork and characters we like dont like how it censors some of the characters it shows in the pack but also dont like the fact hardly do anything crashes few seconds the only up side about crashing in middle of a level it completes it still also some event tutorial making us tap the icon on it then go right back and rinse and repeat that over and over is quite a pain needs more work on the game.
Like it a lot but crashes all the time now developers need to fix or it will be uninstalled.
Cant make it past the load screen.
The game is pretty good we came across it on Facebook but after we downloaded it and got into it we noticed a lot of random crashes and slow servers. And even after that Facebook will place fake ads for cross over events with demon slayer and jujutsu kaisen and more all in the same week. We got rid of the game for now might try it later after it gets fixed up more.
Saw reviews from months ago and figured this problem would be fixed (boy was we wrong!). Game is unplayable because of the constant crashing. Level up= crash, Unlock something new= crash, Do a summon= crash, Beat a level= crash, look at the screen= crash!
We get to lvl 8 and it wont allow us to do anything now. The guide hand for the tutorial of armor and weapons part has be continuously going from from the character the to pressing the back button to the character again.
We’ve been grinding our butt off{gotta keep this pg you know} and Im boutta get our first official ss character, we get the character, then boom game crashes we go back accepting it cause we were enjoying the game. But when we came back it was missing we couldnt find it. It shows we have it due to it being on our library of heroes but we cant find it with our heroes. And dont give us that, talk to us on fb nonsense, we want our character, we worked our butt off, getting 3000 stupid stars to get a ss character for it to not be there. Our i.d. Is 335007449285 and our server is s78 crescent. We want our ss hero.

Why are there ads with characters from Demon Slayer? Like we can’t find them anywhere in the game? Is this even legal?
You get kicked out a lot and the tutorial is forced. Not mention at one point it said someone else has logged onto this account and said change password! What password!! That was right after binding it to Facebook. We had to take off our credit card. Going to get a new one just incase! We made the mistake of binding the account for the love of everything dont even play it till everything is fixed and sorted if this is even a real game and not some quick scam. Not to mention when it does load its in patches or only some of it. It was fun to start and has good art but shady adds. We really wanted to like this game.
Constantly crashing back to log-in screen every few minutes. But you can enjoy the gameplay and characters when you do get to play it.

You dont have to pay any money on it to get tons of gems and good gear but we didnt know all our stuff will be lost on a guest account we had 8cp and we lost everything good thing we didnt spend any money cuz all our stuff is gone our game just reset and idk how to get our guest account back too. We wanted to change a server, and it just restarted us. We have to stay in the same server the whole time playing and we just wanted to change. They should allow you to change servers while saving your progress. This game also crashes a lot, and has slow loading.
