The app is rather unreliable. Frequent issues with connecting and would have to close and restart. After latest update, the app opens to a blank page. Hope this is resolved soon. We have multiple sports betting platforms, including fanduel, draftkings, betmgm, etc and none have as much frequent issues at bally.
Horrible for live betting and cashouts but sometines has better betting availability for gages or matches than other books.

Its absolutely ridiculous that they want you to send a picture of your social security card to verify identity. Government issued ID should be enough.
Massive login problems with the app on a consistent basis. Sometimes it will say Bet not placed for no reason at all. Very frustrating when it comes to live betting, and pre-game betting iffy at best. The very few promos they have are not enticing in the least. Decent prices we guess, especially for HR hits but otherwise, the app is unusable. Bally needs to tighten up. Very diaaapointing.
This is such a lackluster effort for a sportsbook app. Multiple times upon opening the app, there will be no display. When you contact customer service, they are aware of the issues, dont have any idea of when/how they will fix them. The interface is boring and not well laid out. Bonuses and promotions are paltry. They come with so many strings attached. If you have other options to bet with, they are much better than Ballybet.
We really use to play everyday cause the winnings and bonuses but once we kept playing with no wins we stopped cause we feel it is rigged and we have gambled 2500 total or more.

Im giving this 5 stars so someone sees this before they start betting on this app. This was genuinely the most rigged casino Ive ever been a part of. We wanted to see something about their blackjack so we counted 30 hands. We won (playing by the book) a total of 5 times while they won 25 hands. Not a joke. 21s. Always had face cards. Our hands always busted, their hands always found a way. We cant begin to tell you how bad this casino is. Outstanding experience but could learn from mgm.
Its a decent place to play but the promotions are not great. We used to get freeplay every once in a while before but now we never do. The daily picks are pretty badI have never once won more than $2 in over a year of participating in it. Seems like all the promos and incentives are way better for players in NJ than in PA. We dont get anything good in PA. No VIP, weak promotions, and not free incentives for players. This is why we only play here every so often.
