Fun when you can get on a roll but not enough outs if you get a bunch off speed changes.
We were never interested in mobile games until we discovered Skills. This is the best way for us to really take a break from work. Havent had this much fun in a while.
Super fun and well done game. Highly competitive and addictive. The wagering makes it that much better. Love playing games with something actually on the line.
If you add timed matches in different denominations more people would play the quicker matches. We dont suggest taking the normal mode out because we like it as well. Some people dont have the time to play as long as needed for those matches. Thats why we suggest adding the timed games to speed up the matches some.
We like the game enough. Its challenging and you sort of get a rival or two. You know, that guy that you always get placed against thats really good. Im addicted!
This game is a lot of fun. Needs updating so we can get some practice Zs to prepare for paid games.

This is our favorite Skillz game by far! The only bad thing is we can only play a couple games at a time because it heats up our iphone so much that the screen dims itself until the phone cools down.

It is a little bit hard to see on a phone screen but all in all it is fun and challenging.
Heres our back story on why Im rating it a 2. Well for starters. FANTASTIC game. Probably the best out of all skillz games. Why must you ask Im rating 2 well sit on down and Ill tell you. For one our game is constantly crashing. Not so much with coins but cash all the time. Coincidence? We dont know maybe not. Two the higher the money we play the more it crashes. Now we bet your thinking well got to be doing something to make it crash? Wrong Im not doing nothing wrong. Game is up to date. All our apps are force closed. We have strong connections and well everything and anything you can name what their saying could be causing this. We kind of pinned where its happening and why its happening. Our phone is getting very hot from the fire golden ball the bonus portal or whatever its called and fire power hit percentage. So yes we do take our case off. We do NOT charge our phone while playing because well we KNOW we cant. Because the game wont even load at that point. Okay whatever cool it might by our phone. Once again we DONT KNOW because Im not a electronic geek or whatever you want to call it. Its probably on apples end. But what really gets us and 75 percent why it gets a 2 star is because skillz is saying that theyll have to stop refunding us because Im passed our limit. WUT? Yes Im passed our limits on refunding us our OWN money back. Yes we know dont got to sit there and tell us all the Karens stuff about well you knew what was going to happen, blah blah. Just stop. Because we know they can go back in and watch the replay. For god sakes how do you think they catch people cheating. But let us say that yeaa, Im going to force close a game when Im CLEARLY SMOKING the dog out of someone with a score of 75k when it crashes. When we KNOW for a fact Im going to win the game. We dont know maybe its because skillz knows we have yet ANOTHER game by its Yoo-hoo and its doing this to us? Psh Nahh Im thinking crazy. But thats our review on why we chose 2 stars!
Whenever we try to withdraw, it says we have to reconnect to the internet when we are clearly connected. Its been doing this multiple times , its not just a glitch. We guess that is a good way to scam people though.
Free/practice matches work fine, but for whatever reason, every paid match we enter ends in the app crashing and our final score always says aborted. What is going on, here?? We’ve confirmed that our iOS is up to date (iOS 15.0.1 / iPhone 12 Pro Max) and we’ve re-installed the app. After re-installing, we were able to successfully play ONE match before this started happening again. Now Im out 20 bucks for the time being please help us refund our recent purchase and we will be glad to update our review.
