What Makes BlackJack 101 Pro Trainer Stand Out
BlackJack 101 is a basic strategy trainer for the game of Blackjack. This is not a Blackjack game. It deals hands and lets you practice choosing the best strategy. It has an easy-to-use strategy guide that shows the correct move for every combination of hands.
Blackjack 101 allows you to adjust the playing rules to match conditions commonly found in casinos, including the number of decks in the shoe, the dealer's action on a soft 17, doubling rules, and surrender. It also allows you to focus your training on the trickier hands: pairs and soft hands. Plus it has both a left- and right-handed layout, to make it easy to play with one hand or two.
Introducing a new feature: Custom Hands training mode. in this mode you can choose any combination of player hands and dealer up-cards to practice. Only want to practice soft hands against a dealer's 6? No problem. Or practice soft 14s-16s vs. any dealer card? Easy. Or get fancy and practice a hard 15 or 16, soft 13 or a pair of 4's vs. any dealer card over 5. Any combo you can imagine.

We never played bj before this and wanted to master it for a couple reasons so we downloaded it a while back went from like 15-20% accuracy to 85% in like 10 hrs then now Im to like 95-98% after two weeks definitely still a hard thing to master but this is a huge tool and great resource especially for cheaper then a cup of coffee definitely a 5/5 stars review here.
Is there an option to play the hand fully out of the total practice experience.

The custom chooser is nice, but it would be nicer to import the frequent errors list as a custom practice choice. Or create a manual list (ex. A7 would want to practice 2 through A, but if we also want to practice 9,9 pair no split vs dealer 7, im going to get all of 2 through A as well.).
It gives a novice like us a chance to set at a gaming table with confidence. Being able to customize drills where we can focus on our weaknesses is awesome. After using this trainer, we don't feel like Im going to make a donation at the Blackjack table.
We only review apps when they are truly exceptional maybe once every 2 to 3 years. Blackjack 101 pro trainer is perfect in design and execution. Being able to quickly consult the tables themselves and using expert mode to test yourself on edge cases is very helpful. Keep up the good work.

Love this app, Ive been looking for something that just focuses on muscle memory of knowing instantly what to do without all the slow play of chips and other players. This app is highly customizable to different rules and how the basic strategy changes with those rules. Best of all it is FAST so you can get plenty of practice without wasting a ton of time. Another amazing feature is the ability to just play soft totals or pairs since they dont come up as often in a normal game. Great app! Thanks.

We have been a student of this game for 50 years now, and this is the absolute best blackjack tutorial we have ever seen, bar none. It is written both for the serious blackjack player, and for the novice who wants to become serious. It's even written for the occasional player who is going to Vegas for a weekend and doesn't want to leave all his money at the table. Anybody who balks at the very nominal price being charged is a fool because you're gonna be losing perhaps hundreds of times that amount on the blackjack table because of what you don't know. Blackjack is a game of knowledge and skill, and nothing is more important than basic strategy. This tutorial allows you to hone your skills and when you make a mistake it doesn't cost you anything the way it does on the table. We highly recommend this app to anyone who has even the slightest intention of playing blackjack at a casino. There's one thing you need to watch out for however. You have to make sure that the settings are adjusted to match the house rules at the casino you are going to be playing at. The optimum play on the table varies depending on the rules of the house. We mentioned before that we've been playing blackjack for nearly 50 years now, and even to this day before we go to the casino we will spend at least 15 or 20 minutes on this app just making sure that our skills are on top. It's that important and we take the game that seriously. If you are spending your hard earned money then so should you. Pony up the few bucks he's asking for, learn something, and have fun. Doesnt just give you stats but also narrative logic cards that provide insight and tips as to how to play the hand and cards in front of you. This set it apart from of the others we tried.
We think this is the best app for practicing basic strategy! You can customize the casino rules and get the ideal basic strategy chart for those specific rules. If youre having trouble with one specific group, soft hands for instance, you can practice ONLY that specific group (soft hands, splits, etc). Highly recommend.

Become book perfect for any Vegas Blackjack game. Doesnt teach card counting, but you should be book perfect before you try that anyway. If you dont know how the dealer hitting on a soft 17 changes the odds table, forget card counting and buy this app.

This is an excellent practice program that we highly recommend you use if you like playing BJ. The program allows you to set rules based on signal deck or multi decks. We would think if you learn the rules and those at casinos for their BJ game, and practice practice & practice you will be able to make decisions on hands that will have you in disbelief.. The key is setting the right rules in the App, vice the real rules at the casino. Nothing in gambling sure, but we have found there are winnings to receive, and really more controlled of losses.
