We played this app with the red dice, which is supposed to be closest to the real outcomes and combos of dice. We rolled eight Big Reds in a row!!! Thought it was a fluke. Then did it 4 times in a row the next day. Not realistic at all. Possible, yes. Looking for a better app.
A must for learning craps, or refreshing your memory about table mechanics before a gambling trip. You can play the dont bets as well as standard pass line with odds/come bets/place bets. Odds are selectable as are max bets. You can opt for normal, hot or cold dice. As far as we can tell the normal setting is totally random. Awesome.
We absolutely love this app. There is no more fluid experience to the game of Craps than this app. Its so close to the real thing. Ive gone from extremely casual player to strategist with a plan at the table thanks to this app. The help and information in the app is concise and direct while being easy to digest and helpful. Since they added the all tall small app locks up during adding bets to all tall small and also betting on hops.
We love this app! No other craps game comes close to the feel and realism of this one. We do have a suggestion, thoughcould you please add Crapless Craps? Im starting to see it more often in casinos, and it would be great to have it available. We usually run strategies on the app during our flight to Vegas, and having Crapless Craps would make it even better.
We purchased the app after reading the reviews. We thought they were worked out, since the reviews were so old. However, we see that the game is still the same. The algorithm reacts the same when certain bests are made. Making it impossible to use the system for developing strategies. The algorithm actually has forced us to learn the game of casino dice, and taught us how to better wager. We would still like to figure out how to place our own rolls in the game though. We are changing our rating. We like the game.

Im a newbie at craps and our buddy taught us on a recent trip to Vegas. Im hooked on the game now! The dice arent the best- 7 seems to come up disproportionately. We started using manual with our own dice and outcomes are more realistic. One small thing would be to add prop bets like small/tall/all. We try to simulate that on our own. Overall very solid app.
Definitely a great platform to learn! Ive discovered that the standard dice are not truly random as stated. There is a pattern. Its great to have the option of cold – hot dice though. But when wanting to play true randomized play, that would be nice. Lastly, to echo another review, crapless craps would be a great addition.

Figured out how to fix the manual dice roll glitch where it would fly off the table. So far, its the best craps simulator we have found on the iOS.
This is a great app if the money was only real.
Had the game for many years, always makes its back on new phones.
1200 rolls in just betting 6/8 and field and checking the roll statistics the 5 is rolling way more than the average. The gameplay is nice but there is just too many examples of rigged rolls. Good thing its not real $$. Ill keep testing.
The more we played this game the more we realized the miracle rolls for the house seemed to come too often. To test the rolls we set up the following scenario. We put a lay bet on the four and place bet all the other numbers. We then bet on a hard four. In this situation the only roll that can lose is a 3-1 or 1-3. Probability says those rolls should come up once every 18 rolls. The dice rolled the 3-1 or 1-3 every three to five rolls consistently. To test further, we removed the hard four bet and bet the 3-1 hop bet. Now the only roll that can lose is a hard four. (Probability – once in 36 rolls) As anticipated, the hard four hit just as often as the 3-1 and1-3. To test further, we repeated the same bets using the 6-4, 4-6, and hard 10 with the same results. During these tests we had the dice set to warm. We do really like the way the game operates and how complete the table is with hop bets, etc.
IMO, Aw Craps! Continues to lead the pack of similar simulators for speed, clarity, instruction, ability to save some recurring bet amounts and responsiveness. Huzzah! After several years, a developer has returned to keep the app updated and make improvements. Already a solid Craps simulator, the recent changes are helping the evolve to reflect more recent iOS updates. The minor bugs introduced with the new revisions are understandable and are quickly addressed. The (new) developers appear to be focusing on offering a full tables-worth of betting options while maintain a compact, playable size. Keep it up! Please note: For those suggesting the game is fixed when using the red dice, its not. Check your overall rolling statistics. With sufficient rolls, you will see a bell curve. If still not satisfied, roll your own dice and use the app interface to play all other aspects except the physical rolls. For the red dice results are determined by a true random number generator that outputs a 1-6 for each dye. Therefore, outcome is random. We enjoy the app because its an opportunity to quickly test various betting strategies without losing money. Once we find a strategy that works for our bankroll, we can practice in the app which makes it easier the play the game we want in the casino (if we every make it to one).
Playing Triple Luxe. If we get the 8 to $360, it will roll a seven. It has done it 5 straight times now. Something is up.
After the first update in years now the game is unplayable with the UI broke. Please fix! Update: after a few fixes this game is back to its previous greatness. Thanks for the quick response from the developer.

Did love rhe App but now our transaction screen is whited out? Our history screens shows no history .. Our change table screen shows mo content …game stolls works but cant see things on other screens on our iphone HELP.
Used to be a good app, now all the text is either dark or completely gone. Hopefully they fix it.
After the update the a lot of the functions of the app are whited out and dont work, please fix! No way to select odds, minimums or bankroll right now.

Love the app folks could you add a way to do a set number of rolls, points, and shooters we.e. You want to try a strategy for ten shooters we arrange our chips so we can keep track of how Im doing maybe a quick reference that displays results over a set number of rolls points or shooters. As a former craps dealer, this is an excellent simulation app. Not perfect but far exceeds what Id expect for free! To the reviewers suspecting its rigged: why would they? They dont benefit if users lose! In fact, when people win, theyre likely to stay on the app longer.
Is easy to use, see history and stats, keeps your bank roll data. Great for instruction with payout descriptions. Allows for custom tables and dice along with manual dice. Only wish they made other table game apps as well.

