Love the game us and our son go back-and-forth its amazing.
We love this game because we like the animal.
They took our money for upgrade, but only unlocked it for a few minutes. We want our money back or we will find the right channel to go through to get this shut down.

We get every level on our iPad but not the app on our cell under the same account, not paying twice.
We think that its pretty sad that you only get 3 levels and then you have to pay for more. We thought this eas supposed to be educational.
We paid $2.99 for upgrades but the levels got unlocked only for few minutes. Total SCAM.
Bought the updated full version and it never opened. Three levels and we paid for them all. Lee clicking to contact developer and wont go through. We want a refund or the games unlocked. Its very hard to explain to a 3 year old.
Paid to unlock all levels, did not unlock at all.
The same company has other games and they cheated us we bought all games and none of them got unlocked ever.
We got upgrade for our son and we dont have anymore levels, took money didnt upgrade . This isnt the first report of this we were hoping it had been fixed . Refund us or give us upgrade . This developer needs to be reported.
We spent the 2.99 to unlock all levels and it worked for a bit but now theyre all locked again! We clicked on restore our purchases and that didnt fix it! They stole our money.
Our grandbaby love this game and so we had no problem purchasing the full version. However the full version never updated and theres no way to contact the developer. When we tap on app support it says that Play-zone.us cannot be found. We called the App Store but theres nothing they can do because this is a third party app. So we paid $2.99 for nothing. She still can only play the first 3 levels.
So yesterday we bought the upgrade to this game to unlock all the levels. The money has left our account but the app has not updated and opened the locked levels! We either want a refund or the locked levels unlocked.
