Hands down the best Tournament Blackjack app on the market. Only thing we would suggest is expanding the tournament tables from 3 to 5-7 players.

Game is a heck of a lot of fun but lately its been disconnecting a lot for no reason and, more disconcertingly, ripping you off when you win by glitching our before the payoff is made. Kind of a lousy thing to have happen if you spent real money to buy chips.
We loved this app until about a month ago, when we could no longer connect to the server, or their support page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.. The only thing that accomplished was that we lost all our money and rings and standings. Reached out to support with no response. Too badit was a nice game.
Wont connect to our WI-FI on two devices just keep getting error messages. It would be nice if they fixed it. And updated it so the dealer doesnt get 20 and 21 80% of the time, not even close to playing for real.

The graphics are good, a little to cartoonish for us though. It has great game play, but… We hate how you cant check out anyones profile. You cant add friends, you are by urself and thats it. There is no leaderboard, just play and thats that… Big downer for us or we would give this app 5 stars. Its kind of boring… You play a few tournaments then it just becomes a repetitive thing. We also believe most of the players are fake.
This is a fun game, but, it doesnt look like Im playing with real people. They are Bots. We see the same names every time that we play. And, it looks like its rigged You need to fix the Continue button.
The more we play this game the more it locks up… We have sent in emails and explained situations where we have lost games because it locked up, lost the entry fees because we had to forfeit out of the game because it wouldnt kick us back to lobby or continue game… Nothing seems to be happening with the developers… They dont send any feedback from the emails that are sent…

The game is great . . . When you can connect to a table. More often than not we get an error message that it cant connect to the server. Really frustrating. For this reason only we dont recommend.
We keep getting same error server disconnect On our iPhone.
Every time you get ahead they disconnect you and you lose all your winnings.
There is no customer service. We bought a lot of coins and lost a lot of clients because for some reason sometime it connects and sometimes it doesnt. We thought it was reception but we have Wi-Fi. Im not sure whats going on but we lost a lot of money because the game cuts off or freezes its absolutely horrible.
We got very far in the game, then it no longer would load rooms, so we deleted the app, had to go through the training round everything worked fine, as soon as we logged into Facebook to pick up where we left off, game no longer loads, crap app.
Used to live the game, would spend 20 a pop to play or increase capital for playing, but about a month ago the game no longer would work, keep on getting the same error message, went on line and notified the designers, and got no response. Recently we had our next door neighbor download it and its not working either. Im not interested in retrieving money spent(truly we had fun), but Im interested in getting back what remains on the board for what we havent used, since it was cash added in and not from game winnings. Just want our money back or fix the game.

Caught the app multiple times playing our hand for us… It would decide to stand, hit, etc… The developers need to be investigated and possibly brought up on charges.
When we first loaded this game we thought it was a fun game and we’ve won rings many times over but we have to say now it really is not even close to the real thing. We got to a point we could tell pretty much what will happen in each hand. Took all the fun out and the miserable attempts to get into a game were maddening. Part of the time you get kicked out during play, cant get into another game, its really a waste of time and we were hoping it would be good fun but its not even that anymore. Just wanted to let you know as Im an avid blackjack player but this one is not worth the time so we have now deleted it.
We have played this game for a very long time and amassed over 4 million in winnings. Now, as if by magic, the game will not open. It only gives us an error code MatchmakeConnectFailed. We have googled that phrase and it is meaningless. We have reached out the the web site several times and they only ignore us. DO NOT GRT THIS GAME!
No where near the real game. The first version was so bad it was a joke. The odds of getting a ten with a a 12 in your hand are less then 33 per cent this game had it at over 80 per cent. Same with a dealer having a ten up its only a 34 percent chance of having another ten. The dealer draws a ten with a ten up 80 percent of the time. Playing the middle chair we get 12-16 70 percent of the time. Frustrating trying to win like that. New version is better still not even close to the real game.
Other than the ads, we’re enjoying the game.
After every match we have to come all the way out the app to start a new round . This is quite annoying . Besides that , we love it.
When issues arise that result in the loss of your chips, there is never repeat never any attempt to compensate for your lost chips even when they were purchased. Interactions with the developer are less than informative. The application is extremely buggy at this point including: elimination of the wrong player, Wrong number and value of cards contained in each shoe(a shoe is 3 decks, Yet seven of the card come up in a hand i.e. 7 7s of spades. Overtime we’ve seen a pattern of the developers being unresponsive and attempting to placate individuals posting responses back to bad reviews such as: if you will just submit that issue to our support we will be more than happy to look into it. This happens after you have submitted the issue along with others and nothing is being addressed. The developer never provides feedback when issue is resolved or any updates as to what is going on. When you purchase chips, even though they are virtual And through an error by the developer you were not compensated for your loss; it is theft all be it unintentional. This is a real shame; The game is very addictive and they had a winner on their hands, but are just not doing what is required to make it work. Poor business practice and terrible support And communication are causing this application to fail! The developer posted a response to another reviewer who complained about chip loss, under menu, report the issue to support so the can help returning the lost chips. We know from experience this has done no good whatsoever. The developer will not respond and never do they make any attempt to return lost chips. This developer has multiple applications most of them wonderful, we would however at this point urge people not to use them if they require any kind of monetary compensation. The developer has not and will not live up to their part of an agreement.
