Just like their other apps (Kamagames) hasn't met the mark with this one either. It's unfortunate because they have some of the best platforms out there but have the single worst customer service team we've ever encountered!!!!! Considering in app purchases keep their lights on and company afloat one would think CS would be a priority but it's not. They have constant daily game crashes in the middle of hands where players are booted off and not given back their bets after the game re boots. You'll have to send countless requests to their "customer service team" only to get no resolution and a bunch of auto replies that will only infuriate you! Save your money here and give it to another app developer that actually cares about their paying players!!! If we could give these guys a negative star rating we would.

The way you bet is not right, there is 4 different places on solo and u only win what u placed and not extra, fix it.

We really play this game daily at least 3 hours a day we really enjoy the fact that we learn the games Im playing without having to lose money so hey its a win win for us.
Writing this as more of a question to the developer than anything else, love the game, its really fun, but is there any option to remove ads? Such as with a purchase, if not it would be great to add one.

This game has great graphics and an overall good casino feel. However, if you buy chips, the table minimums shoot up way, way too high. For $3, we bought 6M in chips and now our table minimums are at 500k and above. The minimums were at 25k before we bought the chips. So if you spend a little money like we did, youll only get 12 hands with zero legal chance of winning real money. Id recommend the free version of the game, but we do NOT recommend ever paying money for chips. This is the worst value of any casino simulation Ive seen.

This game uses a algorithm that constantly has you losing back anything you win so that you are forced to spend money in the app to play. This is the reason we stay away from gambling apps on phone. Rigged.
We have lost our progress so many times and had to start over because we didnt have a synced account. The app hung AGAIN in the middle of a 50k poker double down bet where we won 100k. They wouldnt even credit our original 50k bet. We have made many purchases so we dont recommend you spend money. If it crashes, you are screwed.

Overall the app is nice, but the table limits on some games (notably blackjack) are not realistic. The 50:1 and 100:1 min:max ratios on baccarat are realistic, but the 3:1 ratio on blackjack is not. Given the squeezed table limits and gaps in limits, there are some bets that cant be made. For instance, its impossible to make a blackjack bet between $115,000 and $175,000. We have never been to a casino where table limits dont overlap.we had to take away a couple stars for such a gross error.

We were playing Set Poker and betting 5 million a spot and got a Straight Flush (A K Q) and dealer had Trip As so we had 4 of a kind on our Lucky 6 hand. We took a screenshot because we were excited to see that hand again because we gotten it once before but didn't know previously you could take a screenshot of the game and the game all of a sudden glitched and restarted. Not only did our winnings from our hand disappear – our 300,000, 000-ish in chips disappeared. We contacted Customer Support, provided details of the issue and the screenshot. They told us "a screenshot proves nothing" and "they don't see that hand in their system" anywhere recently. After foolishly spending $500+ on their app they wouldn't assist with anything. DO NOT USE THIS APP! They will steal from you and not help you with their faulty product and accuse you of lying.
The company says their software is RNG certified. It is not, the software is rigged. You will not win at the higher bets. Software is rigged.

We paid monthly and sometimes daily.. We would lose our money constantly having to more money more often than we have a paycheck!!! This game wants all your money!!! Not worth playing for a VIP player.
