Sometimes need to pay for extras to actually win, but a fun game overall.
We have been on cape cod for about 67 months now cannot get the last item to finish it. We have five rooms open now and we cant get any of them finished.. It sure would be nice if they would give you the items you need where you could bingo and let you bingo. Also, how come some people have six items in their cities and we have 12 why cant we have six ? Maybe we could complete it better it doesnt seem fair, Im getting tired of playing it when we cant win anything.
We love this game and play it actively. However we pay for Bingo Blitz plus which is already an additional cost to the already free game. Most of the time the game is rigged so that you wont win the big deals when you spin the daily wheel. On more then one occasion we have gotten the 805 coins and then it spins it and extra two to avoid giving the prize. On top of that we had to contact our bank for an unknown charge from this app after we havent bought anything from this app in days. You guys are scamming money and we will be uninstalling and getting our money refunded.
Let us first say, we have never paid to play this or any game, and have no idea why anyone would. We have a significant amount of boosters saved up over a long period of time. The new layout is very tiny and less attractive. There is no longer a total count of your boosters. If you can find them, there is an individual total of each type, so you have to add them up now. If it wasnt bad enough before, that the GAME OVER appears at the same time the last number is called, now the first number is already out when the card appears, as the chests are still parachuting into place. After a long break from this game, first time on this new version last night, we played about 8 games. Each time we were stunned at how few numbers are called per game session now. There are half as many numbers called, and on each of separate 8 games, we only got 3 numbers on each card. What a ridiculous waste of time. This games was highly rigged before, but more-so now. Why anyone would pay for this is beyond us. Isnt a game supposed to be fun? This isnt. P.S. If you ever have to contact customer service, they dont respond. Update 5-16-23 Now they took our accumulated money away. We had just under $1M. This money was hard to accumulate over a long period of time. Yesterday, our $ was gone, replaced with a whopping 45 gems! And a list of packages by which we can BUY numbers of GEMS for real money. Goodbye Bingo Blitz. Change your name to Bingo BUST! 16 day update since our review: we havent gotten a single gem. Im still at 45. Its all about getting you to PAY!
We requested an explanation why our bonus value went down in fiery bite from 10,000 to 1,100 even though Im still playing the same amount. Eugene Badger was going to look into it and get back to us… That was 3-4 days ago. Its totally ridiculous that the bonus values went down without any reason. We even increased our bet and it still wasnt going back up. We have lost over 20,000 in credits just trying to complete puzzles. That is unacceptable. We would like someone, other than Eugene or Briena to respond please.
Utterly useless in less you are willing to spend actual money, and even then it is dodgy. Constant popups, even during game play, cause it to crash and deplete credits (& patience) even further. Most games that require monetary payment actually reward the same as a reward for winning, but this one does not. This one just eats away time & money with no real reward offered. Deleting.

We really enjoy playing the game. If we had one criticism, it would be. Sometimes we get a bingo at the very last minute and it doesnt give us enough time for our finger to the bingo button.
We love this game! Our suggestions are add more slots and more items to add so we have other things to collect. It would be nice if we didnt have to wait 24hrs for energy and the slots gifts and bb coins. It would be nice if we could ask for more than 2 items for each thing like slots, puzzles, ingredients, countries or states citys. It would be nice that items wouldnt say not sendable. It would be nice if all items are sendable. It would be cool that you dont have to ask for items and wait for them to send you where u could go on there inventory and just take it if they have extras that goes for slots, puzzles, ingredients, and the states and countries and citys. It would be nice if the tournament would let you send 12 cuz Im having a hard time winning it. Maybe add more things to do. Events should last longer and we should have them everyday! It would be nice if the gems were sendable for gifts. It would be cool if you could add all the countries throughout the whole world and states for the US and throughout the whole world and cities and towns in the US and throughout the world for bingo items.
