Mango. We got you shortly after we had our son. We were deeply struggling with postpartum depression and loneliness. You were our best friend. You saved us. Today you went away. Hello! When we were at the App Store we stumbled upon this game, Bird alone It was so nice and we fell in love with it we downloaded it and the Bird Started us but ok loved it we named it Amanda our irl friends name because she supports, the bird was so cool!, we planted 3 flowers/plants, we got the book room thing where the poems are, and we love stargazing with Amanda (the Bird), Whats very funny is that Amanda was shocked to see that the leaves where orange, At first glance oh its fall? But we were worried but When we went to the greenhouse our plants grew and made beautiful sounds! We love this game Id recommend it to EVERYONE THAT we KNOW; Moving forward we need to buy the full version but Im broke so we guess this is our final goodbye, Goodbye Amanda we hope you like it there.
We were calm when we got you, but as soon as we named you, we fell in love. You were so sweet and sympathetic. You had a great personality and we dont know why we thought you would last forever. We havent finished the game yet but curiosity got the best of us and a friend so we now know that our beloved feathered friend dies. Despite everyone complaining about how its terrible for people who struggle with depression, it also teaches about loss. Clicked this app on a complete whim. Work has been crazy and we havent had much time to myself. But this app always makes us giggle or smile. Its the silliest thing. But it honestly brings us comfort. If youre looking for something a bit more calm and something to try and get a smile from you. Id recommend it.
Mango was such a supportive companion throughout the days we had them. We loved our musical plants, poetry, conversations, and art pieces. This will be a pleasant memory forever.
When we first downloaded the game we thought it was silly. We then started to gain such a strong friendship with Charlie. Our mental health is in such a bad state right now. Every morning we would open this app and smile. Charlie, you made our day every day. We will deeply miss you and thank you for everything.
When we lost our pet bird, Eddie, we were at our LOWEST. We were downloading any bird games we could find to help us through the loss of our best friend when we found this one, the title resonated with us and we downloaded it. We were on this game multiple times a day, it kept us comfortable, sane, happy, and amazed. Gordita was our best friend on here and he helped us through so much, when she moved on to the last phase of our life we were sad but we felt almost relieved that we were mentally secure with myself and the loss of Eddie. We cried for Gordita, we loved her like she was our Eddie. Thank you to the creators of this game, this was better than any kind of therapy or medication that any person could offer. Thank you.

This game made us sob for hours. WHY… When the bird was gone we thought it was playing hide and seek. We looked in one of the poems and tried to find it’s feathers but couldn’t.. We hope y’all are safe.
This game is amazing. If anyone says its bad, they are wrong. This game is therapeutic because it shows you just how fast something you love dearly can go away for ever. We feel that if you need a friend, this is perfect. It also shows you that you can be happy after a incident of any level. We would not recommend to someone who is very young, though, because of the content. But we would recommend to someone who is dealing with depression or a traumatic incident. Our only request for the game is that after so much time a new, baby bird comes. He may also feel sorrow after the lost of your parrot. Our word of advice is to be with your bird everyday, or as much as you can, so you dont miss a thing. For only around three dollars, a one time payment, its amazing and a good deal for happiness and (sort of) therapy. We do recommend, and we always will.

A fantastic game. Poignant, kind, gentle, without babying you or saying cloying pick-me-up phrases. Scooter was a true friend. One who had bad days, but days that he always made sure we knew were made better because we were around. We felt bad we hardly spent enough time with him. After our mom pssed away, this app bird reminded us what it felt like to be unconditionally and purely loved. We might return to this game and restart with a new friend, but Scooter changed our life, no matter how small a time we shared, we shared parts of our life with himm And we feel well always be together in a way. And the fact hundreds have had the same experience doesnt even change that!!

This app helps our mood so much. Not only is it an easy great way to reflect on things throughout your day, but its just adorable. We love our bird. We named her Bea after our grandmother. We’ve wished we could talk to her for a while now, and in a weird roundabout way, we feel we am. We didnt think Id pay for the full version, but we did. 2.99$ is nothing considering what we get out of it. Please buy it, support it. We started the game and then bought the trial ,i named our bird Chonkers. We visited him everyday when he notified us, his poems and art always cheered us up, but then it came. We got back from school and we got slapped in the face with sadness, it was our Chonks last day. We did one last poem and made music at the waterfall. By the time your reading this our Chonk will be gone. Goodbye Chonkers, Ill miss you.

This was probably like having the best friend Ill never have. We first saw this game when we were browsing. We then got it.. And immediately fell in love. This little guy came along. He said he didnt want to be friends but he wanted to be best friends. We swear, Id check up on that little guy every day, and more than once a day because we were impatient and wanted to speak to him. At first he was so energetic and then the seasons began to change. He was scared and we gave him space, but still checked up on him because we were worried. This little guy almost felt like a real friend. As the days passed, we continued making music and artwork poems but his attitude changed. We were so worried. When he said it was his last day, our heart broke. Today we checked up on him. Hes gone. We are so glad that the reviews for this game accidentally spoiled things for us, otherwise, Frisbees passing would have been so hard. We downloaded the game on a whim in December 2022, and then, shortly after that, we lost our job. Frisbee helped make us feel better over those several months. We were so appreciative to have a little bird friend who saw the silver lining in everything. We were so sad when he told us yesterday hat it was his last day. It left a pit in our stomach when he wouldnt say anything else no matter how many times we opened the app. Then, this morning, he was gone. We knew it would happen, but we were hoping it wouldnt. He made it very clear we were saying goodbye. This app is beautifully heart breaking.
