Right now we cant get into it and thats right after the update. Pictures are great. The picture comes on but nothing is moving. Please fix this.
The two-row puzzle selection is something we didn't know we needed until now. The images are so vivid and unique, and the interface is very user-friendly, especially for them. The interface is super intuitive, and those images are just…WOW! .
Some beautiful and unique images and probably the best jigsaw game controls, can play multiple modes.

Just downloaded this app yesterday. Started our first puzzle and was enjoying the challenge. Had to take a break for a few hours, when we went back into the app our progress was gone! Tried again today.same results. If we have to finish a puzzle in one session, this wont work for us.
We really like this app. Beautiful puzzles, but you cant save your progress and come back to it later. At least we cant figure it out! We are having to restart the same puzzle when we leave the app and go to something different.

We love everyone about these puzzles. Only problem is there are a lot of bugs. Pieces stick and for a monthly fee, this should be fixed.
We love this game! Child to Genius. In a hurry or want to spend a while on a puzzles. Choose your puzzle then how many pieces you want to play with. Great for syress, passing time etc. Watch it if youre on a click though. Whether work or a doc appt. You just may overplay that appt. Lol.

What is the use of turning off the sound when theres still a loud clicking sound. Unfortunately we deleted the app before we even got a puzzle together.
Having same issue of game locking when we delete and reinstall we lose all that has been collected. Please fix ASAP.
These puzzles are very colorful and look good when they are completed. We have trouble with some of the pieces sticking to the middle of the picture and have to re-start the picture. We enjoy completing them.
Love this puzzle app. Very good, but man does it deplete your battery in nothing flat. Any other game we can get through the day. This app, starting at 100% is down to10% in under 2 hrs unless plugged in – and it still will use more battery than is continuous charged. Makes u wonder what cloak n dagger stuff is utilizing it. They really need to fix this. Then we would give it a Perfect 5.
Puzzle pieces freeze in wrong place. Have to reboot to unfreeze. Very annoying. Could be great, instead its frustrating.
What we love about this game is that you take photos and puzzle them.
Every time we get points added up our game locks. The only way we can find to unlock puzzle is to delete the app and start over from the beginning. Ive had to do this several times. Is there another way to get the app unlocked? Thanks in advance for a solution to our problem.
We love the general construction but some of the pieces lock on others inches away. You have to keep scrambling or reloading to get them loose.
We love it but we cannot finish one whole puzzle because the pieces wont engage and sometimes we have to restart over and over because pieces are missing or the pieces wont connect and there is no way to contact any support for the problems.
- Upon downloading, it does not provide basic instructions on how to use the product. Instead, it just tells you where things are. 2. The puzzle pieces do not sit flush with one another on the board once they are properly put together (and we did get a ding sound letting us know they were compatible pieces). 3. The pieces got stuck in the bottom tray, so we had to exit and re-enter. *4. There is no way to save your progress. We clicked on everything. Nothing saved the progress. After the third time of exiting and re-entering the puzzle, and seeing we had to start over? Nope. Deleting this app.
We tried this for the first time and the first thing we did not like was that a show oof the photo could not be in the background as you work. When you try not bring up the photo it just flashes so you barely have time to see what you are looking for. It will not stay open. 2. The puzzles pieces will not click together properly. 3. When you pick up pieces to place them they get caught between the box and the puzzle board and you and not move them. $. You have to re- boot your computer to get access to those stuck pieces and then all the pieces that you have pulled out to the board because you know they will fit in the area you are working are suddenly filed back. So why continue working the puzzle? We QUIT AND DELETED THE PROGRAM> IT IS TRASH!! If this could be -5 * that would be our score.
We are really disappointed with this puzzle app. It has a really great puzzle selection but it is very glitchy. A lot of pieces would not lock into place and some other very odd glitches that we cant even begin to describe. We had to exit out and resume several times to get it to work so it took twice as long to finish one puzzle than it would normally take. We are a very avid user of puzzle apps and we are extremely disappointed that this one does not work right. We have the current iOS software and the app is updated with the most current version. We have even rebooted our iPad in the hopes that it would stop glitching but no such luck. We would love to give this app five stars but these serious glitches needs to be worked out and fast or we will have to delete this app and move on.

Puzzle keeps freezing up. Had to restart so many times it took the joy out of playing. Pieces would not fit then all of a sudden 2 or 3 would fit.
Tried a dozen of these jigsaw apps and so far this one has the most intuitive game controls and superb collection of images. Love how we can apply filters to our photos and then break it down to jigsaw pieces. 5 stars.
The puzzles themselves are OK, however the whole puzzle and frame moves around a lot while youre working on it. That is extremely disconcerting. No other puzzles do that, so we will be deleting this soon and downloading one that holds still while youre working on it.
Tried many different jigsaw games and this one has the most beautiful images and best controls. The ads are not as invasive. Thank you.
