We went on Big fish today 12/03/2025. We were opening up the treasure chest and the second ones you have to watch a video well Big Fish we dont appreciate having a fake warning coming on our phone warning about viruses in our iPhone and that they may discontinue our service due to us violating their policy because we had over 70 some viruses in our phone so we needed to download this virus protection immediately! If we wouldve downloaded that we wouldve put a virus in our phone!!!! We opened another one and it was a bit different it just warned about viruses and told us we should download this virus protection immediately. Now we think its horrible that Big Fish has resorted to this kind of stuff so they can make money. We hope that we dont get any more of this because Ive been a customer of Big Fish since 2005. We will quit both Big Fish and Jack pot magic immediately.

We jus downloaded it so how does one actually win money and withdraw.
Update: For the last several times that we leveled up, we have been unable to Get 2X Chips. When we tap on that choice the screen freezes. Since we dont know the exact number of chips we had before leveling up, we have no idea whether we have received any chips for leveling up. Frustrating. We used to enjoy playing this game but it has become a frequent occurrence to be cheated out of earning points, or tricked into betting the max when it is your intention to bet much less. For example in Treasure Trove Cove when you get three or more booty chests you pick an island and win chips. If you pick the island with the Pirate you get a much bigger value of points dependent on your original bet and the number of booty chests you got. There are six islands to choose from and usually you dont find the Pirate right away; you have to win the chance to pick an island four or five times before you find the Pirates island. If you havent found the Pirate by the fifth time, the only island left is the Pirates booty which is several times larger than the other islands. We increase our bet to get a larger booty. However recently, Big Fish has cheated us of the chance to find the Pirates Booty several. When five islands have been selected; and the Pirates Stash should be the only one left, instead of getting the Pirates island, all six islands appear and the quest starts over. Without the opportunity to win the Pirates Stash, this game is a losing proposition. We often multi task and our game is set on auto. We have gone from a billion chips to 300,000 chips because Big Fish froze the screen and didnt allow us to reduce the bet. And because our attention was elsewhere we didnt notice for several spins. O.k. Thats on us, but freezing the ability to reduce the bet is just plain sneaky. We get that Big Fish wants us to spend our hard earned cash to buy points but in the spirit of not spending money on free game apps we will not! When Big Fish freezes we check the network connection and it is fine. We dont have this issue with other slot games. If you are playing slot games to relax, avoid Big Fish Casino games.
App is good! But we recommnd installing Sequenc Fall online casin app, it has tons of slots and everyone gets a bonus on their first deposit. We won and withdrew ver $1,988. As for Big Fis, Ive been a long-time player and never had many issues. Ive spent some money, but not much. We just enjoy spinning and never bet more than we can afford to lose. We dont participate in events that much. We spend most of our time just logging in and collecting bonuses until we have a decent number of chips.

Why did you make changes in the free spin. It now looks like it goes back to day one every 7 days. It takes some of the fun out of the game.