Ive downloaded a bunch of these, and this is the best. Tons of customization (cold, hot, standard dice), change table odds, tracks throws and percentages.
Best Craps app ever! Helpful when learning a new strategy, test out different rolls.
This app can be customized from starting bank roll, to table minimums, from standard statistical dice to manipulated statistical dice to simulate a hot roller or even a dark side roller (cold dice). You can go at your own pace (set it up to roll fast in case youre just interested in numbers….. Or simulate a real feel table where it has to hit the wall). This app lets you refer to the roll history of a session so you can see how many 4s were rolled since the last 7 and much more. This is also a great teaching tool on terminology and their meanings. It has an awesome data base of tools. We highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to learn, or a Craps veteran like ourselves. Have fun.
Love the system and game play but Id like to see a few small extras the real tables usually have. Like, an All Tall, All Low or Make em All Bet. A 3x field pay out on 2 or 12. And maybe the option to change table color. Just some ideas. Otherwise we love everything else.
We knew a little but not enough to know what we were doing. Taught us how to do the odds bet and which bet are best. Program is easy to use and learn. Has description of all bets and odds on those bets. Well worth the money. Better than losing it on the table not knowing what we were doing.
Would love to see an update that allowed for the small, tall, and all bets.
Update: April 2019: To the reviewer who said they couldnt exit the game on their iPhone X the key is to keep the phone in landscape mode and then swipe up. You can not turn back to normal orientation and attempt to swipe up. ============= As an avid craps player we find this app to be the best available for iOS. We bought this app a few years ago and it has not disappointed. This is a game and a trainer. It has a lot of customizations including setting how hot or cold the dice are. You may be wondering why you'd want that feature. As a trainer it's nice to set the dice one way or another to practice your tactics. Will you play the pass or don't pass. Maybe you want heavy field action. Favoring dice outcomes helps you hone your skills. The apps seems to be updated just when it needs it. Our recommendation for the next version is to have the ability to choose between different caller voices. The callers voice is fine but just like in a real casino the crew rotates and you get different people through your playing time. Unless that is you don't have this app and lose at the table right away.

Sooo much better than the in-app-purchase games especially if you want an accurate simulator without a lot of nonsense. The dice are fine. Choose standard dice for real world results. Over time, results match expected statistical outcomes. Can even use Manual mode and roll your own if you still dont trust it. Hot and Cold modes are a gimmick but easy to ignore. In-app-purchases have ruined mobile gaming. To simulate them, go to a casino, buy a bunch of chips, play until you lose or throw away any winnings, then buy more chips. Glad to find a $2.00 app that finally emulates our actual experience.
We play a lot of Craps as wells as Aw Craps! For at least 5 years. This is the best app the closest to real life with the best graphics and best coaching. We played many. This wins hands down.
Easy play, easy to bet, great explanations of bets, and best all you can pick how the dice roll out so if youre playing at home on a table you can check your math/rules… The best.
Excellent app for all levels. It provides most if not all of the possible bets. Plus it is very helpful for the newer player, providing odds and preventing wrong bets and wrong amounts based on odds. Support is very prompt and helpful.
Best craps app for craps addicts. You can practice your crap strategies and put them to the test. One suggestion is to include the all small, all tall, hit them all center bet that casinos are using these days. The inclusion of the fire bet was a great addition. Thanks for a nice distraction from going to the real casino.
Play is great. They added many of the missing bets on last update (fire bet and hop bets) Explanation pages are great for beginners, no in app purchase for chips. Just play and practice your strategies. Emailed devs a few times and always got an answer. Love it.

We've tried all the free craps sos and was largely let down by our experience. Then a craps forum suggested this app. It is well worth every penny. If you don't know how to play this is a fantastic app to learn on. The biggest seller for us was the manual dice mode. We can throw real dice in our house or anywhere and log down the outcome on the game for a much more realistic feeling. This app helps hold us over when we get that craps itch.
Excellent game! The graphics, the play, the automated voice and the betting and the explanation of the bets. We like to hop the "Hard Ways" on the come out roll, is there a way to bet it hopping all the hard ways on come out.
We are using it to learn and practice craps for an upcoming trip to Las Vegas. It's easy and intuitive to use and super fun. We even had a question and the developer answered in a day – AWESOME.
This game has what all of the free games are missing. It even remember your most recent bets for each different bet on the table. Very hand for complicated betters who like to spread out their bets.

Like many other grumblers in these reviews, it feels like it knows what youre betting and weights the dice accordingly while using the random dice set; however, if this truly bothers you, get some cheap dice and use the manual dice set. Yes its much slower to play like that, but we think its really the only way you can get around the hackusations. Yes it would be nice if it didnt feel that way, but lets be honest, even if it actually wasnt rigged or whatever, people would still complain. Also, in a real random roll, strange clumping of numbers is pretty much demanded by random anyway. Any dark side player can tell you that 4s and 10s can and do out show the 7 all the time. Other than that, it really is a solid game. No it doesnt have the fun bonus bets and yes, betting hop bets o n e a t a t we m e will have you wanting to punch a baby by the 3rd or 4th roll, but theres a ton of stuff that makes it great.
