We have maxed everything but we are done spent thousands on this game over the years wish you would go back to the first two years the game came out was much more simpler now its so complicated. Good luck everyone.
This game was fun years ago but now the customer service for people that spend a lot of money is trash! Dont download its just a money pit.
This game is a joke. Support is horrible. They will help one player but not help another with the exact same problem. They have a standard answer that goes like thisWe will forward your concerns to our developers. Can we help with anything else? Nope since you havent helped with anything in the first place. Do yourself a favor and dont download this game. Run away as fast as you can.
Game has turned into a money grab been playing for 5years now its like you cant even keep up unless youre spending thousands what once was fun is now trash.
This game used to be amazing. Lately they have gotten money hungry and are coming out with too many updates. The game has become over complicated with too many updates. We were not a big spender in this game but did spend a decent amount monthly for upkeep. Now you need to drops thousands of dollars EACH UPDATE to even be able to compete. Multiple updates are happening every 3 months.
It is a good game until recently. Hackers get into accounts and steal. Certain players are compensated and items/cities restored. Devs give generic response saying you gave access to account. But the account stolen had a locked email and devs refused to help change password even with proof of expense history for few years. Then yesterday account is stolen, locked email and password changed to help thief which could only have been done by the DEVELOPERS. As of tonight player asked for help and nothing 10-2-2022.
We would rate this game 5 stars but our old account was linked to a gmail or google play and now we dont have access to it if you could get in touch with us we would greatly appreciate if there are ways we can get it back.
This game literally has the worst customer support there was a pack we didnt get to purchase this past weekend and we literally explained to them what all was in that pack and they still had the nerve to tell us that certain pack didnt exist like come on we just saw it on the market but after all the back and forth messaging they still werent able to help us out.
Im trying to talk to your customer support since yesterday, we got a 20 dollar pack and we got charge 100, can you guys contact us and help us resolve this issue? Or what do we need to do to get help?
The game is so much fun you get to expand youre Kingdom and grow youre world ima mom of 2 and when our kids are napping/sleeping us and our husband play for fee time it help us Focus on myself and our kids it gives us a moment for our self we highly recommend it.
We can’t put this game down! Tons of fun!!! The only issue is some times you can’t login.
Recently, there was a glitch that allowed many players to max their totems instantly for free. The game took back unused parts that were obtained through this glitch once they found out, but they failed to do anything about totems that had already been completed using the glitch. Support does not respond to messages and they have done absolutely nothing to improve the fairness of gameplay. We have decided to walk away from this game because support is so notoriously unhelpful.
Recently they made a huge error and gave 11 kingdoms out of the 70 some rewards that have maxed their accounts with a glitch. They did not fix the issue instead left the remaining kingdoms with nothing. They have made it where people who have spent YEARS and tons of money Building accounts useless.
App has made purchases you have made have no value because they made a mistake.
Freaking game sometimes doesnt let us login it froze our screen a lease they can send a notification with uses if they gonna do something with the freaking game.
Game would be 10 times more enjoyable if customer service had half a brain. Showed screen shots of someone openly telling us that they stole our personal alliance(the ONLY accounts in the alliance were our farms) from us while we were off on vacation and our chancellor account was inactive for more than 7 days. Despite providing proof that someone who was never ever in the alliance prior to their conversation with us. Spent a year and a half doing alliance research and playing AVA in it. All down the drain because customer service refuses to give it back.
Our iPhone will not open the game.
After being out of the game a long while we decided to start again. The game itself is wonderful, cant say enough good things about it. Logging on we found to our dismay our account was at a much lower level than before, with buildings lower or not made at all, and our level much lower. We had long ago bonded account as the game suggests, and we only have one game and one account number. Even after providing support with picture after picture, our account number and our logic they still refused to do anything, saying they only keep account information for 25 days and so they could not go back and see what happened. It leaves a bad feeling that support was so unyielding.

Just downloaded the new update. Now, no matters whos service. The app will not work unless it is on a WiFi network. Will not work on cellular data. Great fix.
We’ve played for 4 years… We love the game, but still stuck where you have to stay shielded or get all your goods taken, including dragon, plan on spending 10000 for nothing.
Please please please, use a game that is supported by a Blockchain with a crypto. This game is so artificial intelligence controlled that it will give a response to this review that will be a bunch AI fluff to cover and hide from new players it will rape your wallet. We need laws to protect humans from AI. Estonia has!

