We love this game, but level 883 is unbeatable. We cant even finish it with the lightning blast. There arent enough blocks to finish. Is this an error, or is it just the last level available?
We have played this game for a while and when we got the update for new levels we played it immediately, we started the game and proceeded to make all the icons and then at the wand there is not an extra icon for the ones we wed to to match and we try to restart and see if it was us or if we were missing something, we tried again today and it still is not working for us and we dont want to restart all over again.
This game was great until now. Stuck on level 883 and it wont let us finish it no matter what we do.
This app will not let us restore our purchase. We are bombarded with ad after ad making game play a hideous experience.
Needs different character tiles, tiles with black background easier to see faster. Hard to play beyond 258? Get stuck in one place.
After the update level 899 doesn’t have all the matching tiles. So it is impossible to complete the level.
We still cant play this game without issues. We pay for the power items to the tune of $30 per week and yet we cant play seamlessly? Thats crap. We beat a level, it sends us back to level 1 all the time. Must shut down and reopen each time.
We just purchased an awesome offer, 99 cents for NO ADS. Well guess what? We still have ads. Yes, still have ads. Refund please. Its not the 99 cents, its not getting what we paid for. Thanks.
We loved the thing where you can build a house but after the update it is not that fun anymore.
We really like this game. Except for the puzzles that are too big for our screen. Every 3rd or 4th round the size of the pieces are magnified and we cant see what they are. Its disappointing. Please fix this problem. Thank you.
While we would give the game 4-5 stars, the stupid Jack Pot ad that comes up al the time locks the game up and you loose everything and when it finally starts again, you are back to the beginning of the level.
We love this game! So much so we bought it to have less ads. Biggest downer would be the chests you earn give coins as well as boosters to help in game. You get the coins, but never the boosters. Overall, still going to play and love the game, but will be annoyed by not receiving the boosters.
We want to give it a 5 star but after updating and deleting and downloading again game no longer gives you the prizes out of the box when you hit claim nor when you upgrade your building, it only lets you have the coins not the shuffle, hints or undo. This should have been fixed on the update 2 days ago!
Every time theres an update the game does not work. We have deleted this game 3 times so we could play over. We love the game but not the updates! Add more levels and fix the bugs and this would be our favorite game!
We have been playing this game non-stop since we got it in July… And we purchased the in-app no ads add on… But there are no levels beyond 612, and we have been waiting two weeks for updates…

We really enjoy this game but for the past day it hasnt been working. When you click the level, only the power ups with will appear without displaying the tiles. Im not sure if this is a glitch with the new update, but it is currently not possible to play.
The game is just ok as a time waster but what really puts us off is the fact they stole the whole tower idea from an older game. Right down to the people with umbrellas. Thats just sad. They cant even come up with their own thing.
We really like the theme of this Mahjong game. Makes gameplay even more pleasurable. It’s unique. The graphics are wonderful and the sound is good. We also like that coins be earned. But the game keeps force closing.
We are suddenly getting puzzles that have tiny black numbers in circles on some of the tiles. They seem to be cpu ting something down plus it sometimes causes us to pick more than one tile at a time. Please provide an explanation about these numbers so that o can better understand what to expect and how to beat these levels.

