This is our new favorite game and Ive been addicted to it for a while now.
Its one of the best mobile games on the market.
Game has improved a lot! Lot of things to do each day.
Their new event gives you tons of power but if you read this 30 days later from Aug 10 your cooked and should start in a beginner server.
We honestly would rate the game higher if it didnt have all the upgrade requirements so expensive, we dont even make 1k resources and it requires some in the 100ks.
When we started playing this game years ago, it was the best game and community we have ever experienced. The growth was slower and there was more merit to grinding pirates and resources. You built real connections in the game and friends that were better than real life. The strategy talks were fun and fulfilling back in that time deciding which setups were the best and how to control the towers. Fast forward a few years later and you simply cant keep up with the spenders unless you spend your entire day grinding pirates, resources and purchasing speed ups. You can have fun spending a $100 a month, or even just a battle pass, anything less its just not worth your time.
We have been playing this game for over 6 1/2 years. It is very complex. Its not for the average person. We like that it consistently evolves and theres always something new to learn. However the game has evolved into a cash game where only big money players can compete. Rarely does it give free players a chance at getting decent planes,Ships although they do offer events to get mid range carriers and planes. We have had many problems with the game through the years most were resolved. If youre thinking of getting into the game we recommend you start playing in the newest server or the highest number server. If not youre just going to be looted by stronger player. If you do decide to play the game. Remember that this is a game However many players are very serious about this game and it can get very personal real quick. This game is for someone who can devote a lot of time and money to it. Its a very long game and takes time to build up everything involved and theres a lot to learn. Good gaming and good strategy are key.
Was a great game but now you can only win if you ready to spend a lot of money if not you not winning you not getting no good ship or airplane believe we been playing for 5 years and still not elite.
We cant find the current upgrade for this game to get off Christmas also cant find cheat code for the month.
The game is a lot of fun to play. We rarely purchase anything (free play is our mode) and still enjoy it after 5 years of gameplay.
The game is full of players that have multiple alt accounts (some with 6+ alt accounts) that farm uranium tiles. This takes away limited resources necessary for the relatively low number of primary accounts – (for example, for daily event points, tech, plane, and carrier upgrades) many, who like us, spend money on this game to play. In the (best?) case, these alt accounts funnel uranium to their main – giving them an unfair advantage. In the worst case, free players sell the uranium to paying players in exchange for in game items that can be gifted. Removing the giftable item feature could eliminate the selling of uranium for Battle Passes (but not necessarily the actual selling though, as we have had players ask us to send them real world money via PayPal in exchange for uranium) – but not the alt account problem – these alt/farmers could continue to funnel uranium to main accounts perpetuating this unfair advantage and resource imbalance. Perhaps a limit (daily limit) on how much uranium can be transferred from 1 base to another might put a cramp in their strategy to funnel large amounts of uranium to 1 account and hinder the actual selling of uranium for real world money. Shame, selfish players, who think that they are clever, circumventing the rules as they were intended, and ruining the game for those who try to follow the rules. This also undermines the wonderful work that the company tried to do with an otherwise excellent game.

We though this game was for children it aint and we cant uninstall it now dont download it its says 9 years not and Im 10 these developers are crazy.
We got banned from the game! For no reason! We lost all our progress we had the Bismarck and almost every thing! Plague Doctor was our name pleas do not ban us again because that was years of work! Please at least tell us why we were banned from the game please. We did keep getting like 250 gems in the mail and we dont know why. And we were throwing away our old iPad and put all our stuff on a new iPad but that shouldnt get us banned from the game! We just hate the game now thats why its one star.
Its $250-500 to buy 7 star thing and special edition stuff ridiculous cost for upgrades.

Most inept incompetent developers we have ever witnessed. Game does not run smoothly lags are consistently occurring, especially after updates. IOS version takes days if not weeks to be released after an update. More concerned over making a buck, then getting the bugs out of this one.
Our account was banned for illegal behavior even though we were returning to the game after maybe a year or two we cant remember the name of the account or server so Im just screwed.
The game is pretty good , but it cost a lot of money to keep up with top players. There are issues that pop up from time to time, it happens in all game as players we understand that. But when customers service refuse to send players adequate compensation for tech issues or their end is unacceptable. Their only going to give the minimal and that if your lucky to get that. Please think twice before sinking years of time, energy and money into this game. The game crashes, take forever to reload and Ive been dealing with this issue for months, it still hasnt been resolve, but when we ask for fair compensation for the loses because of their tech issues. All we received from customer service is a bunch of reason why they couldnt do it. Unacceptable when you know they can.

