We’ve been using this app for a few months. We’ve had no major trouble with it. We’ve even cashed out quite a bit. However, the main problem Im having currently is we always play Finn and the swirly spin but for some reason its not working. We open it and it says an error and wont load. Please fix the issue and youll get 5 stars from us.
Sometimes its frustrating because a few games dont load and you have to force the app to close. And remember the names of them so you dont do it again. That being said, the majority of slots are fun, the app is easy to use, and their promotions are generous. When you are ready to withdraw, the process is simple and the money is put back on your card within hours.
We mainly hate how you have to get a text message and put in the code every single time you log in the app. Other than that, we think that is fine and the lines we can we are good. But DraftKings has the best interface in our opinion.
Our 12 year old only needed our last 4 of our and our debit card. No photo ID. He won cashed out, then he said he couldnt win a hand. They refuse to pay wins. Keeping our 1500 he spent tho.
If we could leave a 0 star we would this app is set to take every dollar you have they lure you with promos and then the promos are fake and you have to wager an insane amount of money just to be able to cash out again dont ever use this app. Whoever is behind it is a scum sucking leech.
Besides having a terrible UI, Running slow, and supposedly taking money out of your account. If you win too much or use too many of the bonuses/promos they will outright just ban you. Even if you dont actually withdraw if they see you winning to much or using too many bonuses you wont be allowed to redeem any or place bets. Absolute scam.
We were very surprised when we went to submit a withdrawal for the third time in a day and it notified us there is a maximum of two withdraws in a 24 hour limit.. Previously gave BetPARX a four-star review, but we had to share this and drop our review to a single star and call it as we see it. That is some Bush league, bootleg, crypto casino, logic right there. Some may even see that as predatory gaming practices, preying on the compulsive gambler. Ill just wait till tomorrow to withdraw and play somewhere else for now.
If youre a losing bettor they will let you blow every dollar to your name. If youre a winning bettor they give you $10 stake restrictions. Does that sound ethical.
We can go days and days without one single bonus in a game / any game. They also dont offer much in the line of bonus money. There are definitely better online casinos.

Tried this app for the bonus bets and happily took their free money however cant stay with them. App design is outdated and always freezes even with the updated app. Player rewards are decent but the constant freezing and being kicked out for no reason ruined half of our bets. Signed up under betparx and sent pictures of our id, us and our id, and all our information. Our account was then banned before we even got to play and customer support said they cant help. Im a legal PA resident with all legit information as we have no issue on all other betting apps. Today is Monday, we won and cashed out on Saturday. Since then, all we do is lose. Its to the point that almost every spin is a loss. We have NEVER dealt with this kind of loss. We bet on Hollywood, Borgata, betMGM and occasionally FanDuel. Even after we cash out, we can at least play. We’ve put hundreds on since the win. We cant even have a good time and have an up and down kind of day. Its just loss and loss and loss. No bonusesnothing. If you decide to play this appdont cash out or youll get punished.
Delaying withdrawals for review or manual processing, so players will cancel the withdrawal and lose all the money, is one of the sleaziest tricks these online casinos employ. BetParx takes 24 hours (up to 72 hours) to process a withdrawal. Imagine playing at a live casino and having to wait 1-3 days to cash out. BetParx also has no rewards program, and the promos they offer are insultingly terrible (e.g., 10 free 10¢ slot spins, with a 10x play-through requirement on winnings lol). DraftKings has instant withdrawals, more games, a less glitchy app, and great promos/rewards. Why would we keep playing at Parx when the competition is so much better?
This casino takes more money than a welfare recipient but uses .02% of their budget on the app. We could make a better app with $10. Do better Parx!!!
They refuse to pay winnings we won 350$ this was our 2nd time cashing out. They asked for our documents AGAIN when we sent they accused us of altering documents. Like really how can you alter a selfie holding id. SCAM SCAM THEY REFUSE TO PAY MY 350$ and then closed our account: we reported them and filed a complaint. We will see what happens next.
What on Earth is this garbage? Someone uses one or two promos then you disable all of them, limit their betting amount for regular bets, and don’t allow them to bet anything with long odds? You’re basically not allowed to win. We have never seen this before, especially not long after signing up.
Run, dont walk, to literally any other casino. We have tried our fair share and this one is by far the worst. We signed up and figured Id try it out, over the course of like two weeks we tried a couple promos they offered and got an email that we used too many promos and our account would be restricted from future promos. We emailed them asking for a clarification and how we only used like two or three and they never responded after multiple attempts to contact them. Worst app, worst customer service. And their promos arent even good. The three best apps that we’ve used are DraftKings, FanDuel and FoxBet in that order. Go give those a try before wasting your time here.

Was an ok app at first. However, after using some of the sportsbook promos, support reached out and said we were using too many and restricted our account so we could only bet small amounts on promos. A few weeks later they said we were still using too many, and we would not be eligible for any sports promos going forward. Then we noticed they reduced the amount we could wager to only $25 or $30 per bet. We contacted support about this and they were very rude and said our account was restricted due to wagering patterns related to promos. No other sportsbook/casino in PA does this, so be warned, the odds boosts are a tease! Casino games are mediocre; the app doesnt have any of the newer titles, just old slots. Worst app in the PA market.
When you download it first time or play a game first time you can have bonuses and good payouts, but after that it all goes down the hole. Bonuses are hard to come by, payouts are awful, and its just washing your money down the drain. Thousands after thousands without enjoyment. The same is at brick and mortar casino. Ten years ago when they were newly open you could play long time for few hundred bucks, not anymore.

Parx casino on this app tracks your money so that you lose and they always stay ahead. We have track these games for many months and it is clearly obvious they need to investigated we have lost hundreds of dollars on one game and on the last dollar it gives you a bonus for about 10% of what you put in. We have done that over at least 8 to 10 games and its all the same every time so we know they are tracking.
Terrible customer support. You can loss money all you can but when you win they will approve your withdrawal and never send it. They also take days to get back to you for a problem that isnt anything. Stay away. Any other app is better and more legit. Shady people at Parx.

The worst casino app ever. We gave it two stars because it has games that we like. If zero was an option, we would have given it one star. Glitchiest, slowest, software of any app we’ve ever used – in the entire app store. At this very moment, the app doesnt even work. Wont e en boot up. All customer service can do, in the slowest manner possible, is tell us they have no idea when it will be fixed. And no idea if the spin we were in. The middle of, and had won $10 on so far, was going to resume whenever it happens to come back online. This really summarizes our overall experience with the app.

When we tell you stay away from BetParx as a whole we mean it. Use any other sportsbook, they have absolutely zero rewards systems, no bonus bets on casino. What drew the line for us is they needed us to verify our drivers license and debit card, which is fine BUT STILL took deposits and is now holding our withdrawals to our account, over thousands.
