Its a cool game but doesnt let you win past $100.
Id rate this 5 stars and play daily for awhile IF their cashout process wasnt so convoluted. It wouldnt accept our Cap. 1 bank card through TRUSTLY so we used our small town bank debit card. Use TRUSTLY if you can! Our withdrawal is going to come in a check and can take up to 14 days! Thats just NOT a good withdrawal system. Most casinos take debit and pay to bank in a day or 2! The games are awesome. Yeah not that many but Im ok with that. Theres even Spinomenol and High-5 games you find in the real casinos! Be prepared for cool down times while you wait for your horse races to go through. Thats odd and can be frustrating but can be a good thing overall to keep your head cool. So we deposited $400 and eventually tried to withdraw $400. They sent us a check that bounced and then eventually they claim we tried to cash the check twice. We wouldnt commit check fraud and go to jail over $400 dollars. But their computer system HAS to be correct like nobody can make a mistake right? We kept in communication with them a dozen times. Emails and phone calls . They say theyll get back to us and call us back but they never do or want to handle the matter. We will be reporting them to the proper gaming authorities if and when we never receive our money back. These people should be shut down and STOPPED. Do not do business with BSPOT!
Do not waste your money, we were very excited for this app. At first we deposited $20 to our account. Everything went smooth but it got sketchy. We won $8 and we thought okay we had enough fun, so we decided to cash out. It would not let us cash out, the app is confusing at it is so we called the number. The representative immediately hung up on us so thats another red flag for this app. Also all the money we deposited is being processed??? For what , its our money . Im very disappointed on how this game turned out and Im contacting our bank for our money back .

Had a couple of issue with App after reinstalling it. We had the App a while ago and dropped some money having fun. No hard feelings at all just needed to take a break. Ran across the newer app and looked fun. Long story short had a mix up w/ new and old account. Spoke to CS various times to correct the situation. No matter what time we called or who we spoke to, but each and every time we called we were treated like we were your only customer. In todays society with Karens, Covid and other crap. They were professional and Empathetic and showed real concern about making sure that our issue was resolved. We hated having to hang up they were more pleasant to talk to then our wife. At first when we downloaded this game we thought it was a rip off. But we started out with $10 and in one day doubled our money. The next day again we doubled our money and every time you would run out of wagers it kept your in game winnings separate which you can transfer that money to your wagers. Its a great app for slot type gambling. We hate the loud, smoky, crowded casinos so this is preferable. We dont like that we use up a $40 wager in like 5 minutes and we cant just use our winnings in the same game. You win some you lose some. We have had some good streaks and some bad streaks. But legit like a casino. We put in money like once a week or so depending on what we win of course. On a good steak now. We put in like $65 and played on that for a whole week. Was able to cash out like $150 while playing more. A lot of the time we usually win what we bet back but obviously we dont cash that out you throw it back in trying to get more. Never won huge money which is why the 4 stars. Usually can get money back but you end up putting it back in, few times had some streaks to cash out and keep playing but again never anything huge. Keeps it fun though. Bet at least a dollar. No point betting 25 or 50 cents.

Loading the money on the wager its slow.
We like the games but we dont actually think its possible to win anything big. You end up getting back what you put in, a little more or less. It takes forever for the wages to be ready to only last a small amount of time, then your back at waiting an hour to play again. Eh.

If you read the fine print of how it works, youll find that you make a wager and they place that wager on a bet of a horse race. Say you wager $20, they place that on a race, the bet wins $50, they take their cut, and you come out $41.56. You then play some slot games to show youve won your $41.56 prize. Its a pretty great idea. We’ve found that when we actually win some money (say we come out $20 on top) the next time we place a bet Im out $30. Just seems a little fishy to us.
We played this app for a while, and would always seem to hit bonus games on every bet but the max bet, which was very suspicious and frustrating. It also seemed like we would win just enough money to keep coming back and break even, until we max betted and would never get back to breaking even. Anytime we got to ~$100 ahead, the games would go cold. The only reason we didnt give one star is because the games were fun to play (until they take all your money).