Servers 459 and 466 are both being merged. We have been trying unsuccessfully to log in for 20 minutes now. Once we are able to log in all of the islands will be gone – how is this remotely fair. We are on the West Coast of the US, in California. It is bad enough that we have to wake up at 2 am to try to get into the game to try to get islands, etc. But of course it is the afternoon in the Asian time zone, and the players from there get in easily to have an advantage. In game Compensation ONLY for accounts unable to enter after the server merge – or else its not compensation since those who can enter already have an advantage.

First of all, we cant even play this game because our we-Pad cant even handle it. Second of all, WHY DID THEY BAN ME WHEN we CANT EVEN PLAY! THIS GAME IS BAD.
The developers of this game have expertly manipulated the social emotional dynamic (coupled with endorphin rush) within the human psyche to entrap players like us into spending money on this game. Its our fault! We should never have started spending money on the game. Every update puts a person who has spent money in the past into a place of needing to spend more to maintain rank and status in the game.
And they are not even subtle about it.

We spent about $80.00 usd to purchase a 30 day shield as we are a truck driver we play for pve. We made a mistake was building our alliance storage lost our 30 day shields we bought hours before. We mis read the notice. We messaged support and they were like oh well Im sorry but you lost the shields due to your own actions so no we wont give back the shields you spent so much for. We uninstalled the game and wont be ever going back. Its sad that games who make so much only care about making as much money as possible over understandable mistakes and help fix things. Its pay to win, and if you dont shovel cash into the game then your farmed by those who do. Very upset we waisted so much time and money in hope to play PVE.

Used to have fun till the gamers started changing the game to only the people who spend a lot of money get the good prizes keep changing the game to make you spend more money to keep advance if you dont spend you stall out and cant advance.

This game is all fun and games fastest way to progress is to pay money some stuff isnt to costly.
This is a standard game engine like 1000s out there. But it is absolutely crowded with purchase buttons. Its constant. The game play isnt fun enough for the amount of navigation around the but gold piece buttons in there. Dozens and dozens. Ugh.
So we saw a ad of the game and the beginning of the ad was battlefield 2042 and then it was a while different game so what Im saying is that the were showing 2 different games in the ad.When we downloaded the game we could barely play the stupid game with out paying money it trapped us in a screen that says buy this item and you cant get out of the screen.All on all if you like getting money stollen from you and downloading games that arent what they say this game is just right for you.
Been playing this game for over a year now and for the most part didnt have any problems until recently. That had an event to evolve a carrier to a stronger one, but a glitch in the system didnt allow us to purchase the shards necessary to do this. So we messaged the developers and they said if purchased the same amount in gold coins they would subtract it to get the shards and evolve our carrier. After we spent the money they gave us the shards but refused to evolve our carrier. After numerous back and forth messages they say there is nothing they can do and refuse to refund our money. To us this was a ploy to get our money, simple as that. Yes we have spent lots on this game, but to us they just stole over $200.00 from us. We would stay away from this game.

This game is full of glitches. We had an account on this game which is connected to Facebook. They did an update on the game which caused us not to be able to log into our other account. We saved all kinds of stuff in our facebook base account. Everything Ive earned is lost. They never resolved the issue with us gaining access to our other account. Tech support takes forever to respond. They do not take care of you and if you lose your account you are screwed. Do not spend your money on this game. We truly caution you! The customer service is horrible. Every thing we have earned and spent money on building that account is down the tubes. Do not purchase this game.
So at first we thought this was going to just be another game only worth playing if you were to spend real money and it didnt take long before we realized you dont need to spend a dime. Honestly in a lot of ways the progression is good enough as is especially with all the free items you earn and all the good loot acquired from missions. So that has been a big surprise! Another thing is that the videos we saw about the game were a complete joke and totally fake but we dont understand why !!! We feel like a lot of people probably felt lied to just after starting because of the misconception. Anyways we stuck it through and now Im loving it, its a great game for playing a couple minutes or all day. Thanks for creating such a good game right on the phone.

This used to be a great game until we couldnt log into our account. The in-game support is a joke. No matter how much money you spent or how much proof you send them, they wont recover your account without the registration date. Its been 8 days and theyre still playing dumb. There is a hard to find email address but its the same people. Its worse than a 3rd party call center.
We have played many strategy games over the years, including real-time battle games like this one. But, no other game gives you as many options for customization and improvements as BW. The array of parts, improvement levels, and fleet combinations is dizzying. While the game is easily enjoyed playing for free, the options available for purchase are equally dizzying; budgeting enhancements is a critical skill for continued enjoyment as well as saving your marriage! Also, joining an active alliance of varied players from around the world is both important to the game and very enjoyable. Good luck and happy hunting.
