The app is horrible. To many errors a and reinstalls. Dice are extremely manuplated. Not worth the stress.
If you like people screaming at you to hurry up in Turkish if you take more than 5 seconds to move, this game is for you! Gameplay is ok. The system dialog is full of misspellings obviously was imported from another country. We expected much higher quality from a Zynga game.
Hate the new changes. Had to reload game and lost all our points. Al is the worse.

Absolutely love this app. Play it all the time. There are not enough words to state how much we enjoy it! We have two wishes for minor improvements, one is that we could speak Turkish, Id like the the app to have a built in translator. (For now, we are learning Turkish.). The second wish is to have the doubling cube message not so big so we can view the board before deciding whether or not to accept the bet. Again great app, dont hesitate to download it. Thanks again.
Anyone can get lucky enough to win a single game but the best players win matches comprised of 3 games on up. We have played this for months now and we guarantee you the dice are not random. You leave a single open and you will be hit about 80% of the time, just keep the stats. Zynga takes to many chips just to play.
Not bad. Graphics are nice. Some of the players are a bit suggestive on the chat. We just turn it off. We’re unsure of how much it costs us to play a game. Sometimes we only lose a small amount. Sometimes we lose our shirt. Perhaps it’s written somewhere we haven’t found yet. You can undo a move if you still have moves left on a roll but once you make the full move, you can’t undo. We’ve made some errors with our fat fingers that cost us dearly. Often we’re offered the chance to watch a video for free coins. Sometimes there is no video even if they say there is. Personally, we only seem to roll doubles if we’re blocked. We have a 47% win rate. We’ve been playing backgammon for over 50 years and there’s no way we’re as bad at it as this game leads us to believe.
We have only had this game two weeks but played about 20 games. It seems to us to favor the higher ranked players or maybe the ones who pay to play. We have only played it for free coins or coins from wins and sometimes it seems that we have bad luck but maybe we are wrong. Our winning percentage is 30%. Sometimes the automatic plays or plays by the other players are very fast so you have to really keep your concentration so you do not miss something important. Anyway, it is fun and you can be friends with players if you enjoy playing with them.
We’ve been playing this game for some time now and can tell you that the dice rolls are definitely not random. If you can deal with that and some occasional bugs…. Have fun!
Can’t use the dice the way you want.
This game is so horrible they only give good rolls to the people that pay to play . Ha this game is not randomized just a con to try there cheats an it’s not actually a fair system horrible waste of time and money .
There is some good and bad with this app. Overall it looks great and performs well. Every now and then something strange happens, but it’s rare. If you buy chips here, know that they take a 10% rake with no maximum. It is going to be nearly impossible to win in the long run with that rake. So, play with the free chips or don’t play at all. A few of the problems we have with the game are: 1) the colors of the points on the board to not alternate properly. Look at any backgammon board and you will see what we mean. This makes moving much less intuitive for us. 2) You can take the first turn in a game with doubles. You can’t do that using standard rules. 3) You can roll then choose to double. Also not standard, and combined with flaw 2 is a real problem. You can roll 3-1 on the first roll then double. That’s not good. Aside from that, it’s a fun game and there are players from around the world available to play against.
A little advertising Dice roll is slow Froze up a lot when you click on other than dice roll during the game.
This game is rigged. It determines winners and losers. Results Not based upon skills but Apps outcome.

The creators of this game have most definitely flunked. This is the most rigged game of backgammon on the internet that we have ever played.A complete waste of time.

Yes, it is annoying when your opponent is losing, then waits out 2 minutes per move to force you to quit. Other than that. Great fun.
How hard is it to randomly roll dice? This is the 21st century!
Is there a way to know the IP address of the players? If so, we’re guessing these code writers found it. Rolls are more often than chance in favor of the Eastern European player. More often than chance. Waaaay more often, to a ridiculous degree. It’s too bad, because otherwise it’s a great game, good colors, operationally…
We just want play backgammon and we’re really good at it, but here they system freezes all time and you loos your time, and end you loose all your chips for system crash.
The graphics necedad improvment, so far ver y good, lets see.
Dice algorithm is pathetic and is completely unrealistic. Nothing like the randomness of real dice. Irritating features such as no ability to turn off chat so every roll you are often bombarded with messages in a foreign language (I am guessing Turkish).

We love this app. We train every morning using the AI on XGMobile. We are also a member of USBGF. So, what we mean to say is: we’re into backgammon. Backgammon Plus does have a few bugs, but you can tell the developer loves this product. Stay and play and you will see Peak fix and improve as they go along. The main thing is the app is good looking and has nice usability. PLUS it has an international following of dedicated players. You can always get a game (hard to find) and, often it will be an interesting game. Wishes? We wish Peak would go to ELO ratings. (Maybe some day) and we wish the Facebook tie in was more functional. But, you know? We ain’t even bothered. BGPlus rocks.
Game doesn’t work freezes up and cost big money to buy chips. Freezes on last play so you lose when it times out. Also no parental controls, player often say terrible things in chat and game has no reporting ability. Do not waste your time on the lame game.
This program has lots of bugs, freezes right after your move, then times out and you loose. This happens all the time — Totally frustrated.

This game is a total waste of time. If you don’t spend money you will lose. Rigged to the max.
In the middle of game it’s shuts down and you loose your chips. Game is a rip off. Don’t buy.
Bad app!!! You are spending your money to play and the app will take big buts from your points with out your control .
Great game but should be easier to find FB friends.
There are server and bug issues where you will lose your game randomly (most times when we’re winning). The game also forces you to bet minimums relative to your bank amount (about 10 %). If you play backgammon for a while you know that amount will knock you out in a short timeframe.
You game steals money from it’s patrons. We just bought chips, only to have them stolen by your game locking up our access to (by the game’s request) replay a winning (final) roll… And them "Timing Out," and freezing our access to make the roll. This is the 3rd time this has happened after us buying chips. We think that you’ve designed your game to do this. If our perception is incorrect, please explain to us why this isn’t the case.

We give this zero stars but it we couldn’t submit the review without lighting up a star. We downloaded this game and went to play it for the first time and it asked us if we wanted to log in with Facebook or as a guest. We chose ‘guest’ then it had an option to buy chips. That’s all it took for us to leave the game and delete it from our iPad.
This app will freeze in the middle of a game and you will lose all you money. We’ve purchased more chips a few times bc of this.
We have been playing this game on Facebook for a while. It’s great to see that we can play it on our iPad too. Dices are totally random. There are a lot of international players from all around the world that you can play in real time. You only need to buy chips if you want to play on big stake rooms, there is nothing forcing you to buy chips. Nice graphics are also a plus. Have fun!
There are many bugs!!!! It throw us away when we win! WHY!?
Almost unusable outside of Turkey. The game frequently locks you out right at the end and takes all your money, even when you were about to win!! Then it wants to sell you more coins. SCAM. Have reported to the developer several times with no response.
