Just started using this platform last week. Really decent sports book but lots of room for improvement. Platform can be laggy, logging in always says not connected to internet when we clearly am, reconnecting takes several seconds, lacks players alt props. One thing this app does have over others is the starting soon section, and late night section. The way its set up is absolutely convenient for putting parlays together! Seeing all the games thats starting soon or in an 1 etc. Probably the best platform out there with this feature.

This is an awesome app. We have won quite a few times more than $4000. Of course Ive lost quite a few times but at least they give us a chance to win and have fun.
We have played in this site for years and have stuck with it as they matured their app and expanded their games selection. Our observation is that you go through periods of time on games where you win and then all of a sudden you just start losing almost like the odds of winning in the same game changed. This is an opinion and not based on anything but our own gameplay. There doesnt seem to be any way to find out the expected percentage payout for each particular game. As they say the odds always seem to favor the house.
Better win rate than other apps. The interface could use some work. On top of that quick withdrawal approvals.

We are so thrilled there is a online casino that is as wonderful as this! The best that ever did it.
A decent assortment of games, and win rates seem about on par with other sites, but there are much better/more player friendly sites available. The problem we encountered was with the payout process. Instant deposits, but 2+ days for withdrawal is unacceptable, and by far the worst of any site we have experienced. After a few successful withdrawals, we had one held for two days until we provided the same credentials we had already provided initially, and then had to wait another day and a half for approval. We would not have known this unless we contacted the support team, as it was not listed on the pending withdrawal in the site.
We took a break for a while but when we came back.. This app changed. Though they say all slots are regulated by the gaming board, this app 100% will screw you. Almost never will get a bonus. Played 1 game at 4$ a spin. In 150 spins .. Got the bonus. And won 5.60. Any other win (though rare) was .40-$6 on overall. Try another app and save your sanity. Also.. Small nitpick of ours, but no autospin feature. Usually we like to sit back and watch our spins instead of pressing spin 100+ times to throw away money in a small period.
We have never ever won been playing for a while o never won half the money we put out back we dont recommend they just take o never seen anything like this over 30 something spins today and nothing.
Im getting real tired of writing the same reviews for these apps when they ask because beyond a handful of them, the rest are awful. This is one of the awful ones. If you play slots, dont bother. No promos, no deposit matches. No reason to continue to log on. Thats it.

We were cut out of being able to participate in any of the promotions that were available on backpacks. We put money on here and there, but we love going in and playing the promotions. Its free money why not but we were told we were abusing the promotional given and they banned us but it is what it is.
When we first joined this app when Covid hit, we loved it. We were hitting left and tights and the withdrawal process was almost instant. Now, 3/4 years later, the waitdrawal process is SOOOOOO slow. Ive been waiting at least 24 hours, only for it to STILL BE PENDING. Theres no way you actually have people reviewing these withdrawals?! Thats outrageous. Your ten times more likely to cancel your withdrawal while it is pending! Is that what you want us to do? When we make deposits, you guys sure know how to take our money instantly. Why cant the same be when your giving it back? It should be illegal to hold our winnings for a certain amount of time. And we verified our ID at least 5 times within the past 2 weeks If you want instant withdrawals, use FanDuel or Fanatics. Money hits your acct instantly, no matter the amount. We dont understand why you have humans doing this process when it simply can be done by a computer. Super annoying.
Ive spent so much money on this casino and we dont ever complain about not having promos, but Ive had issues where we lost money over the app issues and they are a lie, and we say that because we wagered a required amount for a promo and they have the nerve to tell us that we only made the partial amount when we are looking dead at the amount that we actually wagered they lied to us, and on top of that they never resolved our issues that we had.
After Playing For the first Day we can confirm we lose some money but once we got our nonus back like their promise you after 24h we won 5x time all the momey lose and withdrawl took only like 5-10min So give a try guys.

