Id love it more if no bugs and Id love it more if the BIG chips opponents would stay away from us little guys need you to bring RANDY back to us Im back to playing our favorite game. We love this game but that shaker and your clock really needs a working on ! Please.
We enjoy playing other people in the challenge. We wish they would show the accumulation of points again maybe its there, but we dont know where to look for it.
We can not get this app to load for a week now. There is no update on the app and Im not having trouble or with any other app just this one.
Dont bother playing it is rigged.
Youre playing against a computer and it always wins. So many horrible rolls and your opponent gets high doubles multiple times.

Happy to have had a good game of backgammon on Playgem. We used to play often, but have been absent. We would be happy to have a game with any of our Facebook friends out here. If your new to the game and just want to play against a computer to learn the game before live opponents we would recommend.. XG gammon. It has a free and also enhanced download. XG gammon is a wonderful tutorial program. Have fun.

Despite updates the app still puts up rather predictable rolls instead of purely random.
We do not understand why, after a few years of playing, we can’t move past level 62. Any answers would be greatly appreciated :-)
Game will not load since last update.
The game after the last update will no longer load on the we Phone 12. Shame, such a great version go the game, when it works.
This app had become very glitchy and had cost us lots of chips lost when: 1. It wont let us move our game piece to a particular space, which would let us hit our opponent or avoid being hit. 2. Today, we signed in and the 2M chips we bought last evening were gone with only 7K left 3. Opponents get 3 doubles in the final moves and we get none during the entire gameis this random or an algorithm to keep users purchasing more chips. Im about to delete this app. Too annoying and a waste of money when these glitches happen repeatedly.
App keeps ending abruptly. Says they are on it but continues to happen. We wait days but it still isnt fixed.

Keeps disconnecting from the server, usually when youre winning. Rolls are hinkythe algorithms are weird to say the least. And you can NOT play someone who doesnt have enough money to double. Not good.
This is the most rigged game on the internet. Dont bother playing this as it is RIGGED.

Very Slow and not we giving to play. Unable to double once you start the game.
We dont like the dice shaker. Sometimes it doesnt stop and we have to end the game. Sometimes it shakes the dice for a long time. Annoying feature.
This game has a few problems. One is that it is extremely glitchy. One rolls the dice and it reverts back to the beginning of the roll. The other problem is that it appears to be programmed to react to each roll so it feels like you are on the winning or losing side from the second roll of the dice.
Loss of time loss of game cause!
The bonuses are good BUT you need to keep people from cheating! When the opponent sees they are losing they just let the clock run not making any moves until it ends the game. This happened 3 times today, frustrating and a waste of time . A lot of TRUMPER LOSERS on this app.
Does. Not always work very well.
The timer is way off. It tells you youre running out of time when you have made your move and clicked on done. It will end the game telling us we lost/won because we or our opponent ran out of time. We could/would play this for hours if it wasnt so pokey.
Be careful its programmed to fail! Also it has a malfunction to run out of time and loose.
This would be a great game if support bothered to read any of it tickets. Crashes do not get resolved, and points get taken for no reason – and never returned, because there clearly is no support.
On many occasions, during the course of the game, the program will time you out even though youve already completed your move. This results in a loss of your bet. Often times this occurs when we are well ahead of our opponent. This is extremely frustrating. We have contacted The site to explain the problem. Unfortunately, they do not seem to be interested in fixing it.
Used to be a good game. We have had this app for a few of years and noticed in the last 6 months or so, you lose in the most ridiculous and impossible scenarios of rolls. It also lags, freezes and/or graphics get messed up. We believe the developers dont care anymore as its becoming progressively worse. We’re dumping it, there are others to try.
We’ve played this game for a number of years. We used to love it but now we are sorely disappointed. The timer is flawed and the app does not roll immediately after hitting Roll, while the counter kept timing down. We’ve lost at least three matches because of this, and in the process we’ve lost the amount of our bet. Tech support: what gives? Am we going to recover our investments?
A total and complete manipulating algorithm to trick you into addiction and buying chips. Just play the free chips and alls good.
Playing this game means that you will lose games for the following reasons: 1) the timer frequently does not work; 2) your opponents, especially ones that have 20-50 times more than your points, will frequently roll 10, 11, or 12 doubles while you roll 1; 3) your opponents timer will run out, but you will lose; 4) your opponent will leave the game, but you will lose; 5) you will not be able to move a man onto an open space; 6) your opponent will roll 6 or 7 doubles in a row while you roll 1s and 2s; 7) games will frequently disconnect from the server, but you will always lose never your opponent. Also, the higher the point range, the more erratic the dice will be. The greater the point difference between you and your opponent, the less likely you are to win. Overall, perhaps the least realistic dice anywhere. Certainly, never make an in-app purchaseits like tossing money out the window.
Bought chips… And then constantly booted out of games and returned to the lobby thus forfeiting our entry fee. Emails to customer support go unanswered better off lighting our money on fire at least that way would get some heat.
This app needs so much help. We dont need too see the dice shaker shake for 10 seconds wasting time on the clock. Also it tacks too long too switch players sometimes as well wasting more time off the click.
There was a bug that froze our app up – when it got fixed it wiped out our 320,000. How does that seem fair?
