We have been trying for weeks to get in to our acct. With no luck. We log in, then it says we have to click the terms & conditions box, which we do. But then nothing happens and we are stuck there! We thought clicking the link to read them might make it go through, but that goes nowhere, too. So frustrating.
The app started off okay, and very quickly became frustrating to use and support team did nothing to help remedy the situation. Its a mobile app that requires you to have multiple internet connections to triangulate your location. We have 6 nearby connections and still, it cannot register that Im sitting down the street from the physical Dover downs casino. The app constantly server disconnects and it doesnt always start back up where it disconnected. The withdrawal feature will redirect you to the deposit screen and theres indication of that until you either accidentally deposit more money into your account. Or until you read the fine print on the last page. We’ve contacted customer both via email and phone call, neither of which have offered us any help or tried to help our situation with the app. So unless you like losing money, DONT DOWNLOAD.
Good visuals doesn’t lag. Has slots, black jack and roulette. Havent won anything big yet, but Im waiting. Deposits go through quick. Directions to each game very informative. Just as addictive as the slots in the casino gotta hide the app from our other half.
This is a terrible app. Possibly might even be a scam, at least thats what it feels like. The app has its bugs, but their verification process to cash out is the most ridiculous thing we’ve ever experienced. Since we’ve played this thing, we’ve sent in 3 diff copies of our ID, bank statement, and debit card and we still have to keep verifying the same information over and over to get any money out. They take the money in 10 seconds and give it back after 2-3 weeks.
