We deposited $40 to test the waters didnt receive our deposit bonus nor our $20 bonus credit. When we clicked on the Casino tab, nothing came up, just a white screen. Pretty bad and pointless app. Dont risk your money here.
This one is by far the worst. We played just about every single online casino app there is. This one takes the cake. Not worth downloading or playing.
The payouts are trash. The gaming app glitches so you dont win the big payout. They will blame it on your WiFi but they programmed these games to not pay.
We were a long time Black Jack player on BetMGM, using them to bet on sports as well. Currently, they have their Black Jack set on Mug & Sodomize, so – after watching them win 44 of every 50 BJ hand they dealt, and seeing how their virtual dealer is spewing nothing but bust cards out to the player while dealing the casino a never ending procession of Blackjacks and 6 card 21s – l am not kidding folks, the dealer NEVER BUSTS, on BETMGM – l began writing down every hand. This game seems to always freeze or reset once you win 36 to 51 free spins. Sent an email to the support team with screen shots and they said check our internet connection or reinstall the game. It happen to us on two different days 5 different times after spending a lot of money in the take. Our Internet speed has 10g bandwidth speed since we work for a fortune 50 telecommunications company, so Im sure it wasnt on our end. We have multiple gambling apps. The graphics on here are very nice, user friendly. For some reason though, we cannot do the daily pick on our iPad app. It thinks its online and wants us to install a geolocation tracker. So we have to go on our Pixel to do that. This app was decent for a while. Had some small wins up until May when it just stopped paying. We looked the other day at our monthly win/loss and being 8/6/23 we are already 2k down. Looked at july 4k june 1k may -200 They dont link points to the casino and changes the reward program where 1 point on a slot equates to 20.00 and 100 points cashes out to 1.00 free play. The app requests your personal information. It never works at all even though you chat with customers service and they verify everything for you because even the email they send for you to verify your email doesnt work. You can never login to your account or the app. They will never answer the phone even though its supposed 24/7 customer service, and they blatantly ask you if you want to make a withdrawal now that they verified your email manually. Even though you have just registered the account and have never actually had the opportunity to win money. Not to mention they can supposedly see the account that has no transactions listed on it. This prompts a whole series of questions related to your banking information. This app and the people behind it are complete FRAUDS. We would give negative stars if we could.

We’ve had this app over a month now and was asked to verify our account. Why Their verification process is onerous at best. We think we’ve photographed and sent our SS card at least a dozen times. The last 6 times asked us to re-photograph our card each time because our card had been cropped even though we didnt crop the card. We understand why theyd need the number but do they really need a photograph of our card. Verification of an SS # is very easy Why does Bally have such a hard time with it?? So far zero stars.

We dont remember if the app asked us to submit IDs right away, but if you dont please be aware that when you want to withdraw, they might close your account until they receive verification in the form of drivers license and whatever they require. This is what is currently happening to us. We never received an email or text stating we needed verification. They just automatically closed our account. We tried calling their customer service and that was a joke. We were on hold for about 20 minutes before we hung up and reached them through live chat. That took awhile too. They only requested our drivers license and told us it would be 48-72 hours until they verify our account. We are not sure why they close your account without first informing you of why they did it. Other online casinos will either send you an email or tell you immediately that you need verification. They need to fix that problem, because closing your account without reason leaves a bad taste in your mouth. As for the slots, they are very tight, but that is just our personal opinion.
