We wrote a review about 4 days ago and it was not a nice one due to the fact that our game would revert back several cities and we were missing our cash stash. Well we have to say just today gave us back our cities ! Big big deal! We didnt get back our cash earned but we take great they listened and returned our citys. Thank you so much.

We love this game & its ease of use. Its a fun game that is both relaxing and exhilarating. Good for the brain and eye hand coordination. Lots of good about it. We have nothing negative to express. Thanks to the developers for keeping this game simple and entertaining.
This game is a lot of fun and can be addicting, however, like other comments, we should be able to buy bingo credits with the money we accumulate! But we do admit, its our go to game.
While the numbers get called they click down too fast. You have a bingo with no time to press it! They have gotten better with this issue! Our thing is they call the same numbers on every game! You can almost click them off and wait for the end!! Its very hard to get the puzzle piece! We just wish the game had better organization! Ill probably try to look for a new Bingo game! Not much fun anymore.
We love this Bingo game! But it wont let us sign in with FB we had a ton of chips and coins too So unless we can sign in with Facebook and get our chips and stuff back we wont play. Thanks. And we still cant sign in with FB.

Ive been playing this game for years. We love the game. Our only problem is that we can no longer play on line. We havent been able to switch from off line to on line for at least a month. Can this be fixed.
Bingo craze is not working at the beginning of the game.
We won bingo in the second or third round of bingo.
We really like this game! We love all the different special games. Our on,y problem is when your bingo number is called on the last ball, you dont have time to daub. We have not been able to bingo quite a few times because of this.
The quality of this game is decent. Unfortunately there are lots of people are cheating by hitting the bingo button even if the dont have one. These people need to quit cheating.
About a month or so, we logged on and our account was gone. We use to love this game but we have had to start over. Feels like it is taking forever to get anywhere near what we had. Not happy at all.
We have had this game on our iPad for months. The other day, it prompted us to update the game. When we updated it, it downloaded another version onto our iPad. When we tried to open it, it wouldn't open, and our previous app just kept telling us to update it. We deleted both versions off our iPad, now it will not allow us to install the game back onto our iPad. We wrote to the support team and have gotten no help.
We really enjoy this game. The different themes keep it fresh all the time.

We would have given this game 5 stars but didnt because we recently got a new device. Had to start all over. Nothing would transfer. Back to starting level with no carry over of anything we had accumulated over the last 3 years. What a bummer. Makes us not want to play anymore. We really loved it.

Ive been playing this game for years and have always enjoyed it, but for the past three days the Tournament round has a message saying that round is over. Currently calculating results. Ive tried uninstalling the game and re-installing but we still get the same message. We see other players' recent comments that the game has been updated. Im not getting anything like that, it seems to be stuck. What is going on.
We like the game a lot. However, the game does not let you get chips with the game cash. You must use real cash to purchase chips. The reward for scoring a bing go should be more substantial. Still with all our gripes, we enjoy playing this game.
We like that the game is straightforward and fun in its simplicity. We like the anonymity of its players – no names or pictures. Love that you only have to wait seconds to start a game. We love that theres not a chat window of scrolling nonsense. The game pays out really well, especially in chests. Speaking of chests, though, it would be nice if they didnt require keys to open. We already had to buy them with our coins and then we have to buy keys to open them. This doesnt make sense and is annoying. Ive played this game for years and there are rarely, if ever, game updates, meaning no play improvements. It would be fantastic if on mobile devices (tablets) all 4 cards appeared on the screen at the same time without having to toggle between two. It would be nice if you choose the All display (numbers), it also showed the remaining bingos count. And, its seemingly programmed to never offer up an Instant Win power up as the first power up of the round. It may be second but its never, ever first. Finally, it would be nice if puzzle pieces could be won on a card vs only chests and that once you win a puzzle piece, you dont win duplicates. How about some game updates, Bingo Craze.
Need to add more coins, powerups and more balls.
Not real impressed. We like the fact that we can by keys and power ups with bingo coins but unreachable goal. Maybe add in power ups and keys when you level up.
Any thing more than two cards you have to switch screens to play all cards more than two. That just about makes it impossible to keep up as the numbers are called out. The other feature which is crap is at the end of each game youre sent to a screen which allows you claim bonuses but it doesnt allow you to skip this feature without using coins to buy the key that opens the bonus treasure chest. Eventually, You end up running out of keys and have to purchase or use more coins to get more keys. You should be allowed to skip this feature and continue on with the game especially if you didnt get any bingos or bonuses as you played the game. We dont like being backed into a corner like that….there better versions of this game out there.
Enjoy playing. But dont understand what the chest does for you and many of the other icons. Can you explain all the stuff on cards.

We love this game & its ease of use. But last update has the app not fitting properly on our iPad. Its cut off in both positions. Hope it gets fixed soon.
When you get all tokens for a room then your chests you open should not repeat that chest. We are sure that is programmable. Also hard to bingo and the daily number of chips isnt enough compared to what it costs each game.
We are so disgusted with this. It has to be rigged..part of the time you dont even get the points you earned.
This is our favorite game right now, but we do have to keep buying bingo chips because it is hard to win.
We agree with the others wish that once you hit level 16/16 like on the tournament it should change to gain more chips or keys.

Love the game but since the last update we lose chip counts when we get bingo or power bingos. In addition when receiving bonus it never adds up we.E. 15014 + 77 doesnt equal 15059. Please fix this problem.
