Fun game just dont we dont understand the scoring of the money of who goes first.
After playing nearly 2,000 matches in this app, we decided to delete it because the dice rolls were starting to feel rigged. It used to not be as bad as other apps when we first downloaded it, but the rolls no longer feel random as of a few weeks ago. We can literally call out what dice roll an opponent will get during critical phases of the game. No surprise there, any backgammon app where you can buy credits to play can do this. They want to make money. They did do an update around then, so it could have been from that, or you get set up once you pay them for credits. Either way, just know its not fair play.
If a player is ranked higher they will win 9 out of 10 times and usually through an unbelievable of doubles and giving you ones and twos. Completely unrealistic.
We were so frustrated playing backgammon against a computer that seemed like the rolls of dice never went our way. This game appears like dice rolls are truly random. Wins and losses ratio are more skill related and a bit of luck.
Addicting game! Learning to play has been great.