We’ve been playing this game for years now and its seriously the best escape. The community of people have become like family and many complain about having to pay to play but thats just not true. Play to win? Absolutely. We mean you have to understand that some people have put thousands and thousands in to the game so of course they have the best stuff and are farther ahead than people who dont but you CAN grow with little to no money involved… Especially if youre in the right alliance and active. Most likely youll end up putting some money in to it if you play for any amount of time though. Its a great escape from the real world and very fun… Especially during any fighting events. Big rivalries which make the events 100x better and a big enough game to have many kingdoms and a wide diversity of players but small enough that you begin to know most of the top players in every kingdom after awhile. We quit for a few months when we had personal things come up in life but friends took care of our account and now Im back and feel like we never left.
To all people contemplating installing this game think again, after playing this game for over 6 years and spending thousands and thousands of dollars they just deleted our game for no reason. We’ve attempted to resolve this issue but they dont return our emails. This isnt the first time we’ve had issues. They never settled our previous issues but since we have so much money into the game we still continued to play.
We have played for years and while we enjoyed the game customer service is a joke . If you ever buy a pack beware on iOS they like to send two and guess what you wont receive a refund and Apple wont do a thing . We are currently fighting the same issue a second time where they sent two 9.99 packs that you actually can only order one of . Not only that but by their own logs they billed the second pack before it was ever ordered .
This game is really weird for the most part. For the most part you will feel like one player just on 50 different accounts. You will the game you will slowly notice you get no where you will never get strong enough. First they will tell you its your research isnt high enough then next manastone are good enough then its going be your dragon then its going be your knights then its going be insight of your knights now its your knights gear. Whole time your research is way higher then player your dragon will need to be change plus crystals this game is not that good at all and you will really think the developers are idiots or they are the top player either way its waste of time and if you spend money a definite waste.
The game has been at a stand still and the only updates brought out were to make spend on some trash knights they bring out 3 more updates afterwords without actually finishing the initial update to bring totems and all new gears into the game. No new researches have been added just more packs to purchase so they can get bonus owned stats.

This game started out great but like most it became a quick money grab releasing updates too quickly , a elite program thats a joke, they cant decide which forum to use for information .. As they started with line, Facebook then went to weechat , now discord… With none really being adequate.. Updates arent even completely fulfilled and they dont even care …. Still waiting on stuff from several updates back .. Somethings they advertise in updates never go live … Keep scrolling its not worth it player base is minimal with ppl leaving every day.
We are a student of game strategy & probability and we must say that the latest reorganization of kingdoms for Grand Palace seems very suspect! How does a random reassignment result in all super kingdoms assigned to 1 quadrant? The probability of this happening by pure chance is almost impossible. We were looking forward to a reshuffling but it appears the deck was stacked against our kingdom. This makes for a very poor gaming experience!

Similar games cant shelter you from the inevitable realization that your life has become the resource GRIND, but bob kinda sorta can…??… Yeah it can … Right? Yeah. The BOB altar system affords you the luxury to continue to play after snoozing early costs you everything youve worked for post zeroing. It all makes perfect sense if you dont think about it.
This game will drain your bank account, and support dont really help you, they will just say sorry and move on.
That BOB allows 1 cyber bully hold our kingdom hostage!! He constantly spews offensive sexually explicit, racial and vulgar language and comments in World Chat. When reported support says the forward ss and reports to the Development team. This has escalated in the past few months even though it has been reported numerous times!! People are leaving the game over this!! When will the Developers take action!?! Dont waste your money on this game! There is no help when you are harassed daily. Find a game where developers dont allow this to happen!!! The harassment has increased this person tile hit our alliance 138+ times from end of KVK on Saturday till last evening at 00:00 Game time. We can no longer gather rss or participate in Crown Challenge. We have ss of him saying we will be attacked if we try to participate in Apple Race. It is against game rules to behave this way, so why is he allowed to terrorize people? Support please help!!
Its all about the money. No difference between game of war and Blaze if you dont spend then you stay shielded and cant play just another BS game. Dont download! Plus even if you spend they dont care they give BS response and tell you to pretty much get over it.
Always freezing. Almost every two weeks we have to delete and reinstall the app and register 17 accts. Cant something be done about this?
This game is so fun. It really gets you thinking on, well everything. There are so many things to make you stronger, but you have to choose what your going to do wisely. Our favorite part about the game is that you dont have to spend any money to be a big player. Obviously its an option, but still. Our one tiny problem with this game is there are shields that allow you not to be attached. You have to have one of those shields on, you are going to get attacked. If you are not sure wether to get this game or not, try it. We think youll have just as much fun as we did.
We dont understand the concept of the alliance division tiers… When you go undefeated in Alliance vs Alliance events and youre literally 1-2 wins away from Diamond Division. Then developers find a way to try and justify knocking you down two whole tiers? Its like the better you do, the more they screw you over!
It is great to tell everyone to get a friend or two to play with… Otherwise its boring!!! Fact is… Its boring… Period! Extra friends mean extra money… Quicker… And does not increase the experience! Was great at the beginning, now its all about money! If your not spending tons of it dont expect to be winning. Just came out with update T5 troops, great until you find out you have to spend money to get them. Among other things!! Just isnt fun anymore because stuff like that we dont mind spending some money but it has got ridiculous. Not a game to start playing unless you have $1000s to spend on!
At the beginning it was a fun game. Such as you used to be able to revive troops for rss and very few gems. Now it costs an insane amount of gems!!! They argue that it cost the same as before. But they are wrong. You can only use gems now, before you were able to add rss along with very few gems. You can farm rss, but only farm minimal gems every 24 hours on a max gem ours. So revive update is a money grab period!!!! Plus they update to often. To many updates and always to add more things to cost you more $$$. Never an update to help the free player out. We have put in 3 years with this game and we find we can never save gems like we used to. It has also become a "Time Waster" game. You want a game that will take all your time away from real life. This is it. Because it’s the only way to get anywhere. Time to retire. Of course the developers will comment on every review that is negative. That players who have played for years are wrong. But players are not wrong and have dealt with every aspect of this game. Like their comments are going to make everything better. All comments left especially by players like us are truth. We would pass on this game and find a new game that isn’t out to grab players money to play. Our suggestion would be to go back to the beginning. Before all the money grabbing garbage you all added.
