You have two flaws in your game one is after awhile even though you have a gift box you can not open it. The other one is that on some later levels when you use your extra tube it holds more then four balls making it hard to win the level been skipping those.

After level 500 all levels have a certain bug tow tubes appear in front of each other and you cannot select balls on them.
Things were going great until somewhere around game #500, then we started to have issues with tubes overlapping about every 5 screens. Really frustrating, and no way to get to the tubes in the back to finish a game. Please fix this bug!,,,.
We like your game the best, very good job. There is a clinch in the higher levels when the lower row has 6 tubes and you need to add a tube that tubes are stacked on top of other tube and the row ends up with only 4or 5 tubes, a second additional tube needs to be added to fix the issue and allow you to finish the game. Oh ya, there are too many commercials. We know you want the user to buy the game, but you also earn with the commercials, probably more than the purchase of the game. Augie.
Downloaded this. Love the game. Hate that it offers no ads but you cant get it! Pressed the button a million times. Needs update and it Would be great.
Fix the dang glitches!! Upper levels give a gift box but you cant get the reward. Also, adding a tube will sometimes you get two that are overlaid so you cant use it. Please fix these issues! You are aware of them.
Im about ready to delete. Level 400 and the game has been glitching. We add a tube and puts 2 tubes together. We liked this game a lot before its started doing this.
Tubes continue to stack in front of each other and you cannot get your balls out. Way WAY WAY TOO MANY ADDS. ALSO we CANOT EVALUATE YOUR GAME IT WONT GO ANYWHERE. IM UNABLE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING, CANT EVEN PURCHASE THE NO ADD OPTION.
One would think having the ratio of ads to play time with ads being way more time than play time, nobody is going to like your product. Do not bother to download.
Has been repeating the same games.
We played 3 games and uninstalled. A 20 second ad plays after a 5 second game. You are watching ads more then you are playing the game.
We had this game since we were five and it has entertained us for a long time but then we forgot all about it so then we reinstalled it and Im already on level 15 this game makes us so calm app so we have played it for about like about to be a monthWithout this app being here, we wouldve been exhausted. Love the game and visuals but its hard differentiate between colors. Adding a color blind setting will help a lot of people and be more competitive with other games.
This app stole our money: we paid to remove ads and still have both interstitial and banner ads in our game. Also, the contact us button in the games menu is fake, nothing happens when its clicked.
We played this game daily. We had paid very soon after we got to remove the ads. Well the app updated and now ads are back and we cant restore purchases. Playing with Ads is stupid and pointless and takes all the fun out of it. We guess this game gets deleted now.
We really like this game! We play matching games and connecting games and this one is actually challenging. If youre looking for a game that will make you use your thinking skills then this one is it.
We bought the free ads but when we got the new phone and tried to restored it, it wouldnt let us. We tried to login to get our level and it doesnt work as well. The contact us button doesnt work as well.
Our complaint is we purchased the no ads and it wont work, cant contact them either. It went through a few times cause we thought it just wasnt working.. That part was our bad. Overall its a pretty fun game but it takes forever to play so interest doesnt stay long.