Sometimes its frustrating because a few games dont load and you have to force the app to close.and remember the names of them so you dont do it again. This is our least favorite sport betting app. Its slow and bulky and hard to navigate. Im constantly having to close it and reopen it because it freezes. Its impossible to hit the back button after you build a bet. There is an arrow but its blocked by the menu that doesnt work. Once we enter the bets, there is no way for us to go back and add more bets or change our bet. Every menu option, except for deposit, doesnt work. Our only option to go back to the Sports Book is scroll to the bottom of bet page and click on another game, and then once that loads, we can go back to the game that we were on. Its extremely annoying and at the very least we would think basic navigation should be at top of the list for any app. Once Im done with our Promo Bets we will delete, delete, delete. It takes several minutes to build one parlay as with every other app out there we can do it in seconds. Please work on basic functionality and navigation. Its 2024.
We mainly hate how you have to get a text message and put in the code every single time you log in the app. Other than that, we think that is fine and the lines we can we are good. But DraftKings has the best interface in our opinion.
We can go days and days without one single bonus in a game / any game. They also dont offer much in the line of bonus money. There are definitely better online casinos.
We were very surprised when we went to submit a withdrawal for the third time in a day and it notified us there is a maximum of two withdraws in a 24 hour limit.. Previously gave BetPARX a four-star review, but we had to share this and drop our review to a single star and call it as we see it. That is some Bush league, bootleg, crypto casino, logic right there. Some may even see that as predatory gaming practices, preying on the compulsive gambler. Ill just wait till tomorrow to withdraw and play somewhere else for now.
Tried this app for the bonus bets and happily took their free money however cant stay with them. App design is outdated and always freezes even with the updated app. Player rewards are decent but the constant freezing and being kicked out for no reason ruined half of our bets. Go with FD or DK for a much better experience.
Our 12 year old only needed our last 4 of our and our debit card. No photo ID. He won cashed out, then he said he couldnt win a hand. They refuse to pay wins. Keeping our 1500 he spent tho.
If we could leave a 0 star we would this app is set to take every dollar you have they lure you with promos and then the promos are fake and you have to wager an insane amount of money just to be able to cash out again dont ever use this app. Whoever is behind it is a scum sucking leech.
Besides having a terrible UI, Running slow, and supposedly taking money out of your account. If you win too much or use too many of the bonuses/promos they will outright just ban you. Even if you dont actually withdraw if they see you winning to much or using too many bonuses you wont be allowed to redeem any or place bets. Absolute scam.
Takes very long to load. They could remove the quick parlays and prob have a more user friendly experience.
If youre a losing bettor they will let you blow every dollar to your name. If youre a winning bettor they give you $10 stake restrictions. Does that sound ethical.

What on Earth is this garbage? Someone uses one or two promos then you disable all of them, limit their betting amount for regular bets, and don't allow them to bet anything with long odds? You're basically not allowed to win. We have never seen this before, especially not long after signing up.
Signed up under betparx and sent pictures of our id, us and our id, and all our information. Our account was then banned before we even got to play and customer support said they cant help. Im a legal PA resident with all legit information as we have no issue on all other betting apps. We dont understand why they dont want people to sign up, but we had no issues with FanDuel and DraftKings and all the OTHER apps! :) This app is a joke. Be aware.

They refuse to pay winnings we won 350$ this was our 2nd time cashing out. They asked for our documents AGAIN when we sent they accused us of altering documents. Like really how can you alter a selfie holding id. SCAM SCAM THEY REFUSE TO PAY MY 350$ and then closed our account: we reported them and filed a complaint. We will see what happens next.
Terrible customer support. You can loss money all you can but when you win they will approve your withdrawal and never send it. They also take days to get back to you for a problem that isnt anything. Stay away. Any other app is better and more legit. Shady people at Parx.
When you download it first time or play a game first time you can have bonuses and good payouts, but after that it all goes down the hole. Bonuses are hard to come by, payouts are awful, and its just washing your money down the drain. Thousands after thousands without enjoyment. The same is at brick and mortar casino. Ten years ago when they were newly open you could play long time for few hundred bucks, not anymore.