We bought this game and was loving it, but after updating, we no longer have the option to revive by watching a video, Niemeyer can we opt to watch videos to help with power ups… Its too bad, because many times, that is the only way through a level. This is the first time we have ever written a review, and Im hoping we will be able to update this rating, but for now, the game is quite useless to us. Update! So… We were so frustrated… And quite frankly, didnt want to wait for a fix to be able to play, so we started trouble shooting on our own. First we deleted the game then downloaded again. At first it seemed to do the trick and we were off playing again. We were even able to start where we left off which was 200 plus. Unfortunately, we were only able to play a few more levels and the problem started again. We repeated what we had done except this time we started over at level one after downloading again. As of last night all was working great, and the game had been enhanced since first getting it and we are finding it a pleasure to play, even having to play all the levels again! If that wasnt enough, this morning the developers answered our email and seemed to want to make sure they fixed any problems. There was also another update this morning. We were nervous about bothering with it since everything has been going so good, but we wanted to give honest feedback, so we will advise if anything changes but for now, this app AND its developers deserve all 5 stars! Thank you!
We used to play this game so much and even supported the Developers by buying the ad-free add on. We got on this morning to find an update w a coin system. We were thinking ok thats fine. But then as we proceeded to play our levels and got to where we ran out of special abilities we have to pay coins to get them where before we just had to watch one video. We like the coin system but not on the special abilities. Cause now we have to watch maybe 4-5 videos or so to get the amount of coin we need to purchase the special ability we wanna use in a level. Why make us watch so many videos now to help us with a level when we just gave you money for no ads. We dont mind an ad or two like before to earn 3x hints. But to now have us watch 4-5 videos to get the coin needed to purchase 3x hints. It just makes this game no longer enjoyable. :,( we will give you two stars cause we hope you fix some things and then Ill change our review but for right now Im not happy.
Love this game but now it isnt working. We followed them on FB and it still ask us every time to add them. Now the buildings wont grow and Im stuck.
We enjoy the game, but hate all the ads. So, we just paid to get rid of ads and we still get ads. We tried to contact app support and it gives us an error message. What a rip off.

Sooooo frustrating!!!!! Every time we stop playing we are back to Level 1 when we go back. Its a fun game but who wants to play the same levels over and over?
This game is so much fun until you get to level 34 then it drops us back to 1. This really needs to be fixed.
It started out that the game wont let us play, so we tried all of things suggested. It didnt work. It finally started working with another update. We were a little annoyed that we had to start all over, but the game was working. We made it around level 20, went back into the app after closing it and boom, Im back at level 1.
Loved the game. Got up to level 128 and was kicked back to level 1. Started over and got to level ten and was kicked back to level 1 again. Fix it!!!!
We payed $1.99 to remove the ads. However, every time we complete a level we have to watch an ad for a game App. We paid for NO ADS as advertised. We will asking for a refund! Unhappy customer.
Love this game but it constantly freezes up and has locks overtop the controls. The only way we can play it is to delete the app then install it and have to start at level 1 each time. At one time we were up to level 120. This happens every time we go to play. Its very frustrating to have to keep going back to the beginning.
We updated to the most recent version and we dont know for what reason we cant play after 235. It just comes up blank. Can you please fix this. We really love this game and we wouldve given 5stars but wanted to draw your attention with 1star. Please fix this issue! Ill make it 5 as soon as it resolves! We love love this game. Was at level 200+ when it froze up and ended up having to delete the game and reinstall it. Got all the was to 150+ and now its freezing up again and wont let us in. We guess Im going to have to delete it again. It is aggravating when you finally find a good game and it stops working.
We only played about 10 levels when it sent us back to level 1 and when we tapped the green level bar, it showed the boosters over the top and said we were on level 10! We updated the game and went back into it to see if it was fixed but it was still broken. Please fix this! It is such a great game but now we cant play it and its super frustrating!
After updating then we lost Level 172 that mean we have to turn over to start Level 1 again HELL NO and Im going to remove this app and who wrote stupid and dumb programming and we called them BE SQUARE!!! Cuz they cant create the Game Center instead of stupid Apple version 13.0 we bet that many people used old iPhones with below version 13.0 or above 12.0v thats why we gave one star!!! Right now Im going to REMOVE this app cuz we lost the levels 172 for nothing GOOBYE!!!
UPDATED: Developer apologized and said game is now fixed. Game is in fact, not fixed. Can we just have money back please. Game was great when it was free. The minute we bought it- last week; the game crashed and hasnt worked since. Absolutely ridiculous. Wheres our refund???
We downloaded this game and paid for it TWICE but it wont open at all. If we click on the icon it starts to open then immediately goes straight back to our home screen. Of course Apple will take our money and not give it back if this wont work. Im warning you all that this is a rip-off and theres nothing either this company or Apple will do about it. If you think, oh well its just a few bucks, well Xs that by a hundred thousand and they are making more than most of us see in several years worth of working.
So we’ve made some progress and every time we join the game it says that Im on level 100. We dont know if this is a glitch or if its loading. Either one of them.
After every game that we play we get ads, and it is very annoying, please can you cut down on the number of ads being played, have ads, after every 10 games, that would be better, to many ads will put people off playing the game, please sort it out.
