This is a great game, but there are just too many ads. It makes the game annoying to play and takes away from the experience. It makes zero sense to give the option to watch an ad for a level up or keep playing, and then give an ad right after you say NO AD. There is no logic to it at all. Now on a personal note, we paid for no ads and its not working, so if we could get some help with that, we could appreciate it.
Seemingly doesnt update at all. Been years with nothing really new. Had everything fully upgraded for years. No point in really advancing stages. Was fun, we guess, when we were able to progress. Theres updates in dev notes, but nothing noted and seemingly no change ingame. So we dont trust it.
Why is this game 12+? Im just nine and we love this game.
We love playing blob hero. We also despise blob hero, let us explain. Blob hero is fun it really is however frost aura needs to be nerfed. We shouldnt be able to stand still and never take damage. And the new features have been coming soon forever and not a word has been spoken about it. We are an avid gamer of blob hero we have ad free and have spent money on even the $10 pack because we love this game and enjoy it so much.
This game is so amazing and every one should give it a chance trust us it is amazing.

Im not gonna go into the add problem because thats a given with most mobile games [and lose the point]. Im finding this game to be a fun challenge but we do wish that there was at least some kinda background music because other than bad sound effects and the great gameplay we dont see much else in this game.
So this game is pretty good but there are way too many ads. Like if we level up 1 time it just pops an ad in our face. Also every time an ad plays the monsters can damage us but we cant damage them because we have to watch an ad.
This game would be better if difficulty didnt spike super hard at level 4. We get the vibe that these reviews are fake. Level 4 is seriously seriously hard. It turns you off from the game.
We love how we see you push out routine updates consistently that do absolutely nothing for gameplay. The funny thing is that you all always label them as major updates. This game hasnt truly been updated for well over a year and a half. Stop pushing updates if youve already given up on this game.
The game is really fun, but it keeps crashing on open. We deleted the game and redownloaded it, losing our progress (which wasnt much) and it didnt fix it. Please fix, its a fun game.

Ive been playing this game for a long time and then out of nowhere everything is totally reset. Im so disappointed, we literally spend months grinding through. The only thing thats still there are our blob skins.

First level boss is waaaaaay to hard to beat we have been playing for months and havent gotten past terrible game do not download.
DO NOT PAY TO HAVE ADS REMOVE, YOU WILL STILL GETS ADS!! Just play with the ads or find other game to playmost games that we played and paid to have ads removed actually remove all forms of ads after you pay them. This game will scam you for your money Ill change to 5 stars when you let us skip ads after we paid to have the remove of theses annoying ads. Yes, we have paid to remove them but yet we still get ads all the same. Seriously though, what sort of trickery is thisI want our money back.

The game would be fun but it is way to laggy but it is still fun.
The concept is flawless. Natural progression of gameplay and grinding to get better items and skills. Our only complaint is that after spending real money in-game at the promise of removing ads, there are still 30+ second ads! Uhhh what? No ads should mean NO ADS, ever. This was misrepresented and we feel a bit conned but the developer. Ill make them a deal: update game accordingly (to remove ads per our purchase) and we promise to edit to 5 stars. We wait not-so patiently.
This game used to be awesome. It still is, but with 1 small problem. It wont let you play without internet. This was a great car game. We would find ourselves playing this game mostly out of all our other non internet games. But guess what? Now they wont let you play without internet so youll need internet to watch ads. We understand them because ads are their way to make money but still. Ill play this game while we dont have internet but when we have internet, we never play this game. Its good but there are WAY better games that require internet. So no thank you. Goodbye.
It took away all of our progress and now it will not ever let us play.
We dont know why it became impossible, but nothing changes through any of the rounds. You cant really upgrade anything it doesnt give you any leveling system. Basically you have to pay money to get a bunch of coins and gems and crap then you use that to upgrade your character, so its practically impossible to get past chapter 3, without paying any money.
So it used to be if you wanted to have extra power ups you would watch adds. The other amazing thing was you could play it off line. Now there are adds all the time including a banner at the bottom of the screen. Just dumb. If we can play it off line it costs them nothing. When we played on line we watched adds. Another great game now deleted because of greed. Good bye blob hero.

This game is a complete scam imagine you $50 or so bucks just for a slight advantage only to have the devs update the game and claim that they had to reset all the data for the new update to work so now all your rewards are gone and they get to keep the profit deleting this junk total waste youve been warned.
Blob Hero is clearly another piece of Rollics ever growing pile of mediocre garbage that seeks to capitalize on other well made games. Unlike its other titles, most of which are just bland run through goals, ad, grow your person, ad, go past finish line, ad, upgrade, ad, try to continue game, ad, this one is more of a rogue-like with none of the charm. Its janky as all heck, the enemies are all the same, and your character moves so slowly that molasses could beat it in a race. And in typical Rollic fashion, its extremely aggressive with its ads to entice you to spend money to get rid of themright in the middle of a session, after upgrading or adding a power, you get an ad. If you die, you get an ad. If you start the game, you get an ad. Ads are all over the place and it makes an already mundane experience extremely frustrating, especially given the ads are extremely insulting and make you look like an idiot that wont be able to beat them. Compare this with other titles like Lonely Survivor or Survivor.io. While not the best rogue likes on the market, theyre SIGNIFICANTLY better in every regard. For one, you can actually play the game for a solid 15 minutes without seeing a single ad. Heck, you wont even see an ad unless you intentionally opt into one. Not to mention their gameplay and variety of passives/defensive s is much more varied and fun with a lot more polish and cars put into them. Meanwhile, blob hero intentionally makes the experience nigh unplayable because Rollic has some ungodly fetish for making the experience as frustrating and mind numbingly tedious as possible. If youre looking for a decent roguelike to sink your teeth into, we suggest ANY that isnt this game. Do not support Rollics never ending assembly line of unoriginal garbage.
We would not waste your time unless you love adds. The latest update blended 5 other games with this one, just like all of the other games, thxs for being original.
Games really enjoyable and fun, but they added a feature most game developers add to prevent people from playing without ads (which is you cant play without internet) and that makes it annoying so 2 stars for that.
If you don't let us play offline we will delete this game.

Ads galore. They make you wait a while before you can even select a move because they try to get you to watch another ad. Then the no thanks button pops up later.
Stop the ads is annoying too many of them.
We were enjoying the game. Then took a break from playing. When we came back to play again, it freezes for long periods of time. So much so that we lust gave up and deleted the game.
So its a great game when your bored but the new update made it need wifi this downgraded it in our opinion because it used to be a game you could play anywhere but other than that great game.
Read the other unsponsored reviews for a more comprehensive view. We just came back to point out one thing. (Though, it could be considered representative of the whole.) In the daily quests, you are REQUIRED to upgrade talents to complete them all and get the epic reward. We dont know what [insert insults here] individual thought of this mechanic, but they obviously have no connection to the design of the game. Im only at chapter 42 (again, after achieving over 150 before they reset the game). We have less than a few hours of gameplay invested, and ALL of the talents are maxed! We literally cannot complete daily quests because someone decided to cap talents at an absurdly low value. This is broken and ridiculous. Like we said, representative of the whole. (we liked the game before the rework. Played it a lot. Now we just come back sometimes to see if its fixed yet. Nope.).
Game is constantly giving you the option of ads whenever you open chest upgrades, constantly forcing you to watch ads after you level up and get a new power, just play Archero youll have way more fun.
Its alright for entertainment but once you get farther in the levels the game starts to lag bad even on a 12pro max. There is an ad after almost every wave so unless you have some sort of adblocker this game is unplayable.
